Replaced with Crab type Brembo
I have a bitter memory that when I replaced only the Caliper on my CB, the Rear did not work at all.......
With that in mind, I switched to Gail's Rear master, which was developed with Target in mind for the new Crab.
Whereas NORMAL works with gusto from the beginning.
Crab+Gale has Stroke, but it is easy to control Touch that works well for Linear.
I'm not very good at driving downhill on mountain roads, so I used to activate the ABS on the rear wheels, but maybe this will help me control it better!

Piston size was changed to match brembo M50.
Front caliper of Z1000R-EDITION is brembo's M50
The size of MASTER recommended by brembo for Caliper is 17mm.
And yet, for some reason, the OEM NisshinMASTER comes with a 19mm.
I thought it was a tight-fitting Touch.
That's why I decided to change the MASTER.
Candidates are brembo and GALE SPEED
GALE SPEED is still a weak Brand establishment, for better or worse.
brembo is the only way to go. But in terms of functionality, GALE SPEED has the edge.
bremboRCS with two-step ratio adjustment
Gale VRC is 8-Stages adjustable in 0.25mm increments
Well, once you've made up your mind, it's rare to move it, but it's so much nicer to be able to fine-tune it, isn't it?
GALE SPEED for the navel-gazers who only use navel-gazers who hate the standard.
I also heard that brembos tend to pee their pants a little bit, and I didn't want to be hit by one of them.
The touch is soft and the stroke is a bit much, but the brake is effective and easy to control with two fingers.
When 18mm is set, it is transformed into a tight touch, but it is controllable and does not have the tightness of the OEM.
I ended up settling on a 17mm intermediate.
I honestly didn't expect it to be this good, so I think I made a good purchase.
I wonder why Kawasaki adopted 19mm.
It has nothing to do with functionality, but I think the texture of the MASTERBody varies a lot from individual to individual.
The quality seems to be inconsistent, with some pieces having smooth surfaces and others having textured, dirty surfaces.

Replace to match Brake master
Clutch holder was also replaced along with the brake master.
Almost 90% for looks, not sure about functionality.
It comes with a RatioAdjuster, so you can change it to your liking.
Clutch is originally light, so use standard values
Maybe if NORMAL is 34mm and use 32mm adjuster.
Clutch is lighter, but the increased stroke = increased semi-clutch area = loss of sharpness.
I don't know how much 2mm would change things because I haven't done it.
I'd rather have Sharp controls than Dull controls.
I think the texture is okay, but the information on the Net is not.
I heard that individual Parts rust quickly.
Certainly the Holder in the Oaktion and other places is rusty and soggy.
I often see that it has become
The Instruction Manual that comes with it also says to spray rust inhibitor on the rusted areas.
I wanted the selection of Material to be reviewed when the price was raised from the old price of 30,000 yen to 40,000 yen.
or thereabouts GALE SPEED is where you can't become a first-class Brand.

I am satisfied with my purchase and Large change.
SEA BASS GSX1100S KATANA (1984 model) I purchased this product for use in the following applications.
・Lever ratio 32-34 (We chose 34) Mirror Holder M10×P1.25 ・Lever type is Standard.
The vehicle is already equipped with Unicorn clutch release arms.
Clutch Wire is Material:Stainless SteelOEM Length already installed.
I am using size M gloves and have short fingers, and I have started to ride KATANA.
Since around the same time, I have not been able to find a Clutch lever or Holder that feels comfortable to operate, and I have not been able to find a way to use them.
We have been struggling.
As it turns out, I am finally free of a decades-long problem. (We have tried many different products in the past.) 。
The work itself is not particularly difficult. I dare say that Clutch Wire's
With the adjustment part on the side of the engine loosened to the most Large value to allow room for Wire.
I think it is better to work on it without causing unnecessary damage and proceed Smoothly.
The product has a great finish, and most importantly, it matches the size of my fingers.
I am thrilled with the ability to fine-tune.
I have only driven a short distance around town, but there is no rattle and the Clutch operation is a pleasure.

Brake master for fine-tuning and experiencing the touch of your choice
[How is it used?
Mainly city driving + Touring
Was the one you received as per Image?
The black body is more than expected and can be installed around the front without any discomfort.
Was the installation difficult?
Installation was left to a Motorcycle shop that I am familiar with.
How was your experience with it?
Originally VRC 17.5 (18-16) I was using
OEM Caliper (30・32) brembo from (30・34) I just changed it to
I bought this one because it was softer.
You can calculate the Size in advance on the GALE SPEED website.
19 (20-18) 19 instead of (18-16) I chose the
As a result, 19 (20-18) But was it good though it hardened? I thought so.
I thought the above size would have been one of the candidates as brembo also has it.
However, the range of adjustment is 19 (18-16) seems to be more dominant.
The touch and the sensation when gripping are based on numerical values only.
I think it depends on the Manufacturer.
[Included Parts:were they on?
It came with a Stikeretc.
■
Brake, which I was anxious to feel as I thought it would, started working from the beginning.
This time I had to repurchase due to a Size change, so I wished I had bought this one from the beginning in anticipation of what was to come.
Those who plan to purchase in the future should also consider replacing Caliper and recommend choosing the right size.

Example of installation on NISSIN Rear master cylinder
It is an option for GALE SPEED Master Cylinder, but I wanted to extend the M8 push rod of Nisshin's tank-integrated rear master cylinder a little, so I bought it as a trial and was able to install it since the pitch, etc. were the same.
However, it is a little long as it is, so the push rod on the Master Cylinder side of the consumable is cut off and adjusted.
The Rear Sets are a type of Rear Master Sets that can be used to move the Rear Master, which is very helpful when you want to replace the Master Cylinder with another brand product, because it allows you to expand the adjustment range of the Push Rod.
It would have been nice if it were a little less expensive if possible, but it may be a gratifying Parts to create at One-off.

Used for GSX R1000
Installation is relatively easy, but depending on the footpeg, you may need to buy Offset 4mm, but I was able to use 3mm Spacer between the footpeg and the footpeg. View detail
Next time for Replacement.
I bought it as a spare to replace it with the next time I replace the tires because it has passed 10,000 km since I replaced it with Gale Wheels,
Incidentally, there is no rattle at all between the hub and wheel even after 10,000 km, so I think it is quite durable.
I would like it to be a little cheaper because it is a consumable item (laughs).

For comparison.
Assuming that Nisshin's Master Cylinder is not available, the cost will be high.
Buy and compare this one too. You have to see it in person to understand.
Since it is around One-offRear Sets, which are fundamentally an in-kind match.
Looking at this and that Size.
Bracket on the original product one can be removed and turned upside down.
This is useful because you can tease out the dimensions. (If not, another Size) !
After some difficulty, the footpeg was attached to the bracket of the footpeg with the Heel Guard installed.
There was a trap in the Size of Banjo bolt, but it was completed.
I managed to Small craft the OEM stop-lamp switch and finished.
Master Cylinder's Spring is on the anti-powerful side.
The pad I have now is mildly effective and the Piston has finally hit the mark.
It is quite good to use. Maybe a little less powerful?
I think you can find your preference in this area in Pad.
Anyway, the size is Compact, and I can hit the Frame, and my biggest concern is that the Frame is too small. [Color] Clear。
If you're struggling with Space issues, it's a good place to start.

Maybe Coating makes it rust resistant.
I heard that the Pivot pin of Gail's Wire Clutch Holder is prone to rust, so I installed this Pivot pin, which is coated with the Option.
When I put them side by side with the pin that comes with the clutch holder, I thought there was only a difference in the coating, but they also seem to be made a little differently.
As for the material, I think it is the same iron since they both stuck to the magnet equally well, but I think the one with GoldCoating is more resistant to rust.
I installed it, but since the logo is not red like the Elaborate, I felt that the gold was a little too assertive, so I decided to return to the original BlackPin and replace it when it rusts.
It would be good if the color of the Pivot pin on the Brake Side was also matched, but since we chose Black for the Brake Side as well, it seems like it is the only place on the Brake Side.
I was wondering if there is an option to use SUS instead of Titanium, like KOHKEN's Black coatPin….

Finger Quantity:Recommended for those who pull Clutch with 2pc … but
So far the Clutch operation has been performed with the finger Quantity:I was pulling with 2pc, so when I replaced it with Gail's Wire Clutch Holder, I converted it to Short lever.
Basically, there is no dissatisfaction with the Clutch operation and the finger Quantity:For those who have been pulling in 2pc, this is the best choice with no problems.
However, this time we changed the clutch holder to a variable ratio clutch holder to solve the weight of the clutch by installing an external slipper clutch, and changed the ratio from OEM 34mm to 32mm. The result was that the weight of the clutch was reduced to the original weight.
It is obvious if you think about it calmly, but I wonder if short lever will not break lever even if it falls down... or basic finger Quantity:I thought it would not be a problem since it is a 2pc, but when I ride long distances, such as touring, I feel fatigue accumulating and at the end I was pulling the short lever with three fingers;
Of course, it is ridden on a daily basis and finger Quantity:I have no problem with 2pc people, but I have not been touring for a long time and it was hard for me due to lack of muscle strength from not being able to ride normally, so I have returned to standard lever for now.
I think I will keep it as a Stock until the Standard lever breaks off if it falls over or something.

I just wanted to lighten the Clutch up a bit.
I wanted to lighten the Clutch on my 2021 MT-09SP, so I installed a Wire Clutch Holder from Gale that can change the Ratio.
According to the information on the Net, OEMSwitch could be used, but when we tried to match the switch box with the OEMSwitch, we found that the position of the screw stop was completely opposite to that of the OEMSwitch, and the switch box had to be modified.
I measured the OEMSwitch with Caliper to make an amateur drawing for machining, procured the bracket and other necessary parts for installation at Home center, decided on the machining area required, and was about to cut it with Belt Thunder at once when my wife called me because it was her day off. Shut up." The result was far from the drawing, but we managed to fill it with Bus Coke to make it waterproof for the time being.
The New Model MT-09SP has OEMSlippers & AssistClutch, so the clutch is light, but our vehicle has an external Slipper clutch, so the Assist function is gone, and the clutch is very heavy. The clutch is light because it has an OEMSlippers&AssistClutch.
The above may not be a very helpful imprint, but the process is to shave 2mm off the back of the OEMSwitch box so that the Switch can be pressed with Gail's Lever.
When scraped, the bottom will have a hole in it, so fill it with Bus Coke or similar to make it waterproof.
*Be careful not to overfill so that the switch inside can be movable.
For installation on the body, special screws such as low-head screws and small-headed screws are required to avoid machining work as much as possible, but their availability is not so good.
And here's the most important part:when you disassemble the OEMSwitch box and put it back together again, be sure to close the lid while pushing the Switch in or the high-end Switch will be guillotined and broken. (Proven …)
Since installation, I have gone on a touring trip of about 400 km, including highways, and the Cruise Control is working fine and I have not experienced any problems so far.
The weight of the Clutch is a little lighter since the Ratio was changed from OEM 34mm to 32mm, but on the other hand, the Clutch is a little less sharp.
Also, Wire tension adjustment is much easier than OEM, so I was glad to make the change for this reason alone.

Good rigidity Cut-out is cool
Successive Motorcycle was the first to install Rear Sets in the Normal step!
I like the Normal position, and I am very satisfied with the smallest amount of Up and Back.
Footpeg's Knurl finish also bites into the sole of the shoe to prevent slipping.
The rigidity is firm enough for cornering with confidence when stepping on the corner.
The detail cutting is beautiful.

Great (*´ ωdecision*)
I chose GALE SPEED to put on 6J RimCenter 0mm. In this case, the chain line will be offset by 5mm, so the DriveSprocket will need to be removed or replaced.
In my case, I needed a DriveSprocket with a 5mmOffset because I am converting the Chain to 525.
The 5mm Offset did not cause any contact between the Chain Cover and Tire, which was a concern, and it was successfully installed.
