Spring Replacement
Rubber replaced due to deterioration.
The difference between USYOSHIMURA and USYOSHIMURA is the color of the Rubber (USYOSHIMURA is Black)
It is neither possible nor impossible for OEMRepair Parts.

Harder than I expected.
The Key Holder was old and falling apart, so I replaced it. It feels good to have a new one, and since it is simple, it is not difficult to use. View detail
It is self-satisfied Parts.
Other companies sell similar products, but all manufacturers are expensive. Since YOSHIMURA is the standard for SEA BASS, I chose this one. View detail

I purchased this product to match the color of my car body. The product is made by YOSHIMURA, so there is nothing wrong with it, but the coloring of the blue anodized product is light, and I think it is closer to light blue than blue. I think the color is more like light blue than blue. The other company's blue anodized product has a darker blue color, so I don't think the color matches. View detail
I'll write it down, how to detach it. The engraving is so thin I can't read it.
I heard that it is a Setting option when adjustments with Jet needle don't work.
In my case, I replaced it with the lowest one as the last inspection point for the TMR, which was inevitably malfunctioning and could not be cured.
Although these parts are normally sold, some people may not be familiar with how to remove and install them, so we have written them down here.
Remove the throttle valve and jet holder (the tube with the main jet attached).
Thread the disposable chopsticks from the top side of the carburetor through the middle of the core, being careful not to touch the Hyper nozzle.
Using disposable chopsticks with a small Hammer, tap the press-fit Needle Jet into the Float side (no need to be stupid).
When installing the Needle Jet, the Needle Jet dropped from the Float side is tapped with a disposable chopstick from the Float side in the opposite manner to press-fit the Needle Jet.
If the Jet Holder had been Overtorque-tightened in the past, the Needle Jet would be deformed at the body press-fit area, resulting in a misaligned roundness and fuel leakage. The level of the removed Needle Jet was such that it was visually apparent that it was distorted.
I press-fitted a new one, one notch lower, and it completely eliminated the previous malfunction, so I was able to confirm that the deformation of the Needle Jet associated with Overtorque was the cause of the malfunction.Refreshing.
Since then, I have been using the TMR36 with only the Needle Jet being the first thinner from the factory pre-set, and it is working very well. I could buy a new Needle Jet again to completely restore it to the factory condition, but it is in good shape and I don't want to replace it again and again because it is a press-fit part.
I also have no problems with VSeal or O-ring under the cores, and I think this will allow me to enjoy TMR for a few years.

Fits: KAWASAKI Z1 (900SUPER4), KAWASAKI Z1 (900SUPER4)
Used in GSX1100S KATANA CR33
Although there is a deviation from the vehicle listed as compatible, it was installed on a GSX1100S KATANA.
The installed car did not have Bore up or High Camshaft, and the Engine itself was NORMAL with good condition.
The ignition system is up-dated to AS Uotani and a 4-1 Megaphone Exhaust (V&H) is installed. This is a realistically common Level modification.
Initially, the unit was installed with the initial setting values that were included in the package.
The cold starting performance was extremely poor, and the engine seemed to be very thin at low openings from Idling, but if Chalk was used, the engine would start anyway.
At first, I tried opening and closing the Air Screw in 1/8 increments while raising the Slow Jet one step at a time, but after changing the number of Clip steps to 3/3, the fee rings from idling to medium openings were clearly improved.
If I fix the Clip step number at 3/3 and choose a Slow Jet from about 50-55 or so in the 3rd or so while matching the Air Screw in the 3/4-1 1/4 range, I will soon find a good fit for city driving. So far so easy.
Although it is not at the level of "Large and fully packed", I think it can be used not only with Z1 that is matched to the specifications of the setting vehicle, but also with a big bike with four air-cooled engines.
Even in its current state, in the good area of Fee Ring, there is a different vector of Torque feeling than CR Carburetor set up with the usual Needle, which is very fresh and enjoyable. The sound has also changed a lot. (My impression is that the sound has become lighter)
It's hard to verbalize, but Response is excellent and seems to be faster. (Whether it is actually faster or not is another matter.)
However, the Quantity in KEIHINOEMSetting parts that was originally used:The cold startability is a little bit lower and the idling to warm up is a little bit unsettled, but not Negative.
It will be very different from CR Carburetor of KEIHINOEM, so I think it is a Level of what kind of taste you like here.
I was surprised to see a large improvement in fuel economy from about 12km/l with the conventional setup to about 15km/l with the new setup.
The better atomization characteristics reduce fuel consumption for more efficient combustion." I was a little thrilled to be able to experience I didn't know it would be this good.
Originally, with CR33 of NORMAL, I was able to run all year round without any stress at all with a slightly thicker setting, but it is interesting to see the improvement in fuel economy without any power down feeling, even though the fee rings are different.
often MJN doesn't have detailed settings. I have seen Negative notations such as "I'm not sure if this is the opinion of those who are utilizing it in a very SEVERE dimension?
As long as I am testing it, I have the impression that it is not impossible to pack it down to the practical Level for normal city driving and touring. The Level of effort is the same as that of a normal CRcarburetor.
It depends on the Level you are looking for, but I think that MJN is easier to set up to a certain Level.
However, because of the compatibility with EngineOthers, or rather the fact that Nozzle has only a 3-step clip adjustment mechanism, it is probably out of the range of vehicle specifications that Nozzle can handle.
In my case, I used up to 3/3 of the Clip in NORMAL KATANA, so I may not be able to handle it if you are working on the Engine.
Also, although it may not be a function of MJN itself, unlike KEIHINOEM's Jet Needle, MJN's nozzle is fixed rather firmly to the throttle valve, so nozzle oscillation does not occur.
Clearance with Needle Jet may be severe for that, but the so-called The Needle Dance. I think the structure of the MJN is suppressed, so other than the MJN mechanism, maybe that's what produces good fee rings as well?
Even if assembled correctly, it seems that the Nozzle may interfere with the Needle Jet due to individual differences on the carburetor side, so I thought it would be better to assemble it nervously, taking into account that there is also a Merit.
I think it would be very good if PRO were to get serious about putting it together, but I wonder if there is any data comparing it with Chassis dynamo.

Yoshimura Brake Lever Guard
The brake lever guard looks sleek and material are of high quality expected from yoshimura. Sadly they don't make a clutch lever guard too. It would be great if they have it so it would look symmetrical on the bike. View detail
The Yoshimura logo makes me grin.
The grips we had been using were worn out, so we replaced them with ones made by YOSHIMURA, as recommended by the Motorcycle store.
Aside from the Grip heater, I have not been so particular about the GripSingle item, but when I held the one I replaced this time, I was impressed by its exquisiteness in terms of the sense of catch, grip comfort, thickness, and so on.
Moreover, the Yoshimura logo is casually placed on the brim, which makes me grin!

Fits: SUZUKI GSX-S750
I'm glad I chose YOSHIMURA.
The moderate exhaust sound and characteristic exhaust sound of NORMAL were good, but I couldn't stand the appearance of the exhaust system. However, as for the sound, there were many installation videos on the web, so I was not expecting much, but the impression I got when I actually installed the exhaust system was that it was just a hair above the normal exhaust system. Before I put it on, I thought that the baffle made it sound less white, but after I put it on, I realized that the role of the baffle is to make the sound large, which was a pleasant miscalculation.
Another high point was the YOSHIMURA logo on the end of the baffle, which is not just a baffle, but a one-point small technique that is very effective.
The power feeling is not so great since NORMAL is sufficient, but the response of the Engine is even better, and the Level is extremely exhilarating.
However, the intake sound of that beastly roar of NORMAL seems to have been muffled, so those who value the intake sound more than the exhaust sound may want to consider selecting NORMAL.
Although lighter than the NORMAL, it is still a little heavier, so as long as you are careful with it, it should be extremely easy to install. Also, it would be better if you have a new Gasket.
I didn't prepare it, so I am using it as is.
I was very hesitant because of the price, but I was convinced!

Can
The carburetor itself was Large satisfactory.
I had been wearing CRcarburetor until now, but it does not compare to CRcarburetor at all.
The only disappointment was the lack of a bracket to hold the Power Filter in place.
I would appreciate confirmation before shipping,
Bracket previously used for CR was substituted.

Installation is recommended before the Radiator fins are deformed by stepping stones or insects.
The Yoshimura logo has a strong claim, but it's cool because SEA BASS = YOSHIMURA.
Select Silver for color
The Package was also quite elaborate and beautifully packaged in a cosmetic box, I don't think you can reduce in cost there.

Yoshimura SuperCub Pipes
Excellent. Exceeded my expectations. It really is a beautiful piece of engineering that can't be done justice in the photographs andbe dine iimpressive the ampount of care they put into making it. Installation is straightforward and can be done in well under an hour. The only thing needed to do is to loosen the footpegs so you can thet the original muffler out and the new one in. The instructions are in Japanese but the diagrams are sufficient. There was a buring smell but that's just the rust inhibitor burning off and it quickly went away. This is normal. The sound is distinctive and sounds like an aftermarket exhaust. About 30% louder and brings a a beautiful single piston 'thumper' sound to the bike. I can't comment on accurately performance but it definitley sounds faster. View detail
Genuine Yoshimura Reservoir Tank Cover in Green
A customer has a lovely example of a Kawasaki Ninja 900 which they wanted to add a cover for the brake fluid reservoir they have. I suggested this Yoshimura one in green as it would go well with the bike they had. Most brake fluid reservoirs that do not have a cover do seem to be prone to attracting condensation. The price was very reasonable and easy to find. It's for the 45ml tank. The shipping was brilliant as I purchased other items. It literally took a week to arrive with me. Upon receipt I was really impressed with the packaging from Webike. The quality of this cover is superb, I have had cheap copies before and they simply do not remove the condensation as the material is not absorbent. This howver is great as it appears to be a high cotton content which wicks up moisture really well. Looks great on the reservoir tank too. Thanks Webike for the service you provided View detail
