Paired nicely with my Drummer SS exhaust after an ECU tune
My only performance part I had fitted on my Buell XB12Ss before adding the K&N air filter was my Drummer SS exhaust. On inital installation of the K&N air filter the throttle response was not the greatest and would bog down when the throttle was increased quickly but they paired nicely together after the ECU tune was adjusted for both these performance parts. Great quality part made by K&N, simple installation on the Buell XB and I really like the idea of just cleaning the air filter when required with no need to purchase another air filter ever again. Hex nut makes filter changes that much easier
The KN-177 K&N oil filter for the Buell XB12Ss with it's hex nut makes oil filter changes that much easier, this is the best feature about this oil filter which removes the need for using a strap wrench when it comes time to remove it at your scheduled oil service. Stated as a high flow oil filter which is also good and if you feel the need or require it for race regulations it also comes ready to be safetied with lock wire. It will last a very long time if you keep up with the Maintenance.
I've been using it for 2 and a half years since I bought it, and Rubber hasn't deteriorated at all.
If you do maintenance well, you can use it for a very long time.
Although the initial cost is high, the Power Filter from Zitna and Zekegawa is the best choice.
It's a small price to pay when compared to the cracked and shabby appearance of Rubber in a few months.
If you buy the large capacity detergent and oil for maintenance, you can use it a lot of times.
I can highly recommend this product as its performance is proven.

K&N air filter was a nice performance upgrade for the SV650
The K&N air filter was fitted after the open exhaust on my Suzuki SV650 and it really livened up the motorcycle. The K&N air filter gave the induction noise a nicer tone even with a completely standard air box and the motorcycle pulled harder at higher speeds then it did before with the OEM Suzuki papper air filter, a nice performance upgrade. Pricing for the K&N air filters are always expense but they are great quality and last a life time if maintained with the K&N recharge kits containing a cleaning solution and air filter oil. Installation is as simple as lifting the tank and removing the air box cover and they come with two stickers. View detail

I bought this product from Maintenance because I had a Point that was about to expire, but I didn't have anything I wanted immediately, so I used it to change the oil in my 959 Panigale. The filter was changed every other time. To be honest, I don't know if it makes any difference compared to OEM, but I have not had any problems. This brand has a high efficiency air filter on the car and I am very happy with the performance.
Well, I trusted that it was the same Filter type and used it.
It's very helpful to be able to try out these Parts using Points.

Eco is good for repeated use.
OEMs can clean to some extent, but it is also very good for mental health to be able to clean and refresh completely once a year or so.
The intake efficiency is honestly unknown (I basically changed to this one right away, so no comparison)
If it is common to many models, cleaner and oil will not be wasted and it will be more eco.
I have a FZ1 Fazer, yzf-r1, and zr-7 all with this Air Filter.
I recently learned that there is also one for Car, so I plan to unify that one as well.

Good, no problem at all for Oil Filter function.
There are two things that make me personally happy.
One is that the tip has a protrusion so that it can be turned with a 17mm Wrench.
The other is that it has a hole in its protruding part, which allows for Wiring.
As a Race player, I appreciate this very much. Without it, I would have to go through the trouble of winding up the Band and doing the Wiring from there... I've been using this filter for a while now, and I'm very happy with it. I will continue to repeat this filter.

[How is it used?
I used it on my SEA BASS GSX-R600 K7.
How was your experience with it?
I've used this series before and found it easy to use, so I decided to use it again.
The good thing is that OEM oil filters require a filter wrench to install and can be removed without a special tool, but a mistake can be fatal.
That's where this K&NFilter comes in.
With a 17mm protrusion at the tip, it can be attached and removed with a standard Socket and Ratchet or Spanner without the need for a Filter wrench.
(Why isn't it like this with OEMs?)
Also, the wiring holes are standard, so it will be easy for those who do Race.
Surprisingly, even if Filter is asked to do Wiring, it doesn't work that way.
Very convenient.
How did it compare to other products?

Doesn't work on 690.
The 690 OEM Oil Filter has holes in the front and back where the end of the oil pump goes.
We don't have that here, so we can't use it in the first place.

It is a standard OEM substitute product.
RSV4 Factory (2009) I use it all the time on my , RSV4 RF (2016).
OEM Filter is also good, but if you don't want to go to the trouble of buying through a dealer, or if you don't have a dealer nearby but want one immediately, this is the standard alternative.
Recommendation Point
Filter wrench is not necessary because of Nut on the tip.
Since there is a wiring hole in the nut of the tip, it is possible to correspond when wiring is necessary by using the circuit.
The Filter is used on many Suzuki big bikes, so it's easy to find in most parts stores.
The price is the same as OEMFilter or a little cheaper.

Power performance is inferior to Ska tune.
This was the part that I quickly worked on when I bought it.
The OEM carburetor also runs quite well, and if you want the carburetor to run a little better than it is, this is probably the way to go.

I could feel the improvement in high speed extension and Response.
Considering the durability of Sponge type, I decided to go with this one which can be used with confidence.
It is well built and semi-permanent. It is easy to install in 10 seconds.
The dedicated cleaning agent is also a Recommendation as it is cost effective as it will not run out quickly once purchased.

I could not pimp it as per Title.
The air cleaner duct and the inlet of this product did not match, and the air cleaner duct was processed.
It was a simple process using Nipper and Cutter.
I was a little disappointed because I thought it would be an easy replacement for the OEM Product, well, it's Other Brand Product so it's like that.
The Air cleaner that was originally on had 14,000km on it and I wanted to replace it, so I guess it was good.

K&N Replacement Air Filter
I am satisfied with the product I have purchased. This is a K&N SU-6000 zero resistance air filter. This filter is for Suzuki Bandit 600/1200 motorcycle 00-05. The filter element of the filter is made of multi-layer cotton. Enriched with a special oil for better cleaning of the intake air flow. The filter element is pressed on both sides with a mesh so that it does not break when air is sucked in. The filter housing is made of silicone. It is very soft for better sealing. It will definitely Torque up a bit in all areas.
I'm using it on a 2007 wr250X. It definitely gives a little more torque in all areas and the sound is a little rougher and drier. Maintenance is so much easier and I don't need the NORMAL air cleaner and Gold net anymore. View detail
