Billet Rear Master Cap from G-Craft
* About quality and texture, Beautiful billet aluminium piece with a polished surface finish that shines. * About the feeling of use, This rear brake reservoir cap from G-Craft just fits in with the styling of the Monkey 125 so well, the plastic OEM Honda part had to go. * Products to buy together, More shiny billet aluminium parts from G-Craft. There are so many in their catalogue but the chain cover is also a must have, to again remove that plastic OEM Honda part. * Difficulty of installation, The install involves removing the rear reservoir mount bolt for access to unscrew the old and screw on the new. The process was completed in 5 minutes with no difficultly. * Cost performance and comparison with other products, Price seems fair for a quality finished billet aluminium part and there is only one other option listed specifically for the Monkey 125 but the quality looks to be lacking. * About shipping and packaging, I am happy to wait 6 weeks on average for my parts to arrive in Sydney Australia via Webike's sea freight which comes with tracking and insurance so I know I'm covered in case something was to go wrong but with there outstanding bubble wrapping and boxing there have been no problems. * Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing, This part will be most noticeable if you are using a down style exhaust, may not be worth the purchase cost if it's being hidden by your up style exhaust. It seems to be the same spec. that has remained unchanged for many years.
Used for a Master Cylinder with an integrated horizontal tank, which was adopted by OEM for a very old DUCATI.
It was Master Cylinder in the 70's, but I am surprised that Piston is still commonly available & continues to be used in the current Master Cylinder.
As for Seal and Piston, I am impressed that they were very well designed.

Easy to use
The screws on the Reserve tankCap of the Master Cylinder are quite painful, so it is good to be able to replace them to keep them clean and lick-free.
It is cheaper than OEM and the quality is better.

[How is it used?
The pure Normal Thread Screw on the D-Tra 125 has rusted out and was replaced.
Was the installation difficult?
Be careful not to nudge the screw head when removing or attaching the screw.
Check if the size of Phillips Screwdriver is correct.
How was your experience with it?
The area around the handlebar is the most visible part of the car when driving, so after replacing it, I feel good that the rust is gone from my view.

I would be happy if it were a little cheaper.
Also, the lid is distorted when the lid is tightened tightly, which may not be an issue for Type with a screw-on lid.

[How is it used?
I went to open the lid to check the Master Cylinder for the first time in a while, but one of the Screws was stuck and would not turn! At first I tried using Phillips Screwdriver, but it started to lick, so I tried Impact Driver, but it still couldn't turn, and eventually it was completely licked (I cried). After searing the screw and tapping the GunGun with the Impact Driver, I managed to loosen it and remove it! I don't want to go through this trouble again, so I decided to introduce K-CON's Stainless screw.

Black looks the same as OEM Screw, but Material:It should be Stainless Steel w
Was the installation difficult?
If the OEM screws are not sticking, simply swap them in.

The Reservoir Tank Hose is a Nisshin hose with an inner diameter of 7.3mm. Reservoir Tank Hose for Nisshin with an inner diameter of 7.3mm and an outer diameter of 13mm was used. The mounting bracket is [NISSIN Repair Parts for Master Cylinder] Tank Bracket For Bar Handle (item no. 46852) was used. The original hole in this bracket is 6mm, so we used a 10mm diameter hole for the Mirror Mount (Item No. 46852). The holes were enlarged by using a drill to fit the

Note:The black bremboOEM reserver tanks have a narrower hose fitting diameter of 6mm, while the Hose fitting diameter on the Landau radipon is 8mm. Therefore, only KawasakiOEM black reserver tanks can be installed.

Race Vehicles
For racing vehicles, the Master Hose may break when replacing the Rear Sets, so this is an item to reduce weight = no Master.
It cannot be recommended for street riding motorcycles. The reason is that slippery components will condense and adhere to the surface of the hose.

[How is it used?
Installed on a 2022 Z400
The driving use is Touring Main.

Was the one you received as per Image?
As per Image. felt that the coloring of Red Anodized would be good and look good.
Spring also felt that it could be installed with precision and without difficulty.
Was the installation difficult?
This is a slightly more difficult task because the Brake Clevis must be removed.
Brake Clevis removal is relatively easy if the footpeg is removed from the vehicle.
This product installation is Anodized color up (Brake masterBody side) and then lower the thin end of Spring (Brake Clevis side) and install it.
In particular, Spring fits tightly in the CreviceLock nut without the use of Washer.
Since no instruction manual is included, it is recommended to install the product after carefully examining the images in the product description and the images of the installer's impressions.
How was your experience with it?
I think it gave the Brake operation a more solid feel.
I think the feel of the controls is sufficient for my needs as long as I don't do circuit driving.
I have to put a little more effort when stepping on the Brake, but I felt I had a wider range of control because of it.
I am generally satisfied with the new look and the custom feel.
After installation, the Brake pedal and Stop-lamp should be adjusted.
