GCraft4mmOffset
This is a necessity if you have a 4J Tire on your Normal swing arm.
The brand is strong and the production is satisfactory, but the cost is Neck.
It is a product that can be satisfied if it is a little less expensive.

To the same number of teeth as OEM
This time, I bought this one in order to change back to the same 17T as OEM. The one I was using until now was also the same SUNSTAR 16T, and it hadn't run 10,000km since I changed it, but I decided to change it to suppress the engine rotation because of the vibration at high speed driving.
The 17T fits perfectly to the gears on the shaft, which shows the high precision of SUNSTAR. I am sure that I can use the 17T without any problem because I have been able to use the 16T without any problem. Moreover, I think that the durability can be expected enough from the state of the removed 16T.
Since I changed from 16T to 17T, the start is slower and I feel uncomfortable, but I think I will get used to it soon. I haven't run at high speed yet, so I don't know if it will improve the vibration, but I think it will reduce the rpm to some extent. I would like to try the SUNSTAR Chain next.

SEROW Forest Road Spec.
I dropped the DriveSprocket from the OEM 15T to 14T on the SEROW, the Washer lock didn't come with it so you have to buy it separately, but it didn't bend and break when I removed the OEM so I used it this time.
You can see the difference in the start of driving immediately after changing. I will practice to be able to do AxelTurn and Front up on the forest road.

It's light!
I installed it on WR250X.
It is very lightweight compared to OEM.
You can feel how light it is when you shift while driving.
I think the GEAR sound became a little large because there is no Damper that was in the OEM.

R-Edition is even shorter than Muji, so it's a little harder to go fast.
The mountain road was lost because it was the best, but I took the Balance and increased the Front by one.
It is a little more Long than Muji.

Easy to increase the maximum speed of 50cc Mission vehicles
BUSINESS Mopeds with GEAR are designed to be used repeatedly for starting and stopping, so the first and second gears are extremely low GEARed. Therefore, Gear changing is a little busy for riding as a daily transportation, and the maximum speed tends to be overwhelmed on the fast flowing road such as Bypass.
In such a case, if you change the Sprocket to a Large one, you will be able to ride more easily because the number of times you need to change the gear is reduced when you accelerate→decelerate from intersection to intersection, leaving aside the maximum speed.

Reliable SUNSTAR
[How is it used?
I replaced the front and rear Sprocket and Chain together because the Sprocket of my used WR250X was worn out very much. Before the replacement, 12 chains of the same made in Sunstar were installed, but we chose 13 chains of OEM because the main purpose of this bike is for street riding. The new chain is DID 520ERSV.
Was the one you received as per Image?
The front sprocket is Chrome molybdenum steel with no particular color, but since it is hidden by the cover, it is not a problem.
Was the installation difficult?
If you can use Impact, you can remove Nut instantly, but if you don't have Impact, you need to put GEAR and step on Rear brake to prevent Front sprocket from rotating. If you don't have Impact, you need to put GEAR in and step on the rear brake to prevent the front sprocket from rotating. It is dangerous if you can't hold the car body down, so it is safer to work with someone or ask the shop if you don't have the tools.
How was your experience with it?
There is no special thing that changes by changing to this Sprocket, but the GEAR ratio became Long by increasing the front one, and I was able to lower the RPM when cruising than 12. The rest is how much durability there is, but I think that it is enough if I can last that much this time because I always last for 10000km.
[Included Parts:were they on?
In case of WR250X, the Nut that holds the Front sprocket is a Crimp type, so you need to prepare a new Nut when you replace it. If you use the same Nut all the time, it may not crimp properly and the Nut may loosen while driving.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
This is a Repeat product and I have no complaints.

Front sprocket replacement
There was no problem as a product. By the way, there is no hole of weight lightening.

I'm happy with the results, there is a slight weight increase compared to OEM but it's not a problem.

It's a GEAR ratio for Touring~!
I replaced it because I wanted to lower the RPM of my XG250 TRICKER when driving on the highway.
On the highway, the RPMs should drop by about 6%. Even so, I calculated that it was close to 6000 RPMs at 100 km, so I didn't feel much of an effect.
On the other hand, when I was driving behind a slow car at around 50km/h in 4th gear, I felt like I was going around and in 5th gear, I felt like I was going to snatch.
A little while ago, I put on the PowerBoxPipe, and the 5th gear 50km became delicious, but it became delicate and I feel lonely...
If you like to rev the engine a lot, or if you have a lot of roads where you can drive over 60km/h, you'll probably prefer the Merit because it has a delicious 5th gear Zone that extends upwards.
As for the quality of the product, the finish is also beautiful with SUNSTAR, and although the damper on the NORMAL is gone, there was no such thing as machine noise becoming a concern after the replacement.

You were right to replace it.
I wanted to make my SUPER CUB110 a little faster, so I switched from an OEM 14T to a 15T (I changed the Rear Sprocket and Chain at the same time since it had 10,000km on it).
The replacement process itself was easy to do, but I didn't particularly look at the condition of the Sprocket that was originally attached to it when I removed it, and the way it was installed? After struggling for 10 minutes, I checked the Net and was able to install it successfully!
Because I couldn't understand the relationship between the SprocketBody and the fixing plate that comes with it (I'll skip it because it's hard to express in words).
Unlike the OEM Product, there is a concave on one side of the Sprocket (that side is also shown in the photo), and I thought that the Sprocket should be installed with that side visible from the design point of view (although it is not visible from the outside in the case of CUB), but KITACO's website says If NORMAL is 428 Size, the dented side is the reverse side. And this is described as? But once I understood the relationship with the aforementioned Fixing plate, I was hmmm.
There is some BALI left on the teeth of the Sprocket and around the bolt holes in the Fixing plate and the texture is not so good (I cut it with a file).
Lastly, I drove about 200km after changing the Large, but naturally the acceleration becomes a little slower, but the pull at each GEAR becomes easier than that, and the stress is reduced at high speed cruising (60-70km).
It is recommended
Durability is an issue for the future (which is why I gave it an overall rating of 4).

I installed a T 13 on my CRF250rally.

The top speed was down, but it's an Off car, so it's not a problem at all.

Long life
I'm amazed that it's 30,000km old and there's no signs of wear.
Since we haven't made any changes from the OEM chiming, there is no difference in performance, but the strength of Steel is still reassuring.
For everyday use, I'd prefer a Steel like this instead of the higher-end Tungsten or Duralumin.
The downside is the surface treatment - the same with Rear Sprocket, but the whole thing is textured, so the Oil clings to it well and it doesn't clean up very well.

I'm happy with the durability of the car as I don't see the need for replacement even after nearly 20,000km.

Iron Sprocket for utility vehicles
I bought it to replace my LITTLE CUB rusted out Sprocket.
It's a simultaneous front and rear replacement with the Chain.
We decided that for a practical car, it would be a steel Sprocket with a focus on durability.
I opted for this inexpensive and robust product.
I didn't rate the durability because I wouldn't know until I drove it a considerable distance.
I'm hopeful that I won't have to replace it for a while.
