Touring Essential Items
I thought I knew what Screen could do, but once I installed and experienced it, there was no going back.
Without the screen, the 100 km/h acceleration on the freeway was an ordeal of constant struggle against the wind pressure on my body,
When the Screen is installed, the wind pressure on the body is much lessened even when accelerating at 100 km/h, of course, or even when overtaking.
The effect is immensely Large, even though it looks like a small difference!
In my personal opinion, I chose Puig's Screen out of the many available because I liked it the best.
Installation can only be done once after the Screen has been loosened, but it uses only common tools and does not require high maintenance skills.
I think the price is a little high, but I think it is cost effective.

Windshield effect is best, but
Installation was easy, but if you make a mistake in the setup, you will end up with minor scratches on both ends of the lower inside of the Shield.
The running and wind protection effect is very good.
However, the Shield is so close to my face that when I apply emergency braking, the Shield tip almost sticks me in the face.
If you have a Helmet Shield, you are safe, but if not, you will injure your face and eyes.
We are considering installing a molding around the Shield as a countermeasure.

Good thickness to withstand STREET use!
I bought a battered 900SS (900SL) and am Restore.
Although battered, the visible exterior is relatively clean, with no cracks, cracks, or discoloration on the screen.
The body is 30 years old and has some minor Abrasion that may have been acquired during the process of use, but no problems that would require replacement.
I was going to use it as is, but ...
When I applied it to the car body under restoration, I found that it was distorted quite drastically.
I thought that the Screen of the Initial Model without Oil Temperature Meter was installed on the body of the Second Type Model with Oil Temperature Meter on the Meter, so the Oil Temperature Meter might have pushed the Screen and deformed it (in fact, the Oil Temperature Meter part was scraped off in contact with the Screen). I thought that the Oil Temperature Meter part might have been deformed by the Oil Temperature Meter (the Oil Temperature Meter part was actually scraped by contact with the Screen), or that the Mirror Bracket was bent and the Cowl was deformed when the vehicle tipped over, and the Screen was distorted by the bent Mirror Bracket. However, it seems that the Screen was distorted by the weight of some luggage that was placed on the Screen during long-term storage.
So, I replaced only Screen to try it out.
Fortunately, the reading was per Large and the distortion disappeared with Screen replacement.
In replacing the oil temperature meter, we should have purchased one for the Second Type Model, which has an Oil Temperature Meter, but this time, we dared to purchase one for the Initial Model, which does not have an Oil Temperature Meter.
The reason is that the Initial Model does not have a raised Screen and has a more beautiful connection with the front curve of the Cowl.
The design of any car model must be an Initial Model that the Designer thought was the coolest!
I think that the beauty of the model when viewed from the side is spoiled by the Second Type ModelDesign with a raised Screen because the Oil Temperature Meter is retrofitted to sell the product and the Screen makes contact with the product as it is.
However, the Oil Temperature Meter in question is violently contacted as it is.
I'm shaving the Meter side of the contact area, but I guess people usually don't like to shave ...
The Second Type Model's raised Shield is also more windproof (the Screen for the Initial Model is much lower), so it is also suitable for normal use.
Since the mounting dimensions are interchangeable, it is recommended to use the Second Type Model with or without the Oil Temperature Meter for touring applications.
However, it is only the Initial Model that is completed in terms of design!
ScreenMaterial performance is unquestionable!
I would have preferred a thinner, more transparent and distortion-free ScreenCraft product, but unfortunately Webike does not carry it.
I gave up on the ScreenCraft product, which is characterized by BALI nko cracking in one shot when it falls over, and went with the more sturdy ACRYPOINT product, but there are no problems at all with transparency or distortion.
It is obviously thick and sturdy, so I don't feel that it will always crack if it falls over like ScreenCraft.
The hole positions did not match, but this must be a problem on the DUCATI side.
Even if it does not fit, it is only about half of the Screw diameter, so a little shaving with a round file will do the trick.
In particular, the 900SS is a spec. that is fixed with a well nut, so it does not matter if the gap is a little low or high.

High Screen
Installation was easy. I am very satisfied with the Large change by replacing the Screen. View detail
Very good product
Installed on ZEPHYR750, SizeM [Color] The large size and shape of the cowl blends perfectly with the body of the car to create an elegant image without being too flashy. I think it is a product that can be considered as CHIC DESIGNGUYRA Shield. View detail
Fits: Others ZETA COMP Handlebar, Others ZETA CX Handlebar, Others RENTHALHandlebar, Others HondaOEM 11mm diameter Brace
A tremendous degree of freedom of adjustment.
Bar handle on CUB + use here.
I was thinking a lot about making it look like RALLY50, and I realized that buying this would be the solution.
The simplicity of the structure allows for a high degree of freedom of adjustment, so it can be used universally for various types of vehicles.
However, in terms of size, I felt that the Large type Screen was better in both windproofing and appearance with a fancy look.

cb250r is now a handsome man.
I felt the wind much more with Ron Two as soon as I bought the cb250r.
The ninja250 was a Full Cowl, so of course it was equipped with Screen and I rode it without any complaints.
There was also a long size, but I decided to go with this one because of its appearance.
I compared driving without and with the new system, and the difference was totally different.
Like the wind avoided me lol.
Meter is clearly visible.

Increased highway comfort
The size is Large, so I was worried about visibility at night. [Color] I bought Clear. But the look. [Color] Regretted that I should have made Smoke.
If the Handlebar is raised more than 3cm, the Knuckle guard will slightly hit the Screen with the Handlebar fully locked.
Windproofing has been increased and high speeds in winter have become more comfortable!
Another good thing about Screen is that it does not blur at high speeds.

This is exactly what I needed for my Metropolitan. Instructions are in Japanese but the pictures really do help. It was easy to install, I am very happy with this windshield! View detail

Expensive but satisfactory quality
It can be easily attached by simply co-tightening the screws on the back of the Meter.
The design is good and it doesn't blur, but the headlight is reflective, so if it bothers you, you may need to take countermeasures.

The top edge comes up to my eyes and bothers me a little.
I have been using Puch's Screen since the nc750x on all my cars and am comfortable with the quality. The wind tunnel tests have been done, so the effect is perfect. The wind is blowing over the helmet. The screen is also equipped with a hand guard, so the wind does not hit my hands. However, the upper edge of the screen is just above the eyes, which is annoying. It is hard to see at night even through light smoke. 173cm average body type should be prepared for this. View detail
Parenthesis is a good idea
I purchased KATANA and this is my first Custom.
Since Screen is small in OEM, the Type of Long is used.
Installed.
I don't know about the aerodynamic effect because I haven't driven at high speeds yet,
I like the new look and feel of Parenthesis very much.
I am happy with this Screen purchase!

The position is ….
It may be an individual difference, but when installing ( 9gt+) After alignment, the upper Screw position is set to "Quantity".:Pair (for Left and Right) I managed to get it on by bending the Screen. Also, it is unfortunate that it touches the Reserver tank of the Brake a little when it is fully locked at the bottom.
I think the installed Style is good, so 3 stars.

expensive
The wind protection against wind hitting the upper body makes a difference in the fatigue level when touring.
I am satisfied with the design as it does not detract from the style of the SV.
However, I think the price is too high. I thought it would be easier to buy if it were cheaper.

KITACO Aero Visor CB250R
I like the Design, although the rectification effect is almost imperceptible. View detail
Mounted on REBEL 1100
I installed it to relieve the coldness of the upper body as much as possible. I temporarily installed it while fine-tuning it by straddling the Rebel in a standing posture, but I had a hard time because the work space around the handlebar was narrow. I found on the web that I had to cut the handlebar riser to avoid hitting the tank, but I was able to install it without cutting the handlebar. It has a good windproof effect even when cruising at 140km/h on the highway. It might be hot in summer. View detail
Cannot be installed due to wrong Bolt
Why didn't you check Bolt twice? I could not install it today. I didn't think it was wrong.
The bottom of the Bolt is supposed to be forward and the top inverted, but the Bolt enclosed for installation had the bottom forward and the Mirror side inverted.

$550 CAD ($60,000 JPY)!!! with shipping? That is absolutely insane for a cluster shield!.
It's disingenuous to call this a windscreen. Am I missing something? Even direct from Honda you can buy FOUR STOCK covers for the price of one of these! You can actually buy functional windscreens online for less than $25. $550CAD? $60,000JPY? Smoking crack!! Unbelievable brands like this absolutely sullies Webike's reputation. I shop at Webike less because they waste my time as a consumer, not filtering out trash and scams like this. View detail
Installed on MY2021 StreetTripleRS
After wearing this, the wind has less effect on my upper body below the helmet, and I feel less tired even when driving at high speeds.
It looks a little silly, but it's functionality is important, so it's a TradeOff.
The only drawback is that the mounting points are bolted together with other plastic parts and the quantities are the same as other plastic parts.:Pair (for Left and Right) Since each part is supported in one place, the resin parts move together with the Screen base when there are bumps in the road, such as uneven surfaces. "Clatter." The sound is heard when the unit is installed. We are planning to stop the sound soon because it is an unavoidable part of the structure, but over 20,000 yen....
