It is a good product that is affordable and can be made into High Solo.
High Solo effect is further enhanced with Barrel Style Grip.
It is difficult to know at what stage to install the Grip thrust washer just by looking at the instruction manual.
Other manufacturers have products that can be made to High Solo, but they are too expensive for us to afford.
This is a Recommendation to PetitCustom.

Easy High Solo conversion
This is High Solo by KITACO, a long-established 4MINI company.
Acceleration is possible with little twisting.
It is suitable for keeping cruising speed when touring, etc., rather than revving at high rpm.

Z400High Solo conversion for diversion

Was the one you received as per Image?
The inner surface of the body was smooth and seemed to offer no resistance.
Was the installation difficult?
The wire handling is a bit time-consuming, but as long as you have plenty of time to spare and take pictures while taking apart the wire so that no mistakes are made when restoring it, there is no problem.
How was your experience with it?
This product was selected because a larger take-up diameter of the throttle tube than the OEM would result in High Solo.
Although it would have been fine to use Active's Throttle tube or Yamaha OEM, we chose this product because it is inexpensive. Even though it is inexpensive, it is of sufficient quality.
Although the YZ-FSeries is compatible, it can be used without any problem as long as there is no interference with the Throttle holder.
There was no interference with the Z400's throttle holder, and smooth operation was possible.
The measured values of the winding diameter with Caliper are for reference only, as there may be measurement errors.

Tube is short.
The Grip end was drilled with Unit's Grip End Cutter, but since the Throttle tube is 5mm shorter than the Pro taper PillowGrip, the Grip end and However, the throttle tube is about 5mm shorter than the Pro taper PillowGrip, so the Grip end and Handlebar interfere with each other and the Axel does not return properly.
In the end, I cut the interference part of the grip end with a thin cutter.
As a result, Axel's return felt good with Span.
I'm sure it's the same with other grips.

High Solo is just fine.
I bought this product because I can't install the Grip heater on my ADV150 because the Throttle of NORMAL has a slippery surface.
It will be 20% High Solo! I could have left Throttle's take-up diameter as it was, but I ended up with a High Solo.
After changing the grip, I went to work and the High Solo effect made it easier to drive.
If you compare it with NORMAL, I think there are some parts to care at low speed, but it's not a problem because ADV150 is not so light Throttle in the first place.
The Throttle Wire of ADV150 is very tight, so it's not easy to install after removing it.

For Grip replacement

For attaching CloseType Hand guard
To fit the KLX230R with the CloseType hand guard, the throttle tube was changed to match.
You can Cut the ends off, but it's not an expensive product, so I bought an Open end Throttle tube.
It's not a performance product, but it's convenient to be able to buy such a fine product easily.

It spins lightly and slides well.
I replaced the Throttle pipe that was originally installed.
Once the Grip is installed, you can't see it, but it is a very important part for the operability.
To try it out, add a Handlebar with
1.raspene coating
2.Apply silicon spray
3.Degrease it and don't apply anything.
I tried to wear it in 3 patterns, 3. degreasing and not painting anything was the lightest operation
Silicon spray was good in the previous Throttle pipe, but maybe it's a difference in material.
It was a modest but satisfying parts replacement.
