Low disc aggression and economical
[How is it used?
For HORNET 900 Rear brake
Was the installation difficult?
It's easy, but first-timers should do their research before doing it properly.
How was your experience with it?
It is not like Golden Pad, which works well only by stepping on it lightly.
It seems to start working gently when you step on it a little harder.
Since the DISC aggressiveness is low, it is natural that the Pad will decrease faster because of this.
I like it because I think it is more economical to make the DISC last longer.

Easy to control
Replaced on a 16 year old HONDA400X. I mainly commute to work and ride around town, so I decided on this product after reading the impressions of many people. I was able to install it with only a little bit of bali removal before installation. The feeling I got from using this product is that the braking effect is good at the beginning of braking for the OEM. On the other hand, I felt that it was better to step on the brake a little more than the OEM for control at low speeds. We will check the durability in the future. The OEM (Nisshin) pad was blue while the body color was red, so I felt a little uncomfortable. I am satisfied with Red, which is the same color as the car body. View detail

Necessary and sufficient
Used in CYGNUS.
Personally, I prefer the way the braking force rises proportionally from the Brake lever input.
It is recommended for those who make a kick rack to turn, enter a Corner while leaving a Brake, or use a lot of Brakes to turn.
I know I'm writing something cool, but does anyone understand this feeling aside from being good at it?
And when used continuously at high speeds or on mountain passes, the braking force is insufficient. I used it with 7R for a while, but switched to another Manufacturer because of this.

It currently has 8,000 kilometers on the odometer, but there are still plenty of mountains left.
With Rear, the braking power is sufficient, the tread is comfortable, and the cosmetics are not bad.
The previous very inexpensive pad had a slight gap in the hole position and was difficult to install. In this respect, we had no trouble at all installing the pad because it was made by DAYTONA, a reliable company.
If worn on the front, the Red Pad has a short life for its braking power and is not so excellent, but for the rear, it seems to have sufficient performance.
I also like the Red color that peeks out from Caliper in Simple because it is cool.

Depending on how you use it, it will disappear quickly.
It was worn and used for BALIUS1.
I was using it mainly for commuting and mountain passes, but perhaps because I use the rear wheel so much, I started to hear a rattling noise after about 2,000 km, and when I checked, I found that the pad was no longer there and the back plate had been shaved off.
I was a little disappointed that this Life was so short, since it is not supposed to be a pad with much braking power.
However, this is also due to the diversity of my Rear, and I don't think it's true for many people and vehicles.
However, the Fee Ring is very good and has enough stopping power for a Rear pad, and the fact that it reduces well means that it should be less aggressive to discs, so it's not a bad choice.
The back plate is red, so the parenthesis is a little better, and I can recommend it to people who like that.
The cost performance is not so bad.

for Rear is any Motorcycle in the past. (except Drum type) However, I have replaced the Red Pad and am using it. When I step on the brake pedal, the control is outstanding.
When driving off-road, the controllability of the rear brake is very important, but this product is also very useful for off-road driving.
Although the TS125R was an easy to ride motorcycle for a 2-stroke model due to its displacement, it still had a weak engine and relied mostly on the brake for deceleration. This product works as much as you step on it, and it works well until it locks up, so it was a big help when doing brake turns.
Red Pad is easy to use in many ways, no wonder it is a longtime seller.
I also felt that it was the best choice, especially if it was to be used for Rear.

for Rear is any Motorcycle in the past. (except Drum type) However, I have replaced the Red Pad and am using it. When I step on the brake pedal, the control is outstanding.
The Ninja 250R in particular has a two-pot rear brake caliper that works very well, and even with the Red Pad, the rear brake really worked well. Perhaps because of this, the OEM rear brake disc rotor was shaved to the shape of a record board and had to be replaced. This was a symptom that I had never experienced on any of my previous motorcycles.
When I replaced the brake disc rotor with a SUNSTAR brake disc rotor, I also replaced the pad at the same time in order to get a better match with Beauty.
After that, the Disc Rotor did not shave into the shape of a record disc.
This event left a deep impression on me because the product was not very aggressive to DISC.

To reduce the squeal, chamfer the short side of the pad with an ironworking file.
Apply a thin layer of brake pad grease to the surfaces of the caliper and piston. (Base material) If you apply it on the whole side, Dust will not adhere well.
If the surface of the pad pin is covered with rust or dirt, I use about #400 water-resistance paper and inexpensive lubricant such as Kure 556, etc., and clean it with oil. Then apply a thin layer of pad grease and install.

Applications:Off-road, Enduro
Was the one you received as per Image?
Just like the image. The Red color of the base material is also good, as it makes a strong statement.
The surface of the Brake Disc also had a semi-metallic feel to it, which seemed to work well.
Was the installation difficult?
The installation is not that difficult, and if you have enough time, it is very durable.
However, if the piston is sticking or is reluctant to move, it will take a bit of work.
When removing the pad pin or caliper mounting bolt, it is recommended that you use a good precision tool from a proper tool manufacturer if possible.
When you remove the Pad, you can push the entire Pad when you push the Piston back. (Skinning) This can be done easily by using
How was your experience with it?
Compared to RK's Mega alloyX used in the MOTARDSpec., the effect is milder, but it has good controllability that allows for a firm grip, making it easy to use large changes when driving off-road.
Even in muddy conditions, it stopped working. This was not a problem at all and did not interfere with my driving.
I think it will lead to safer driving on public roads as it works well and allows for more room to drive.
Red Pad is easy to use in many ways, no wonder it is a longtime seller.

I'm having more fun with Breaking than OEM!
DAYTONA, the No. 1 most popular Brake Pads "Red Pad.
I had often heard of its fame.
I bought a used Scooter with over 20,000km on it, so I replaced the Brake Pads as part of the replacement of various consumables.
As an ex-mechanic, there was no problem with the work itself, but since it was an important safety part, the work was done under the supervision of a licensed mechanic.
After the pad replacement, the potency is slightly weaker until it is hit.
After a few weeks of commuting, the efficacy of the product has stabilized and we have tested Hard braking and other methods.
Like a racing pad "Gatsun" The brake pads have no initial braking force, but you can feel the braking force depending on how you grip the pad.
This pad has a high level of control, and depending on how you apply it, it has enough stopping power to lock the front.
RainCondition and durability will be verified in the future.

good afternoon. I purchased these brake pads for my motorcycle HONDA CB1300SB (Super Bol D'or, CB1300S). Delivery to Russia came quickly enough (2 weeks). There was a track number for tracking the delivery. DHL Express handled the delivery perfectly. Thanks to Webake for the work. Everything is fine. View detail
