Scorpion Red Power
Looks good, came with all parts needed to put on, including heatshield - on that note: Heatshield needs to be adjusted so it doesn't rub catalytic converter, and be warned - sound doesn't change much due to catalytic converter. Gives it slightly more low end rumble, high end isn't changed. Happy with purchase, also scorpion's have lifetime warranty if registered. View detail
Appearance and Driving Impressions
I asked the PRO to install it, but he said it was indeed an overseas product and the holes were not aligned, so a little modification was required.
The appearance is slim and refreshing, and the black color makes the forme look narrower.
The exhaust outlet rim is Fashion with Red One Point.
The variable valve on the normal muffler will be removed when this exhaust system is installed, so I added a Can Sera-Plug at the same time to prevent an error signal.
I think the sound is not so different from NORMAL when it is blown empty.
When running, the pulse sound is noticeably louder than in NORMAL, and the popping sound is also louder in Downshift.
Naturally, the Torque underneath seems to have been lost a little because of the improved disconnect, but not so much that it is bothersome.
By the way, this is a DCT vehicle, but it is a Sound that you can enjoy.

It fits NINJA 650, but when changing the oil filter, the exhaust system has to be shifted because the gap between the oil filter and the exhaust system is only a few millimeters. Other than that, I had no problem. I like the sound at high rpm. View detail

After checking the parts, the installation work started. The work is done while looking at a simple Instruction Manual. If you are not confident, it is safer to have a store do the work for you. Without the Disc Grinder, it would have been a disaster. It is important to have a certain amount of tools for installation, because there were about two places where it was difficult to tighten the flange nut due to the shape of the pipe. Exhaust pipe and middle silencer part
Apply liquid packing and do not apply Engine.
I left it for 24 hours. I had no exhaust leaks.

There is nothing difficult about the installation, there are plenty of articles about replacing the exhaust system on the gsx-r125, so please refer to those articles. To be honest, it is very easy! LOL!
Idling is relatively quiet, but the sound when you turn it is quite loud! You can hear it when you turn it.
The sound is better, but the Torque seems to have dropped quite a bit, and since the Intake is still OEM, I'm going to change the Intake and see what happens.

Excellent customer service
After the early failure of my Scorpion carbon fiber muffler, I received excellent customer service to resolve my issue and I decided it best to replace the carbon fiber muffler with a metal muffler and went with the short satin titanium muffler as this also matched the colours of my Suzuki SV650 really well. The titanium muffler has now been on my motorcycle for over 40,000 kms with no problems this time round. Fantastic look on this naked motorcycle and sound from the v twin, just love the exhaust note when you roll off the throttle. Great to see Scorpion step up and look after their customers when a problems arises. View detail
Short carbon fiber muffler failure
I was in the market for a new exhaust for my Suzuki SV650 and decided to try one with a carbon fiber muffler for the first time. The kit from Scorpion has everything you need for a successful installation and the carbon fiber looked beautiful with the dark paint colours of my motorcycle. The sound through the short 225mm muffler from the 650cc v twin engine is amasing and I was so happy until the carbon fiber sleeve on the muffler started to discolour from the exhaust heat. Scorpion customer service did look after me informing me there was a defect with the muffler packing and organised a replacement muffler but I chose not to go with a carbon fiber one again. I bought this product for DUKE390, but when I started to install it, I could connect the first joint part without any problem, but the diameter of the second part (Exhaust System side) is too small to fit normally. The second part (Exhaust System side) is too small to fit.
However, the delivery time also takes time, and Rose to this point, and it was not able to be retracted, and the welding BALI of the inside of the Catalyzer side was shaved first, and because it was still no good, the swallowing Pipe of Exhaust System was cut off about 1.5mm, and the swallowing Pipe tip was shaved to the Taper shape.
I've managed to get to the point where I can connect it. Now I'm going to put it together while thinking about how to prevent exhaust leaks.
My subjective opinion is that if it's a 250, the Exhaust System bore is a little too small. Anyway, the 2020 model 390 doesn't come with it normally.

Cosa & Design & Sound fitment Looks great in person!
At first, I was worried about AXIS Labo, but I found a video of SCORPION Exhaust System with zh2 on YouTube.
I bought it with my personal preference for Sound and Design price.
Unfortunately, the fact that it's not JMCA makes me hesitant to buy it, but...
