Replaced because of rattling.
I had purchased a Sprocket from a low-cost manufacturer and was using it, but I was concerned about rattling from the beginning of the purchase, so I switched to XAM, a reliable company.
The rattling has been beautifully fixed and I am very happy with the results.
The vehicle in which it was installed was a YSR80, and since it was too high-revving engine to be suitable for city driving, we dropped the number of pins by one.
We have abandoned the maximum speed, but the emphasis on acceleration has made city driving much easier.

I ordered a 520 conversion kit for my Hayabusa 1300R which include Sunstar front sprochet 17 teeth same stock size (stoch with 530 size). The Sunstar front sprocket has super ligh weight, full kit include DID 520 ZVM-X chain 116 link , front sprocket 17 teeth and rear sprocket 43 teeth weight only about 2.5kg, I think I've lost 50 percent of the weight. You can't go wrong with XAM.
XAM has manufactured FrontSprocket for almost all car models, which is helpful for Rider who rides Minor car models.
It is cosmetically excellent because you can change the GEAR ratio to your liking for about 3,000 yen!

Easier city driving
I changed from 15T to 14T.
It is now easier to use 2nd and 3rd gears in town and on mountain passes, and 4th gear on roads without traffic lights, making driving easier and less jerky.
The replacement is a Large variant, but it works quite well and is highly recommended.

I am satisfied with Large, although the satisfaction level may not be indicated correctly.
The replacement was aimed at reducing fuel consumption and increasing cruising range when touring.
In order to make the DIY project as cost-effective as possible, we decided to replace the FrontSprocket first.
As a result, the rpm at 100 km/h on the highway dropped about 500 rpm on the meter reading. Do not think that it is only 500, but my car turns about 5000 rpm in 100 km, the longer the distance, the more large the effect will be. The fuel consumption of the important thing also fell by the change of ECUData, but it recovered to about 18 km/L by touring at a common sense speed.
In the future, we are planning to convert to a 42→41 car using the OEM Ninja 1000 Rear Sprocket to further improve fuel economy.
It would be great if Total's rpm could be lowered by 1000 rpm at 100 km/h….
It does not require much skill to replace the nut, but when removing the nut, a Torque Impact wrench with 600N-m or higher is required. It is so hard that you may think it is an Opposite Thread Screw.
When tightening the Torque wrench, after temporarily tightening the nut to get the proper tension of the chain, put the gear in first gear and insert a hexagonal wrenchetc. between the teeth of the Drive and Driven and the chain. Please refer to this page.

Easier and quicker to order from Japan than Europe!
I was very sceptical about ordering via webike however I could not find this particular part anywhere but the USA or Japan. I took the gamble with Japan and I have been very impressed, not only can you track your order whilst it's in Japan but it also works with Royalmail, ordered on the 16, processed on the 17, delivered to my door on the 20th. I don't usually leave reviews and after all this is just a front sprocket but it's Japanese quality not rubbish from their neighbours. As per Title, I changed from 13t to 12t.
The rear sprocket is not set to be larger than the OEM52t, so the adjustment was made at the front, but the effect is outclassing and the benefit in mountain play is large tight.
That said, the cruising speed does not drop that much, and it can cruise at around 60 km/h with a comfortable margin.

Genuine Front JT Sprocket for Suzuki GSX 650 F ABS
I purchased as a spare set to replace my stock ones when I change in a few weeks. Have used JT sprockets for many years and know they are brilliant quality and do last a long time compared to some other brands. Decided to stick to the oem set up gearing as this is how the bike is supposed to operate. Maybe in the futue I will try a tooth lower in the front but for now, stay OEM gearing. Easy part to find, I was surprised Webikes stocked them really and quite a few different versions for different models and makes. Price was pretty good. Ordered along with other parts so the shipping was good too. Arrived with no faults or issues. The outer box had been sealed with extra tape to ensure, nothing could fall out or escape during transit. Any empty space was filled with air pockets and bubble wrap so nothing could move too much and damage other more delicate parts in the box. The machining of these sprockets is second to none. The spacing for the bolts is perfect. No problems with anything really. I have not found a sprocket that is of high a quality for teh simialr price range before. I will stick with JT Sprockets.Have fitted before and know how they go on really easy little job. As I said, great quality parts from a great UK company. A product that is sure to be highly durable
■Why did you choose it?
The main riding style is 500-700Km long per touring, with occasional driving events.
Therefore, durability was desired, and since the front is particularly subject to strong loads, steel was selected instead of aluminum, and made in Sunstar because of its renowned high roundness.
■Use it!
The OEM of ZEPHYR400X is 16T.
This is the second time the product has been replaced with the same product.
It was sure to be highly durable. (ManufacturerSpecifications says durability:10,000 to 30,000 km)
It was replaced after about 20,000 km, but the degree of wear of the teeth was as shown in the photo, and it was still in good condition with plenty of room to spare.
Since Chain passed away first, I had no choice but to use Quantity for both front and back this time.:Set to replace it
■COSPA
The unit price itself is not so different compared to OEM, so the cost performance is good.
■An aside
Sprocket (back and forth), Chain is 3Quantity when exchanging any of them.:I still think it is a good idea to replace it with a Set.
Also, do not build a structure that is unbalanced, with only the Sprocket having high durability, or only the Chain having high durability,
I think we need to choose.
If you buy a durable Sprocket and the Chain is cheap, you will have to throw away the Sprocket that is still usable by exchanging the Chain first, which is a bit of a waste.
Based on my experience of replacing them, I think it would be better to determine the durability of the Sprocket first, and then choose the Chain accordingly.
If you choose Steel's high durability Sprocket, Chain should also be high durability, Material:If you choose Sprocket in Aluminum, Chain is also available.
Cost performance will improve overall when Balance is considered, such as by using LightSpec.
(I think the most Cost is the high durability Spec.)

Secondary reduction ratio to Long side
Tuning was easily accomplished by simply changing the Driven Sprocket from a NORMAL secondary reduction ratio of 2.5 to 2.3.
The NORMAL has a pleasantly thick Torque feel, but I am a little dissatisfied with the handling of the first and second gears after tuning,
The low level of the car is easy to maneuver, and smooth gear changes can be made from startup, increasing the sense of speed.

I think Circlip was harder to put on than OEMSprocket when installed.

[How is it used?
The OEM GEAR ratio of the CUB is quite short, so I bought it to change the GEAR ratio. 1 speed of the CUB is so short that I wondered where I would use it, so I chose the largest size that would fit in the Engine.

I always use KITACO's Sprocket for 4MINI systems because of its good cost performance.
Was the installation difficult?
Since there are 16 chains, the Wide Chain Guide Plate (https://www.webike.net/sd/23863487/) must be installed at the same time.
How was your experience with it?
It is now much easier to drive. Also, since the RPMs were lowered when cruising, fuel consumption was also increased. Two birds with one stone.
