Sporty reservoir Tank Separated TypeMASTER
It has been 3 years since the last Master Cylinder Overhaul, so I thought about doing another overhaul, but decided to replace it with a MASTER reservoir tank Separated Type because it is older.
The OEM is also NISSIN's Horizontal Type 1/2, so I don't think there is any change in performance, but I think it feels tighter than the OEM, whether due to degradation of the OEM or individual differences.
It looks Sporty and quite nice.
One thing to note is that the screw pitch of the banjo bolt is 1.25, but the OEMMASTER is 1.00, so the OEM cannot be used. I thought they were the same because they are both made by NISSIN, so I had to buy more later.

perfect cutting process
At first I looked at Brembo’s rcs17 upper pump. Later, a friend recommended the galespeed upper pump to me. They said that it was much easier to use than Brembo. I bought it just in time for the discount. The appearance is Black painting, embellished with red letters, the appearance is very high and the cutting technology is first-class. I'm not mistaken it's very good. -------------------------------------------------- -------- At the beginning, I watched the pump on the RCS17 of Brebo. Hydraulic Brake performance is fine
The front brakes master on my NSR50 is getting old, so I bought one made by KITACO.
The large size is fine and the brake works well, but the brake fluid compartment (square part) is surprisingly far away from the handlebar holder.
My personal preference would have been for it to be more integrated with the Handlebar. It is only a matter of preference.

world class product
My motorcycle is a YAMAHA XMAX300. I replaced the brembo brake calipers on my motorcycle, but because the pump was not replaced, it doesn't feel so good to use. So this time I gritted my teeth and bought a brembo 15RCS. After replacing it, the effect was different, the brake became linear and not stiff. The feel is also better. -------------------------------------------------- -------- My motorcycle is YAMAHA XMAX300. Radialization of brembo makes it easier to control.
[How is it used?
The OEM Master Cylinder was a brembo Semi-radialType MASTER with 3-step ratio adjustment (MCS). I was not worried about the touch, but I wanted to overhaul the master cylinder, but the price was not that much different from the OEM master cylinder because there was no Piston Single Item and I could only replace the master cylinder with an assembly. I decided to replace it with a radial master cylinder because the price was not that much lower than the OEMMASTER and I could overhaul it.
Was the one you received as per Image?
The package arrived in a gorgeous brembo style, but the product itself is a racing master, so it was a simple design with no unnecessary features.
Was the installation difficult?
It is the same as replacing a normal master cylinder, so if you can add a fluid and bleed air after replacing the master cylinder, you can replace the brake. However, since the brake is a life-threatening part, it is safe to ask a shop to replace it if you have never done so before.
How was your experience with it?
The OEMMASTER was 16×19-21, so I tried the MASTER with the same Piston size of 16×18, but the lever needs to be gripped more than before due to the smaller Ratio. I think the MASTER with 17mm Piston size is just right for the Caliper (M50 for STREET TRIPLERS) with 30mm Piston of brembo. I think it is good to use 16mm.
Although the grip has increased, the Brake is now firm from the beginning even with a light grip, and if you grip just enough, it will stop that much more firmly. This is partly due to the fact that the ABSUnit is still in use, but the Touch is a little fluffy, and honestly, if you want to grip it, you can grip it as far as you want. In fact, if you set the Lever distance too close to the Switch box, it will hit the Switch box immediately. Especially when the Throttle is a Ride-by-Wire model, the switch box and Throttle holder become large, and the lever hits the switch box more easily.
At first, I could not get used to the difference from the previous Touch feeling, and I sometimes gripped it too much, resulting in too much stopping.
However, the interference between the Lever and Switch box, which was a concern, was caused by heat coming in during the Race, so I will try to counteract this by changing the Lever or adding a Remote adjuster.
[Included Parts:were they on?
In addition to the MASTERBody, a Crash washer and Hydraulic Brake Switch are included. a Reserver tank and Hose are not included, so if the original tank or hose are not available, they must be prepared separately.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
As this was my first Radial master cylinder, I would say that this is about as good as it gets in terms of Touch feel. However, I was not satisfied with the touch feeling. It only stops as long as you hold it." This is exactly what I mean.

DAYTONA NISSIN Brake master cylinder kit
Used on ADDRESS V100, selected as replacement parts due to OEMMASTER Fluid leak.
I also found a guarantee of conformity on Webike with the size for the Handlebar diameter of φ22.2, but the Handlebar side was thinner.
The diameter of the handlebar was adjusted by wrapping tape around the handlebar side, or by inserting a spacer.
When used on an old Scooteretc., it interferes with the light cowletc., so it may be necessary to cut the cowl or make it into a bar handle, etc.
I am satisfied with the product as it has made it easier to Control Brake.

You can't go wrong with Nisshin products!
Replaced an older model of the company's product. Although there is a gap of more than ten years between the old model and the current model, the new version was well upgraded. The installation can be done without any problem if you have average knowledge of maintenance. The brake is an important part, so it is important to choose a manufacturerOEM product that is used frequently FOR JAPAN. We give priority to the products of FOR JAPAN and MODELMANUFACTURER, which are frequently adopted as OEM products. View detail

I was very nervous, but I was able to install it successfully.
Brake switch does not match the terminal size.
Replacement is required.

I have been using it since a long time ago
I have been using it for a long time. I used to use Semi-radial, but even Semi-radial was too direct for me, and I think it is compatible with Caliper, but if you maintain all the parts properly and use the right pad, the touch is good and it works well enough. I had overhauled the OEMMASTER once, and it was good at the start, but the more I rode it, the more it became too large.
The Lever feels Large. The adjustment position is not suitable for me, so I have replaced it with Zita's Lever.
Has your hand become smaller? I used to feel comfortable with Lever, but I think Lever has become bigger.

Quality upgrade for just about every bike
The lever works excellent, although you may have to fiddle with it a little on your bike. I have a 2005 Honda cbr600rr track bike with woodcraft bars and a motion pro throttle, and I had to fabricate my own master reservoir bracket because the brembo one would not fit in my area. Because each bike application is unique, you will require some mechanical abilities to match your space. Bleading was simple, adjustability was nice, and pull was a touch harsher than standard, but it performed well overall. View detail

unobtrusive
Many OEM vehicles are equipped with it, and it may not be good for those who seek customization.
I like the way it blends in naturally with the vehicle as if it had been there from the beginning, without being glaringly obvious.
It is also highly important that it can be used with a general Mechanical Type Brake Switch and that it is designed for street use.
Reasonable price, readily available repair parts, and high performance enough for your needs.
I personally have nothing to say.

The response was good, as they returned Gold immediately after I told them about the situation.
I purchased the PartsShop exhibit in time for my scheduled Touring, and I felt that the Rear brake was easier to operate with more Stroke than the NORMAL.
