About the feeling of use - The oil filter cover is a very special product with it's design that integrated into the SP Takegawa clutch cover to add yet another feature to their clutch cover work to help with engine longevity by removing unwanted metal from the oil. Products to buy together - A key product to buy together with the oil filter cover is the SP Takegawa clutch cover that will allow for the fittment and use of the oil filter cover that it is specifically designed for. Difficulty of installation - The installation of the oil filter cover is a simple task that took 0.2 of an hour to complete. Common sense and the use of basic hand tools is all that is required to secure the oil filter cover to the clutch cover. Cost performance and comparison with other products - I find the cost of all the products SP Takegawa sell to be on par when compared to what most other companies sell their products for and the oil filter cover is no different. Genuine Kitaco Camshaft
After a lot of thought and help from elsewhere, the camshaft was found to be needing a replacement due to incorrect storage and so the fun began. Finding the right camshaft was pretty straightforward, there are a lot of spare parts available for these bikes which makes my life a lot easier. The price for the camshaft was a real bargain and if I had to replace from the UK parts, it would be at least double the price. So, along with a few other parts for the project it was added to the basket. My order was shipped all together via EMS and arrived in 5 days from being shipped from Webike warehouse. The box arrived in perfect condition and was filled with bubble wrap to keep everything safe. The camshaft is truly an awesome piece of machinery. This one is far beyond what I imagined to get. I have never purchased Kitaco parts before but these are definitely the way to gofor thos project. The cams are all nicely machined, the bearings are sound and pretty much a plug and play. Genuine Kitaco Complete Piston Set
Along with some other parts for this mega rebuild/project bike. The pistin was shot due to not being stored correctly and was eroded in places. Not to worry, I found the right piston set pretty easily and the price was to be honest, amazing for what you actually get. The cost of shipping was really good value too which made my life a lot simpler. I did have a few other parts ready for ordering and got them all shipied together with EMS and my order arrived in 5 days. The box my order came in was well padded and nothing got any kind of damage in transit. The piston set comes with the piston, the rings, circlips and the gudgeon pin so all you have to do is fit it and away you go. The piston is weel made and I had no issues fitting the rings which had enough flex to negotiate the piston correctly. All together, very pleased with this purchase and an absolute bargain too. This is the second cover for the Street Triple, the clutch cover specifically. Yet another large cover for a large casing. This is the second cover I have purchased for the Street Triple. I know GBRacing is a top quality brand as I have used their products many times before. These covers are excellent and add a massive amount of protection to the bike. If you care for your bike, get these.Finding the correct cover was really easy as Webike do list all the models these kits fit. I also cross checked this with GBRacing website just to make sure.These covers along with all their others are made with a composite of fibre and plastic, I am unsure of exactly what they are but they are extremely durable and do what they say they do. You could probably get other brands for better prices but why risk your bike for the sake of a few pouunds when having to buy a new clutch casing is going to be a heck of a lot more. The price from Webike was really competitive and I know they deliver the orders in super quick time anyway. Easy choice to make.The covers all arrived in perfect condition. Packed really well and no damage to anything. This cover is a large piece and needs to be 100% perfect which it is. The finish is smooth and clean and a nice sheen sating black with great silver logo and lettering. Goes really well with the bike already. Fitting was really easy and it is just remove the old bolts specified in the instructions and replace eith the provided ones in the packet. They are slightly longer bolts as they have to accommodate the cover thickness too. Took around an hour to fit the 2 covers I purchased for the Street Triple. I know GBRacing is a top quality brand as I have used their products many times before. These covers are excellent and add a massive amount of protection to the bike. If you care for your bike, get these. Finding the correct cover for the Street Triple was really easy as Webike do list all the models these kits fit. I also cross checked this with GBRacing website just to be sure I did not write the wrong number down. Really good price for this set from Webike and pretty much the same as I could source locally here in the UK. Yes, you can get other manfacturers who make sets like these but I have my own experience of how well these perform in the event of an off. They do take a good beating but essentially, these are to protect you casing. They also look really cool too. Along with some other items in my basket, this was all ordered together which cut the cost down per item. I use EMS fast as they just work, they are delivered to my door in less than a week. All was packed out really well and even the small pieces were protected during transit.Upon opening the cover box, I was really happy to find all was present and correct, the right amount of bolts etc is always a bonus.The composite is not just pastic like some of the other kits you can buy, GBRacing have really done their homework here and the durability is epic.The finish on all of GBRacing covers is a nice satin black, very tactile and the looks stunning when fitted.Having had previous experience in fitting these kind of covers, it was a piece of cake. As for CUB, I always use High Camshaft when I do bore up. 。
So what does High Camshaft change? → High Camshaft is a component that changes the power output characteristics in a large, crude way.
What is the purpose of high camshaft?
High camshaft tuning is a relatively simple way to increase the power of the engine, with the aim of increasing engine output and RPM.
The more air the engine can take into the cylinder, the more fuel it can burn at once, and the more power it can produce. 。
However, one of the obstacles to air intake is the valve. If the valve opens less, the passage is narrower and the amount of air that can be taken in is reduced.
The high camshaft increases the valve lift to widen the passage and increase the amount of air that can be taken in.
Since more air mixture can be put into the combustion chamber than with the normal cam, a larger explosion is produced, resulting in more power and acceleration performance. 。
This is the effect of high camshaft.
Merit of High Camshaft is
(1) Power is increased because the amount of air intake increases at high rpm. 。
(2) Since the Exhaust System Intake Valve is open in the first half of the compression process, the pressure escapes, making it difficult to knock down the engine even with a high compression engine.
(3) Even if the Rev limit is increased to some extent, the maximum speed can be increased because Torque does not fall.
Demerit says.
(1) Engine performance is lower than NORMAL at low RPM.
(2) Fuel consumption deteriorates because the pre-combustion mixture is also discharged.
(3) Carbon adheres more easily to the throttle valve during engine braking because there is more blowback to the intake.
Idling becomes unstable because it becomes difficult to stabilize at very low rpm.
(5) If the valve does not follow the cam due to an increase in the amount of lift, it may be necessary to change to a Fixed Type Valve head of InnerShim etc. or Reinforcement Spring etc.
(6) The life of Spring will be shortened because the load on Valve Spring will become large.
The high camshaft is KITACO's high camshaft special for normal cylinder head.

I was impressed as if I went from a CUB practical engine to a sports type motorbike.
High camshaft can be used for normal head, so it won't break the Valve.
The power increased by Bore up can be efficiently released.
The instruction manual is easy to understand.
○The height of Cam Mountain is moderate, so there is not much of a drop in low-speed Torque or fuel consumption.
A bad point
The aforementioned Idling instability tends to be present.
Power will definitely drop for normal engines and engines that have not been bore up, and some parts will be worse for normal engines. 。 Lack of low-speed Torque, and instability of Idling.
○Tappet adjustment is troublesome. 。
Tighten with the Thickness Gauge in between and be sure to use 0.5 for intake and 0.8 for exhaust.
I've tried to use it, but I'm somewhat worried because it's a silo job.
If fuel is increased to compensate for the increase in air, it is certain that the output will increase, but the fuel consumption will worsen. Output and fuel consumption are basically inversely related.
It is pleasant to feel the Peak power increase by releasing the Engine Power, which has become more powerful with Bore up, and there is a sense that Demerit is kicked out as well (laugh).
I think it would be even more exciting to build a bore-up engine by yourself!
High Camshaft is
DisNormal engine→ Not Recommendation because of its outstanding non-power.
Bore up→Power can be transmitted nicely, so recommendation.
There is a benefit to putting it on.

I have bore up with SUPER CUBOEM 50→75→85. This time I tried 85→88.
4MINI's standard Tune, Bore up, you hear it a lot, don't you?
What is Bore up? Bore up means to increase the engine displacement volume by enlarging the cylinder diameter (bore diameter). 。 Increase engine displacement volume by replacing the cylinder or by replacing it with a larger piston. 。 The purpose is to increase acceleration by increasing Engine Displacement Volume.
Basically, it is generally recognized that the object of modern bore-up is not a car but a motorcycle, because unlike a car, the engine of a motorcycle is made of iron →analog, so parts can be easily replaced. Cars are made of aluminum, which is not suitable for bore up.
Merit of Bore up
◎Ability to improve acceleration performance and Torque 。
◎30 km limit for Class 1 mopeds; two-step Right turn is no longer required. (Notification required)
◎Largeest load capacity also increases from 30 kg to 60 kg.
Demerit of Bore up
◎ Will it shorten the life of the Motorcycle such as Engine? →I guess it depends on how you ride and the degree of bore up.
Oil management is severe than OEM. 2000 km oil change.
◎Tax Gold will increase 。 Insurance needs to be reviewed with the Engine Displacement Volume change.
Clutch and other parts are slippery. Clutch capacity is adjusted to the original engine displacement volume, so the capacity will be exceeded.
◎Failure to file an application for an alteration act could be considered tax evasion.
Bore up increases the Engine Displacement Volume, so it is necessary to report the modification. 。 Specifically, you will submit a proof of registration of modification at the tax department of the city hall. You will need to bring your personal seal (inkan), the License Plate that you have been using, and documents that prove that you have increased the Engine Displacement Volume by modifying your vehicle. 。 Proof of Engine Displacement Volume change is Large sturdy, such as a receipt for a special kit purchased at the time of bore up.
In my case, I bore up the crank and cylinder head to reduce the workload and safety margin, and use the OEM50 as it is.
I would like to write about the good and bad points in this relatively easy Bore up.
Where is the best Manufacturer?
There are a lot of companies releasing these products, including Takegawa, KITACO, DAYTONA, and Clipping point, which is the company we used this time.
Clipping point also has a store on YakuOff, and they are very helpful in answering questions such as confirmation of fitment, and I think their parts are highly accurate. I also like that their prices are relatively reasonable, so I like to use their services.

◎I am impressed by the Torque and acceleration which is incomparable to 50. 50→88 has 1.76 times Engine Displacement Volume, so it is a different vehicle (laugh).

Bad points ... or rather, things that should be done.
◎The compression ratio of the Up Kit, in which only the cylinder and piston are replaced while the head remains the same, is higher than that of the Normal Kit because the volume at top dead center remains the same. Therefore, the ignition point temperature is higher. (flame retardant) Please make it high-octane.
Regular is fine, but since it has high compression, the exhaust heat cannot keep up with the normal 60 km/h run, and it will burn out. 。 Most large bore ups have high compression, so I specify high octane for heat exhaust. 。 If the high compression is less than 30 km/h, I think RegularGasoline would be able to handle this.
However, if you weigh the cost of putting regular gasoline in the car with the cost of repairing the broken gasoline, it would be cheaper to put high octane gasoline in the car.
Install High Camshaft + change the GEAR ratio (change the Large size of Sprocket...I set it to 14 in front and 36 in the rear.) If you don't do that, the maximum speed will not increase at all (lol).
◎You should increase the size of the carburetor. 50OEM can only intake up to about 75cc. I think you should use an external or OEM90 carburetor.
Reinforced clutch at a minimum. increase the size of the oil pump if there is room.
From my experience....75cc is the limit for NORMAL50's clutch and oil pump....even with 75cc, I have experienced the clutch slipping and the cylinder valve melting...(laugh)
Comparing the 75 and 88, the 88 has more Torque, but it requires a stronger oil pump and an extended orifice, and a reinforced clutch is also necessary.
If you keep Normal head and Crank is 50, I think Bore up88CC is the limit.
So, what's the attraction? You may be thinking, "Well, I can do it by myself only above the waist, and since I am free from the 30-kilometer limit, I can really use it as a daily leg.
We do require a minimum of notification, Clutch, and Oil pump, though. This alone is safe.
It is less expensive than buying a new Motorcycle with the above Engine Displacement Volume. It depends on how much bore up you want to do, but it won't cost you that much if you can use the OEM parts.
If you have done the bore up yourself once, there is also the convenience of being able to fix it as soon as it breaks.
For now, just try Bore up. It will be a completely different ride. But it's a hassle to manage the oil, etc. (laughs).
I am planning to replace it with CUB90 OEM in the near future.
