Fits: HARLEY-DAVIDSON XL1200, HARLEY-DAVIDSON SPORTSTER FORTYEIGHT, HARLEY-DAVIDSON XL1200V SPORTSTER72 SEVENTY-TWO
Wiring color in different years (maybe)
I installed it myself on the Forty Eight 2019 MODEL (first registration was in 2018) It was
In my vehicle, the color of Wiring of the vehicle Injector in the installation is different, and the color of the vehicle Injector is different under Seat ( There is no Connector for the Injector line (near the Battery) and the Injector Purchasing the wiring color separately and confirming it with the Service Manual and connecting it to the Injector wire was done near the ECM's Connector and was a challenge to work with
Because the tank capacity of the forty-eight is small, if it can be installed, it will be Large It is very useful
The display is set to show the remaining amount of fuel I have already refueled about 4 times after installation, but the fuel consumption is calculated about 20-22? (I have not corrected the data which is input in advance)
We have previously used this Manufacturer's GEARPositionIndicator with another I've been installing them in my vehicle and I've put my trust in the Manufacturer

Fits: Others
I wanted them to release a round Spec
There are no problems with the accuracy of the display that I am concerned about
It reacts after the Clutch is connected, so it's not possible to change the position while the Clutch is off The correct GEAR is not displayed when you do Chica Chi
It is necessary to purchase dedicated parts for both mechanical and electric meters There are, so check it out carefully
This eliminates the phantom XX speed & hellip;

It's handy to have, but you can get by without!
What made you decide to buy?
This is an installation to the WR250R
I broke the OEMMeter and lost the fuel gauge, so I've been worried about it for a while now I bought the Protec Digital fuel meter that I had been using
How was your experience with it?
I'm surprised it's relatively accurate! It is convenient when going out, but it is a bit of a hassle to reset every time By mistake, I bought the exclusive version for my car model and then I erased the data from the position of the car's quantity:I set it, but considering the benefit of knowing the remaining Gas, I think that's about it
Was it difficult to install? (In the case of hard parts)
If you follow the instructions in the Instruction Manual, you can install it in Large It's strong You'll have to chew some Wiring, so if you don't put it on properly in that area, you'll have to get it on later I think it will be a Trouble
What is the point or hang of installation (for hard parts)?
Since the wiring is coming out of the top, it won't be attached beautifully unless you think about the mounting position! LOL!
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
Well, that's about it It's not out of place
Do you have any wishes or improvements you would like to make for the Manufacturer?
It would be nice to be able to install and use it more simply
[Do you have any products to compare it to?
The OEMMeter, which is a digital display, allows you to judge the remaining gas in general by a numerical value
[Others]
It's a bit bigger and thicker than I expected it to be when installed on a motorcycle (See image)
If you don't take into account the position of the mounting and the handling of Wiring, you won't look as beautiful as I did We'll be around! bitter smile
Every time you put gasoline in [Color] Don't forget to set it to Clear, and you can't rely on anything other than full tan, so it's just an approximation I think it will be
If you already have an Analog gasoline meter, I think it would be easier to use it It is

I didn't know it was this bright!
What is Halogen? I'm not sure if the LEDs are great, Protec's technology is great, or the price is too expensive Anyway, it's bright The only other thing that matters is the durability, the Halogen seems to run a little thin Protec feels like his vision is better with Twin Light at full throttle It's not that different physically View detail
What's the speed..
What made you decide to buy?
Takekawa:Change to a TAF 5-speed Close Ratio Transmission Kit, and visually I bought it because I wanted to check the shift position and the GROM It would have been nice to be able to check the Shift position in the OEMMeter, but.. I guess they didn't adopt it because of the Cost (tears)
In the case of OEMGEAR and TAF 5-speed Close Ratio Transmission Kit Likewise, I'm going to do a phantom TopGear changing (sweat) Protec:SPI- After installing the M10 Shift position Indicator, the phantom Top gear is gone
How was your experience with it?
When GEARUp/Down, it is not displayed immediately It is displayed after a little delay The place where Neutral is displayed as 0 is a regrettable place I don't want to worry about it because I only use it........ If it's not OEMSprocket, initial learning is required, except for OEMGEAR and No initial training is required for the OEMSprocketSpec By the way, if you need a Shift Up Indicator, you can use OEMGEAR and OEMSprocket MyGROM can be used as it is if it is not necessary though it is necessary to set also Both Sprocket and GEAR have been replaced, so an initial learning curve was necessary Initial learning can be done on a real run or on Maintenance Stand I used the maintenance stand to do the initial learning I used the maintenance stand to do the initial learning while watching the meter If you have a Course, you can do the actual run
Was the installation difficult?
To install it, remove the OEM meter and connect it to the OEMConnector You only need to insert the Harness Because the power supply and the Earth connection are not necessary, it is a pompous installation However, because it has to do waterproof processing, that is a Large strange place, but The Instruction Manual for Handling describes it in detail, so take your time I think you can't go wrong if you hang it up and work with it Also, the Harness for car models has a 12V service terminal I connected the power line of KOSO Mini3Digital A/F ratio meter to this terminal
【Please tell me the installation point and hang】
Since the OEMConnector is interrupted by the vehicle-specific Harness, the Light It's a matter of putting the Wiring together well Also, Waterproof treatment is a spec. to put the attached Seat As I mentioned before, you should work slowly and without haste However, the Construction Manual provides details, so please take the time to review it Please
[Was the Instruction Manual easy to understand?
The initial learning content is described in this manual, which is difficult to understand after just one look at it You can learn the initial study over and over again, even if you get it wrong, so when you do, the Instruction Manual to review and relearn Once you've successfully completed your learning, the Instruction Manual is easy to understand! That's what I mean
[Included Parts:were they on?
Comes with Bar Handlebar Bracket and Double-sided Tape Compatible Handlebar Diameter of the Bar Handlebar Bracket:22.2mm/1 Inch (up to Large35mm) Double-sided tape can be used after the initial learning is completed if the initial learning is required On the back of the Indicator there is a Switch that is required for initial training If the initial training fails, you will have to remove the double-sided tape in order to re-learn it Note that it is not

The car was inspected OK!
Last time I took the car in for inspection, I was told it wouldn't pass, so I changed it back to the Normal valve and took it to the inspection I've been told that
When I went to pick it up, I was easily told that the car was OK with the LEDs intact, and that it was OK to inspect the car?
I don't know what it is, but I'm so glad it was inspection compliant and didn't cost me any extra labor!

Shift error avoidance
The NINJA1000 has a GEAR that is CROSS-like, so what speed is that now? It was installed to prevent the occasional "I'm not going to be able to do this"
I like that installation is easy and doesn't require any settings as it is specific to the model of car. indicatorBody's I think it is Large sturdy if you just take care of the installation

The Phantom 7-speed
D-TRACKER (2004 model year) I installed it in
Because the special Harness was attached, it can be installed with almost no processing, but
ACC? only 1 pc needed Wiring distribution
Because it is a dedicated product, I thought that the gear position was also set up, but
You need to set up the gear position separately, but it was easy to do so if you look at the instruction manual
(It's a driving setup, so you need a straight line with little traffic.)
It's a good product that eliminates the need to put it in the phantom 7-speed

This specifically dedicated instrument to fit on the Monkey is an appreciated solution.
Easy to fit, but it is necessary to manage the available space in the headlight beacause after I have also wired a Takegawa tachometer, the grey Protec connector is a little bit too fat. So I need to cut two small black plastic ribs behind the optical block to gain some milimeters and can close it again. Good to know : it's possible to translate from Japanese instruction to your own language : scan instructions in .jpeg, copy it with an OCR software like Adobe Acrobat and then copy it and translate with a webtool like Google Traslator. And good news for me : after wired it I was affraid to need translate all the last instruction settings page but it was like "plug and play" : at the first runing all indications are exact. Monting tips : using a smal black plastic box cuted corner ( it stay 3 90° faces) a plastic stap band on right side and adhesive foam patch on back, a small hole for the wire before to connecting it, you can obtain a factory installation look without seeing the wire View detail
Well, I'm glad I bought it!
While there are cheap Chinese indicators, they are pre-set and pontooned on Installation was as easy as it gets
When SHIFT UP, it ticks accurately, but when Downshift, it may be delayed or The reason for this is A possible cause is that Shift is calculated from RPM and Speed If Downshift increases the RPMs or something like that, you'd be mistaken I think I think you should be satisfied with this level of post-attached Shift indicator NPosition Zero It is a display and responds well

Overall, I'm happy with it
CB1100EX and RS PRO projector headlights from 2017 onwards are uncomfortable If you feel this is a good choice, you can make a recommendation The color of the lamp is white with a retro feel to it The brightness of the light is not a problem The instruction manual is polite, and I think that there is no hesitation about Wiring However, because the back of the Headlight becomes Large than NORMAL, I think that Headlight is not used Space is tight when you install it I think that's the only thing that's a hassle I thought it was a bit pricey, but once I installed it I was very happy with it View detail

There is a white surface
It is a good thing without it, but when you try to put it on, the surface is white It was the Front specification, but because I didn't like the Front, I made my own Bracket I did some work, such as extending the wiring, and installed it in the rear It is unreliable When I pushed the Wiring in recently, the Plus power wire came loose from the Coupler Repairs were done to attach the solder to the coupler terminals View detail

I can't see them during the day
Installation was easy and quick
After about three days Hmm? It's dark The display is clearly darker than I thought it would be
It was dark enough to be visible at night
I tried to install it again, but it didn't work, so I'm using it as it is
I haven't done anything with the settings or anything else, can I fix it with some kind of manipulation?

Large light intensity and good appearance
The LED OEM headlight is a sci-fi feel Aria-li, which is suitable for the CROSS CUB No
The Headlight is the solution to these problems
Not only does it look more classical, but it is also brighter and has a wider range of illumination than the OEM It's also practical
The instruction manual is easy to understand with many illustrations, and if you have ever tinkered with Electric Wiring, you will have a hard time installing it will not do
My complaint is that the Cable is short Even if you follow the instructions, the Cable length is not long enough in any way It may be connected, but there really isn't enough room for it So, you should make sure that you can handle the Cable properly from the stage of installation is good
Or you could get your own Cable and Connector to extend it It is
It's a pretty good price, so that's the only disappointing point

Whether or not emphasis is placed on always-on Twin Light
Good points
Even if you don't have a recent motorcycle, the Twin Light can be turned on at all times
Since a low beam is added without compromising the function of the high beam, the range of illumination at night can be extended Spread
Even an amateur can complete the job by himself as long as he has the tools I could
I have been using it for more than a year and the operation of the fan is stable
At the time of the low beam, it is better than the H7-LED of the initial model Sphere Light I feel brighter
not a good thing
Because of the two functions in one Valve, the price and installation time will increase
Some concerns remain due to the changes on the high beam side, which is an inspection item
You can use Twin Light to get a glaring eye light, or you can use Low beam to expand the beam range I feel like it's an option if you're going to figure it out I don't know if I can tolerate the cost spike... I'm not sure if I'll be able to use it for more than 10,000km and have it fail I don't and I think it's robust

Not a single complaint!
I bought a kit for the Ninja250r without a shift indicator Because Wiring which seems to be a hassle is also dedicated to the model of car, 4 to Quantity:Just connect 5pcs. couplers There is almost no configuration I have been concerned about the fact that the display at the time of Down is slow in other people's imprints Is this slow? It was such a great response After all, the fact that the GEAR in use is visible is the most important factor for a beginner rider View detail

good product. easy to install
very good gear position indicator. extremely easy to install. it took less than 30 minutes to complete the installation. if the shift light flashes would be much better. configurate the shift light is very easy. i would introduce this product to my friends. lastly, the light sensor is very useful. the light intensity is still enough under sunlight. the adhesive tape provided are very strong. It's bright, though
The product is Japanese Vehicle Inspection Correspondence So I had to buy and install it
When I sent the car to the authorized dealer I bought it from, he said it wouldn't pass inspection with this Headlight I've been told
I ended up having to put it back to NORMAL and have the car inspected
It sucks because of the extra maintenance costs!
It's bright enough, but the light axis is difficult to adjust and has to be removed at every inspection
