OEM Exhaust System that takes the best of both worlds.
Recently, I was reaffirmed the excellence of MotorcycleManufacturer's OEM Exhaust System, so I thought why not install the OEM Exhaust System on my CUB, which was bore up to 88cc, and I purchased and installed the pre-regulation 90 I purchased and installed the OEM Exhaust System.
It may seem that the design, sound quality, and performance of CUB's OEM exhaust system is not what you are looking for, but I am truly convinced that it is superior in many aspects. 。
The ◎◎ of the OEMExhaust System.
The ◎OEMExhaust System is a bulkhead structure that reduces the volume.
◎The volume is less likely to become larger over time, and stable performance can be maintained throughout the life of the product.
The OEMExhaust System is a discrete part of the OEM Exhaust System.
◎The internal structure gradually deteriorates. This may cause the exhaust sound to gradually become moreargeable.
◎Steel is Large and a half, so it is susceptible to rust.
The good thing about the external Exhaust System.
■ You can change the tone to your liking.
■ Exhaust gas flow velocity is faster, allowing more exhaust gas to be released, resulting in more power at higher RPMs.
→ Low speed Power falls off.
Lightweight materials such as stainless steel, a rust-resistant material, can be used to reduce weight.

Flat Torque characteristics
No Torque shortage in 3rd gear.

Model year 01 or later
● The loss is worse than before the regulation.
High RPM is difficult to extend.
As a countermeasure, the main jet should be changed to No. 85 before the regulation (No. 82 after the regulation).
● Noise is said to be lower than before the regulation.
Although the exhaust efficiency is higher than the OEM50 after the regulation, it is not bad at all. However, we chose the pre-regulation 90OEM because we wanted something with a reasonable exhaust efficiency and less noise since we had bore up.

The noise is quiet enough. Even if the internal structure deteriorates in the future, I don't think it will become noisy.
○I can now climb hills in 3rd gear while accelerating. Before, I always had to drop down to 2nd gear to drive up hills (laughs).
Plating process is well done. Rust-resistant if properly cared for.
○ Price. The price is cheaper than the price of the large size (20,000~).
If it is 88ccBore up, I think it is Large sturdy with 90 OEM SettingMJ85 SJ40.
I don't think there is a Demerit.
No wonder CUB enthusiasts admire and love it.

I was doing carburetor setting by myself, and my shallow understanding of carburetors was that if the bore size is increased, the carburetor will run at high rpm and power up, and that it is good to increase the intake air volume... (laughs). I thought I had to know a little more about carburetors.
I looked into the workings of ☆carburetor.
Carburetor‥
Fuel is injected using the negative pressure of the engine without using electricity.
The purpose of the atomization is to accelerate vaporization and facilitate mixing with air.
The air-fuel“mixture” is sent through its Carburetor Joint to the intake side of the Engine and enters the combustion chamber.
I thought it was a bridge between the engine and the outside air rather than a power up.
Merit of ■carburetor
◎Easy to maintain due to simple structure. Even if it breaks down, repair costs are low because of its simple structure. *If you do it yourself.
◎Setting is possible according to Rider's preference.
◎If you fuel the Throttle, you can experience the unique sensual sound of the carburetor! 。
■carburetor Demerit
◎Engine is difficult to engage when the outside temperature is low. ◎Remedy this by pulling →Chalk to thicken the air mixture.
◎In addition to temperature, humidity and other factors can also affect the Engine, causing it to malfunction. Some Motorcycle will be in bad shape on a rainy day. →Powerful or FunnelSpec.
◎If left untreated for a long period of time without being ridden, the Engine will continue to malfunction and will not run comfortably.
In the worst case, the engine may stop running and the vehicle may become immobile. This is due to the deterioration of the gasoline inside the engine.
And the most common type of carburetor that we often hear about in the CUB series is the OEM &arrarr;PB series, vehicles that have been bore up or customized for driving &arrarr;PC series. The carburetor I bought and use this time is PB13, what is the difference between PB and PB?
Aperture Diameter
PB from about 13 to 18.
PCs from about 16 to 20. Peak power is higher with larger PCs. 。
◎Nature
PB runs with good fuel economy with an emphasis on medium and low speeds.
PC is a rather Race ish carburetor with High Speed Oriented compared to PB.

◎Choke Lever can be made from the →Handlebar side instead of from the carburetorBody.
◎Normal head and normal crank are compatible up to 88cc.
◎Main jet is compatible with the one for PCcarburetor. The type of the jet is round Small.
The setting is the same all year round, not severe.
◎Gasoline On, Off and Reserve are integrated.
A bad point
● High rotation like PCcarburetor cannot be expected.
→High Camshaft and Sprocket can be changed.
If you are an OEM, a smaller diameter is not acceptable, but a larger diameter is easier to ride and easier to set than before the exchange.
For city driving and touring main, OEMcarburetor that does not require severe adjustment would be better.
I think it is a safe carburetor that is easy to handle and can be bore up.

Genuine Honda Oil Filter for CBR600F
Ok so it's just an oil filter. An oil filter that gets changed through out the bikes life. So, why bother buying really cheap aftermarket ones or the really expensive one when you know the genuine will work perfectly and give a great life span. The filter was easy to find, it also fits quite a few different models so is readily available. The price was really good, and still better than could source locally for the same Honda part. As I always have more than one part in each order, the cost of shipping is really good. I generally use EMS as it gets to me very quickly and the tracking is full, I mean FULL as in every step of the journey. I know exactly when the order will be delivered and apart from once, the delivery has always been on time. Every part in the order was well packaged as expected and the outer box was sealed on all sides so none of my smaller parts could escape.There is not really much to say about the finish of this oil filter as there is not really much you can see, The paint on the outer is really good and no runs or blemishes on it at all. The filter threaded on really easily and obviously, with any oil filter change, a small amount of oil on the end just to help seal.Fitted in no time at all and filled the oil in the engine. Actually, this was the best one, in our CUB.
I have used many external exhaust systems, but for my SUPER CUB, which is one of my favorite cars, I bought a new OEM exhaust system and switched back to OEM.
OEMExhaust System Merit
(1) Quiet and no nuisance.
You don't have to worry so much about your neighbors in the morning or at night. 。 The good thing is that it is less likely to inconvenience others, especially when traveling, which sometimes means leaving early in the morning.
(2) No need to worry about vehicle inspections.
The sound of an external exhaust system may become loud after a few years, and it may not pass the vehicle inspection. 。 Of course, the OEM exhaust system may also be in such a state if it is used for a long time, but it clearly has a longer life than an external exhaust system. 。
The Merit is the one that is less likely to be too loud and get an NG when it comes time to pass inspection.
(3) Torque is thick. (The external exhaust system is basically thicker in diameter, and the Torque tends to be lost. 。 The thicker the sound, the larger the sound, and the better the design and parenthesis.
However, there are many external exhaust systems that do not have a thinner Torque these days. 。 However, it gradually deteriorates and the Torque can become thin little by little.
In fact, I have been using an external exhaust system for many years, and at first I did not feel Torque loss, but when I switched back to the OEM exhaust system, I felt Torque become more and more. 。
I knew that Torque was gradually slipping away.
OEMExhaust System Demerit
(1) The appearance is plain. You can't give it any individuality (laughs).
But Simple and Cool.
The OEM exhaust system is heavier than the external exhaust system because of the bulkhead structure inside the OEM exhaust system. Also, the fact that steel is used in many cases is one of the reasons for the increase in weight.
(3) Difficult to appeals to the surroundings. (4) Quiet sound makes it difficult to be noticed by others (leading to an accident).
There was this kind of Merit and Demerit, but my CUB (50 modified 88 Spec.) is quite SmallEngine Displacement Volume, so the benefit of OEMExhaust System seemed to be considerable.

◎Carburetor settings are set up so that the same settings can be used throughout the year.
I used the CUB70 factory carburetor setting (Main78 Throw40) as a reference. I really thought it would be better to set it to 90, but I thought it would be more compatible with 70OEM since Cranksha?Head and other parts were used from 50. This seems to have been a good choice.
◎Hill climbing performance has been improved:the car climbs hills that had been dropped to 2nd gear, while still having room to accelerate in 3rd gear.
◎Quiet. This is all there is to it. No one around you will notice you, let alone the police.
◎Durability is without a doubt.
In my case, carburetor PC20, high camshaft, bore up, and external exhaust system were the better specs, but the result of setting with OEM exhaust system was really easy to drive (laugh).
The 50OEMExhaust System is often derided as being clogged with feces, but it may be the best exhaust system to make the most of the Torque.
Some of my other vehicles have external exhaust systems, and they have many good points such as weight saving and high RPM extension.
But OEM is also great, because in a way it is a car model Exclusive Design.
It is understandable that some people, even those who are circuit enthusiasts, are concerned about Torque loss and choose to keep the OEM Exhaust System.
NormalBalance is the best, but this is not surprising. NormalBalance is the best, but this is not surprising, since it is built to the specifications of the Normal engine to begin with. 。 It is a TuningExhaust System, which means that it has to be versatile in terms of power characteristics and durability, so it is inevitable that the power may be a little low or heavy.

Perfect OEM Replacement to my old fuel filler cap
My old filler cap needed replacing and purchased this as a OEM replacement. It came complete with a new set of OEM Honda keys and fitted perfectly. I did change the keys and barrel with the orginal keys and barrel (I watch a youtube video on how to do this) so that I only needed on set of keys for the bike. The whole process of buying and delivery was really easy and was kept informed of when this would arrive. Bolt Replacement
When the Mission oil is changed, the bolt is replaced with a new bolt.
