Genuine Yamaha Lock Washer for FZ-6 2006
With changing the front and rear sprockets on this bike, the FZ-6 2006 the nut was changed along with this lock washer. Never forget your lock washer, it is important. The correct part was found using the tools Webike provide and cross referencing with Yamaha's own schematics. Best price ever for this lock washer and better than I could source locally. With some other parts in my order, all were shipped together with EMS and arrived in perfect condition in 5 days from shipping. The parts were well packed and no damage was sustained during transit. The lock washer is a super idea and keep the nut from loosening and coming off when you really do not want it to. It has 2 sides that you can peen over but if you do one each time you reinstall, you can use twice maximum. It is well machined and free from any contaminants. Works a treat. Very pleased with this purchase, thank you Webike, awesome every time. View detail

Genuine Yamaha 2nd Gear Wheel for Yamaha YZF-R1 2003
After having a lot of issues with both the 2nd and 6th gears on this old girl. I have changed out the entire gearbox with a reconditioned one in the hope that this would cure the problem. Turns out that as this bike is a track bike, the 2nd and 6th gears are the ones that give in stressful situations. I decided, enough was enough and just to buy the 2 gears. 2nd gear was easy to find the correct part number as thse do fit a lot of models that that era of bikes. The cost of 2nd gear from Webike was brilliant and very good value. This order was shipped using EMS and arrived with no damage in 5 days. The parts on arrival look great, the machining is spot on, the teeth have no weird extra shards on them. Basically, just standard Yamaha quality which I have found is second to none. Fitted pretty easily as the gearbox was already in bits anyway. Hopefully, me and this old girl will have a few more fun track days to come. Great job Webike, thank you View detail

Washer at SprocketNut
When replacing FrontSprocket, Nut and Washer must be replaced.
When removing the washer, raise the folded washer to prevent it from loosening, and fold it again after the work is done.
Be sure to use new ones, as they are not reusable.

Nut of FrontSprocket
The Front Sprocket has been replaced several times, but it is the Nut that needs to be replaced each time.
Slightly distorted to prevent loosening.
Be sure to replace them.
Tightening Torque is 125N-m
It is tough without Impact to loosen up.
A Pipe extension might be a good idea, but it will put a strain on the vehicle.
Be sure to use the correct tools.
At the same time, Washer 92200-1065 is also replaced.
Don't forget to prevent galling.

Make it new every time you replace it.

When replacing the Driven Sprocket on the YAMAHA XJR400R, this lock washer also needs to be replaced with a new one.
This is a lock that is inserted between the Nut and the Sprocket to lock the Nut with a claw so that it does not loosen.
How was your experience with it?
The one I had been wearing had a broken nail and needed to be replaced.
Incidentally, the service manual also instructs that this one should be changed to a new one every time.
A bit of a pain in the ass to nail down, but ...
How did it compare to other products?
Since the parts here are not used except for OEM Products, we cannot compare them.
[Points to note]
Be careful not to break the nail when working with it.

[How is it used?
I tried to remove the fixed nut to replace the Driven Sprocket on my YAMAHA XJR400R, but it was too hard and did not come off at all, so I ended up going to a Motorcycle shop to remove it with Air Impact.
At that time, the Nut was quite beat up, so we purchased a new one.
How was your experience with it?
I knew it would be totally different from the new ones.
The XJR itself has 39,000 km but the Nut was also very dirty.
I'm glad we changed the look.
How did it compare to other products?
Since the parts here are not used except for OEM Products, we cannot compare them.
Also, do not use Universal Product's Nut by mistake, as it is a special Nut that has been processed.
[Points to note]
Use a hexagonal socket when loosening/tightening the nut.
I would recommend not to use the 12 square sold at Home centeretc. because it is easy for Torque to escape.

Pay attention to Chain management
[How is it used?
This color is attached to the bolt that holds the drive sprocket cover of XJR400R.
The chain had become loose due to lack of chain management and had been shaved off due to contact with the collar as shown in the photo, so it was replaced.
Was the one you received as per Image?
It was just as Image.
The new one is so beautiful.
[Points to note]
Chain management should be done properly.
Swing Arm was also a bit shaved...

Replacement spares for yamaha MT09
Was looking for a few replacement parts for my MT09. I foind the correct part numbers using the Yamaha schematics section on the parts catalogue. This fits quite a few different models so readily available. The cost of the clip was very good and better than could be sourced locally, if they had stock that is. This was part of a bigger order with a lot of small parts, I ised EMS for the shipping as this was marginally better than Fedex. Everything was well packaed and arrived at my door within a week of ordering. The outer box was sealed which I am happy about as I did not want any of my purchased parts escaping the box during transit. Everything arrived safe and sound. All empty space in the outer box was filled with extra padding, The clip is just a clip but n important part of the bike. It looks and feels really sturdy. Fitted pretty easily as I have a good set of circlip pliers in different sizes. Very happy with the result. Thanks Webike for your hard work. It really is appreciated View detail

Great kit for a leaking counter shaft
Aftermarket tools may not be very good. Always choice oem. Arrived on time and did the trick to seal my bad shaft leak. I did another kit shortly before this one and it didn't seal but I think it was due to incorrect installation. It is very important that the outer seal is not pressed too hard. View detail

Yamaha OEM OIL SEAL REPLACEMENT
This oil seal called as Output shaft Oil Seal located on the left side cover of the engine.I have been riding my 1987 TW200 for about 8years now. It's been long time,After removing my left side cover many times, I personally have never had to change this oil seal out, but I do inspect them.Eventually any seal will fail, up to me if I want to do it before it actually does..when I removed my left side cover off I have notice that oil seal was worn out.So I ordered couple of oil seals from Webike Shop Japan. This oil seal isn't very expensive ,very easy to removed by using flat blade screw driver.Tw200 left engine side cover has oil within . Oil actually goes through the sprocket shaft (countershaft), then lubricates the outer shaft support bearing, then flows back around stator coil, and back to the main crankcase. When installing the new seal it is a good practice to use some fine emery cloth on each shaft where the seal makes contact just so you are sure it is smooth.Removing this seal is accomplished with a small seal pick or flat blade screwdriver. Seal get installed into completely cleaned pockets and lightly tapped in to place with a small hammer, preferably plastic or some find a socket that is close in size to the seal itself. Very simple procedure and great insurance for trouble free riding for a long time. There will some resistance to removing the side cover due to the magnets in the flywheel. Also, be sure to note the routing of the stator wires where they exit the engine. It is very easy to pinch these wires when replacing the side cover if you are not careful. There is nothing really scary under the left side cover. You don't even need to drain the oil if you don't want to.Special Thanks goes to the WEBIKE shop because they have OEM,aftermarket parts for resonable prices & will receive packages within a week after they dispatch from japan.Thank You So Much!!! Webike ! The Best Online Shop Ever
This oil seal located back of the front sprocket of tw200. to reach to the old seal first I have to remove the left engine side cover and the front sprocket.here comes the fun part, the old oil seal won't come easily. Looking at the seals, if they won't pry out, a couple of thin sheet metal screws gently screwed in between the shaft and rubber so the tip is under the sheet metal part of the seal and then pry sideways.will probably tear or rip freeing pieces of rubber and a spring but that is OK. It totally destroys the old seal.before I put a new seal in , installed an appropriately size O-RING on to the groove on the left end of the countershaft or wrap it in electrical tape to protect the countershaft seal.A little smear of grease outside and in helps make it go easier.Start it evenly or as square as possible. You can use a piece of plastic pipe a socket or similar to tap it in until it bottoms out.ALWAYS STICK WITH THE YAMAHA FACTORY PARTS when you replaced oil seals .because I had a bad experience with the aftermarket oil seals. So had to do the same job twice, Lesson Learned ! By using Yamaha original spare parts, you can save time, effort and money. extra benifit is , will received the package very quickly once placed a order at WEBIKE SHOP. Webike shop provide a good service overall.I would say best online shop ever ,you can get parts for reasonable prices .Quality of the products are so awesome .Highly Recommended to anybody View detail

Original chainring on YAMAHA YZF R1 RN12 05. Good metal. I drove the original star, JT and Sunstar. Unlike JT's stars, who don't last long, Sunstar is better, but the original is even better. On the original star, I drove somewhere around 27,000 km. The original stars are very good, in my opinion they are the best. I plan to buy from you in the future. JT stars are very faint and the quality of the metal is poor. View detail
