Silver Clutch Cover Kit from SP Takegawa
* About quality and texture, Cast aluminium clutch housing with a silver painted finish to suit the Monkey 125 engine. The machined aluminium wire cable arm is premium over the cheap OEM Honda one. * About the feeling of use, This clutch cover gives the engine a high performance premium look and does everything better then the OEM Honda clutch cover, a very worth while upgrade to have. * Products to buy together, If you are going to go to the expense of purchasing this clutch cover you will be wanting the benefits an oil cooler brings, SP Takegawa have many different kits to suit your desired positioning and type of oil lines you wish to use. * Difficulty of installation, This install requires access by removing other parts like the rearset and exhaust and special tooling to complete the job. The process was completed in 120 minutes with some difficultly. * Cost performance and comparison with other products, A well priced part for the extras it adds to the Monkey 125 and the only one to buy in my opinion but Kitaco do also sell an upgraded clutch cover at a slightly cheaper price. * About shipping and packaging, I am happy to wait 6 weeks on average for my parts to arrive in Sydney Australia via Webike's sea freight which comes with tracking and insurance so I know I'm covered in case something was to go wrong but with there outstanding bubble wrapping and boxing there have been no problems. * Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing, The manufactures of these special clutch covers to state they are only to be used with a down style exhaust but if you have an up style exhaust there is a chance it may still work for you. Use the product reviews to assist in making a decision on your purchase. View detail
Further Up Dates
The clutch was a normal clutch that had been used for many years, but after 80,000km, it recently started slipping, so we decided to replace it with an Advantage FCC. Since it was a good opportunity, the standard Advantage FCC was used. (Reinforced) 。
After the replacement, we thought it would be better to replace the oil as soon as possible the first time, so we did so without replacing the oil. (Side Stand) At the Scheduled after 500km of acclimatization
After installation, I could feel that the car was holding firmly in high gear in a straight line, which may be natural since the Diaphragm system was replaced by the Reinforcement Spring system. The vehicle started to rise a little faster than before, so I fine tuned the rebound damping of the Front Suspension.
Demerit makes the Lever heavier. Even with external φ19mm, familiarity and grip Up is a must.
Next, I will try to put in OVER's Light clutch.
How is the collaboration between Advantage and OVER.

Mast for oil cooler installation
This product solves many problems at once when installing Oil cooler.
I was thinking about all kinds of things, such as the outlet and the Thermostat attachment, and this product solved it all at once.
Note that changing the oil filter from a centrifugal type to a cartridge type also structurally reduces the flywheel effect in the engine.
There are various spec. available, but I have chosen a combination according to NORMAL with wet & wire drive.
The clutch cable is different from that of the NORMAL model, so the half-clutch seems to have a few quirks.
I thought that I should have chosen the hydraulic type. I thought that I should have chosen the hydraulic type, but … it was a later mistake.
Also, as is common with Mukawa products, the quality of the rubber parts is not up to par …The cover of the adjustment part of the clutch wire is already cracked.

Correct answer
It was OEM and a little slippery.
When I switched to this one, they are tightly connected and do not slip at all.
As one would expect from the FCC.
Durability was not bad, and it did not seem to diminish quickly.

Special Clutch Cover Kit
About quality and texture - Excellent quality, just wow I am so so happy to have this product to fit to my Honda Monkey 125. About the feeling of use - This product gives you features that are sorely missing from the OEM clutch cover, the main and most important being the cartridge oil filter. Products to buy together - To complete the installation of the clutch cover you will be needing to remove the OEM oil spinner so you will be wanting a lock nut wrench, I went with product # 674-1432900 from Kitaco. Difficulty of installation - This is a hard installation and I would dedicate 3 to 4 hours of your time so you can get it done correct the first time round. Cost performance and comparison with other products - This is an expensive item to add to your motorcycle and if you are happy with a clutch cover with less features then the one from Kitaco is a cheaper opition, product # 307-1432210. About shipping and packaging - This sea freight comdined order was very well priced and ariived in just 4 weeks to Australia this time round, packaged perfectly and all items arrived safety. Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing - Buy a few replacement oil filters when placing your order, OEM Honda oil filter product # 15412HB6003 fit. View detail
Fits: KAWASAKI GPZ900R, KAWASAKI GPZ750R, KAWASAKI GPZ900R, KAWASAKI GPZ750R
Higher performance than OEM!
OEM clutch plates have diagonal slits, while BITO's clutch plates have radial slits.
The GPZ900R has a wet clutch and the clutch is located near the oil outlet, but Kawasaki OEM clutches are generally slit at an angle, so they tend to stick. After replacing the clutch, the clutch work has become lighter because the oil is contained firmly.

I've only just assembled it.
I changed the Reinforced Clutch on my SUPER CUB 50FI 3-speed AA01 when it was bored out. It was my first time to replace the clutches, and it took a lot of work, but even I, an amateur, was able to do it.
I gave it 3 stars because I don't know how effective it is or how durable it is since I've only assembled it and am still in the process of boring it up.
I would like to make another impression after the other work is done and the break-in operation is completed.

Reinforced 6 Clutch Disc Kit
About quality and texture - This kit from Kitaco is top quality, the finish of the parts are so much nicer the the OEM one. About the feeling of use - Clutch operations now feel stronger, a must for people upgrading parts on their motors. Products to buy together - You will be need a special tool to remove the nut holding this on, product # 674-1432900 from Kitaco. Difficulty of installation - I found this install difficult and time consuming, soaking plates in oil and a lot of disassembly required along ensuring everything was lined up correctly before bolting it down. Cost performance and comparison with other products - When on sale I find this kit good value for the money but there are cheaper options here on Webike for just a clutch disc upgrade. About shipping and packaging - Cheap shipping cost, on time delivery and safety packaged. Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing - The clutch upgrade kit from SMR is another great options to go with, product # S23-MX-4001. View detail
Fits: HONDA MONKEY125, HONDA GROM, HONDA GROM, HONDA GROM
The Instruction Manual is sketchy, so a certain amount of Skill is necessary.
Purchased because it is cheaper than OEM.
Like the Service Manual, the Instruction Manual only gives a brief description of how to assemble the Plate, so be careful.
There is no reverse side of the plate, but if the Outer, Clutch center, and Pressure plate are not assembled correctly when fitting, it may cause slippage. This is a job that requires experience.

The enhanced centrifuge will end up being this
This is the fourth one I've used.
If you're bore up to 110cc or so, the 90Clutch won't hold it, so you'll need this reinforced centrifuge.
You will have to put it in. It's the strongest of the centrifuges, light on tread and easy to handle.
The 32-piece Weight contributes to Plate's crimping power, and normally 32 pieces of Weight would be
The meet point becomes low, but that's where ClutchFreeSpring and other
It's properly adjusted in Setting so you can use it without any discomfort.
Plate loss is as low as OEM even when used on Hard in conditions with a lot of half-clusters.
This is the fourth regular replacement, and Plate is still in use for 10,000km in conditions where there are many two-seater vehicles.
It's not much less. It's quite amazing.
In addition, there is a difference between the previous and current products in general, and in the current product, Lifter Plate is mainly
It was changed and it became hard to crack. The old one was easy to get cracks in the screw part of the plate.

Also, the accuracy of the parts has been improved, and it is possible to incorporate the parts without removing the BALI.
It is designed to perform. The previous ones can be taken BALI or still haGap
Individuals may need to run 100km or so to get the MeatPoint to work properly.
However, the current system does not do that.
Even though the overall feel has changed, the feel itself is the same. Crimping power, MeatPoint, etc. are also the same.
Almost the same.
If you are interested in centrifuging your CUB with Bore up, you should definitely buy these Items.

Great clutch if you have a bbk with 4v head
After upgrading my engine to takegawa 181 and 4v head, my stock clutch was struggling to contain the power. The extra disc plus the 60% stiffer springs and kitaco lifter create an execellent feeling clutch View detail
Very happy with the performance of this kit
If you are going to complete the installation of this kit yourself, to make this job as easy as possible you may also want to purchase these Kitaco tool part numbers 674-0510900 and 674-1432900 from Webike. Follow the included instructions, oil all your clutch discs and make sure you aline everything correctly before torquing down the bolts. After a successful installation I am very happy with the performance of this kit and I find it much improved over the Honda OEM setup. Looking forward to a long life and many trouble free kilometers from the reinforced 6 clutch disc kit from Kitaco. View detail

It makes it easier to ride.
I did the Bore up and used the OEM Clutch, and sure enough, it slipped & hellip; I could use it, but the Torque increased with the Bore up, and the Embrake became harder, so I changed to this one with the Overhaul.
Embracing also becomes gentle, and even the engine which has been bored up does not slide and is good.
good point
The Single has a Torque which makes it harder to drive. It reduces this problem.
The Clutch transmits the engine power efficiently, and the blowing has become lighter.
Reinforcement Type is better than OEM so you don't have to worry about slipping.
A bad point
Replacing the clutch plate is more of a hassle than a challenge because it requires a lot of rooting.
Need to break in a little, about 100km.
I think it will be easy to drive both OEM and Bore up vehicle. The emblem is a Large cut, but it is quite tiring for long distance driving such as Touring. Please consider it.
By the way, you can do it yourself by looking at the service manual or Net.

Clutch upgrade for the Honda Monkey 143
Since upgrading the top end of my Honda Monkey engine to the 143cc kit and having a lot of kilometers on the OEM clutch I was looking for my next install project and thought the clutch would be a good idea. I researched and was going to use the SMR wet clutch kit but then Kitaco came out with this complete kit for a little extra dollare wise and went with this instead. Since I already have the Kitaco clutch lifter plate and 60% stiffer clutch springs this is all that was order for this maintenance task. On arrival the kit looks to be great but would have been better if Kitaco has drilled and tapped all six posts on the clutch pressure plate to support the six bolt clutch lifer plate that other brands supply. That's normal.
I replaced the NORMAL Clutch with a strengthened one because the Housing was rattling.
There is no awkwardness that I often see in Impressions, and the connection of Torque is solid, and it was a good thing.

It looks inaccurate and not good when installed as is.
I installed it at the same time as I bored up my CUB90.
Someone gave me the information in advance that the accuracy was not good.
I installed it with a simple fix by myself.
I don't know what will happen if I don't fix it.
I fixed it and installed it, so it's working great so far.
It's a small thing, so we recommend you check it once before you install it.

Plus10,000 yen more than OEM, this performance is the right answer!
I think that this performance is the right answer for Plus10,000 yen than OEM Clutch Set.
The Clutch master is still OEM, but the difference was about the weight of the feeling.
Next time I buy one I will buy this one as long as it is in stock.

Installed in 3GM5 '91.
* Measure the weight of the spring included
It is 30Gram lighter than NORMAL
* Length of Spring
It's a bit longer than NORMAL, but the hardness might not change.
Is it corresponding to 3GM5 '91 because it was written 3GM in the conformity table? I think so, but 3GM Series has different Parts Structure after '93, so I am not sure if there is no problem in actual running.
The video will be attached to the appropriate one.

It is a must for Sports driving.
I purchased this product to reduce embrittlement and friction loss.
It's expensive, but it's really good.
good point
Embracing is calm. So you can concentrate only on cornering on the way down.
● It also increases fuel economy. I think it's because the resistance is reduced.
The entry of GEAR is smooth and easy to enter.
The accuracy of the parts is unquestionable.
A bad point
The installation is Large strange.
This is a great part that will make you want to drive sports.
The way I run has changed dramatically since I put this in.
It's interesting. It's just expensive!
