Should be originally equipped with OEM
It is a must have item for a beginner of Rotary Mission. I used Seiran Kobo's Meter Holder for the Handlebar Post because it is too far away from the Meter and not very visible. The instruction manual is easy to understand with color photos. Sometimes when I put it in first gear... "0" Neutral on the Meter side disappears, so I judge it by that. View detail

It would be appreciated if the Instruction Manual was easier to understand.
I was fed up with the GSX 1400's confusing fuel level and bought it before long touring.
Wiring to remove the Right Side Cover and connect the wires is as shown in the photo. (The picture is hard to understand, but …) The Wiring is thin, so I ran it along the Tie Wrap between the Wiring and the existing Wiring without having to remove the Fuel Tank toward the bottom of the Tank. It took less than 30 minutes even for a clumsy person like me.
I have not been able to input the correction data yet because I did not read the Instruction Manual carefully and used the residual amount method from the full tan.
The residual volume method from full Tan, in my case, had an error of about 2 Liter.
It seems that the original error correction method is to display the amount used, then set the full Tan, and then correct the monitoring system. Please do not make a mistake.
However, I am not sure how long my GSX 1400 can run from the blinking of the fuel Lamp due to fuel depletion, and I think quite a few people are running on their own Data somehow.
If you go to Hokkaido, for example . At night, there are many places where even Large urban areas are not STAND. This will give you a good idea of the distance and approximate amount of remaining fuel to plan your touring.
Although not the cherry of Protec, the other day when their Shift indicator would not return from 6th gear, they immediately took care of the problem.
As I said, the customer service is also very strong, which is very helpful.
The product is a bit expensive, but it is trustworthy.

I purchased two of these for use on my ninja250.
The Rubber cap is quite solid and seems to be waterproof, but I think it is better to treat the Harness with insulated Tapeetc.

Reads backwards for USA JA65 bikes
This product is fairly easy to install by following the online instructions. Period.BUUUT for the USA JA 65 trails, it will read backwards because our bikes are geared opposite from the rest of the world. It will read neutral 4321 instead of neutral, 1234. In the end after some head scratching, I figured out that I needed to cut the wires going to the magnetic sensor harness That's already installed on the bike and splice the wires by doing trial and error until it read correctly. After that it works perfectly. It will not have an indicator to shift up and they do mention that in the instructions. The harness to the magnet on the trail is very short, so if you're going to cut and splice, I would recommend you get some heat, shrink, connectors, or consider getting an aftermarket sensor that has longer wire. Luckily, I had one of these lying around. View detail

Excellent for OEMHeadlight measures that are too dark.
I purchased this product to address a complaint about the CT125, the OEMLED Headlight.
It would not be bad to install a Fog Lamp instead of a Driving Lamp, but the generator output is also equivalent to the Engine Displacement Volume, so it is not possible to install an oversized electrical component. I have just added an Asahi Leg shield, so it's even more difficult to install it in the right position.
And as a compensatory act for not having the usual time to rideω.
Order this kit to convert OEM LED Headlight to H4, which is critical for nighttime rain on country roads, as the visibility is almost ineffective.
Kelvin is color temperature, not brightness.
I think the work itself is reasonably difficult, but there are too many accessories in my house, so it is somewhat more difficult to access and remove them….
Also, I'm so paranoid that I ignore the work as per Manual and processω.
First, we temporarily assembled the tap to check that it works, and then discarded the Electro Tap without regard to the manual.
Good thing good kids never use Electro Tap.
Because Trouble Frequent Cancer
The core wire is exposed by stripping the intermediate sheath, the plug receptacle is cut open with an electric tool to make an improvised splice, crimped with a branch line, and wrapped with harness tape.
With this, the contact failure rate is as close to 0% as possible!
And the rest is usually as per Manualω.
Left Handlebar Switch cut to HandlebarRight from Triple treeReverse side
Body ground is from the base of the Triple treeLeft reflector.
It was recommended to drill holes on the reverse side of the resin case….
I had a woodworking holesaw, so I managed with that.
If you don't have one, I'd use a soldering iron to melt it down.
One last move!
The H4 is a very good solution, but it has a LED headlight that lacks the universal nature of the fine connector with a dedicated cooling fan, so it is not a good solution.
When it becomes impossible to light up in the future….
Branch Wiring to UniversalH4-305Connector for immediate replacement
Bullet Terminal connection in the middle and keep the Connector inside the very narrow Headlight case.
Of course, the Bullet Terminal should be on the Female side and insulated with harness tape just in case.
Incidentally
Kit side Harness
White GND(Earth) − CouplerReverse side Left
Yellow−Lo − same Up
Blue−Hi − the same Right
This way, whether Halogen or LED, Universal Product can be used.
However, the use of High Wattage products such as Halogen etc. should be avoided as much as possible.
I think LED is better for Halogen 35w or so.
Carry H4-305Coupler and spare H4LED
There is also a position lamp in the headlight, but ….
No Wiring because even 5w is too close.
Also, if the Wiring fixed Band in the Case was still used, it was not closed and was not established, so it was disconnected and the internal Wiring was set to "Quantity".:Pair (for Left and Right) allocated to
GreenWiring to the Controller is also a + line, so I ran it through the MeshWiringProtective Tube.
By the way, processing will likely make the warranty ineffective, but ….
For me personally, as long as I make sure that there are no problems with the initial operation, I'll be fine.
I honestly don't care.
I'd rather have my hands tied
I think it would be much better to customize it in a way that makes sense in front of you.
I've only assembled and lighted test.
It is a world of difference from OEM daylight lamps!
It's triple the number of Watt ….
I'm told the Tester figure is 29,800 candela.
It doesn't look so bad either….
It's an internal Wiring or Headlight, but it's an Aluminum ultra-thin wire.
I have some concerns about the quality of the product.
I'm an old person ω.

The effect of wearing it is effective.
I installed it on a MONKEY125 JB03 for my wife.
His wife rated it well and it seems to be easier to drive.
I was breaking in a new car and was not sure what speed the GEAR was coming in, so I was anxious, but it was resolved.
The texture is not bad, but for this price, I wish the Included Parts:for installation were made more sturdy.

easy to understand
This is a very expensive purchase just to display Shift. I bought this for my wife's MONKEY125. The quality is good and it is easy to install, but the wiring instructions for the Ignition coil are a little confusing. The other locations are clearly shown in the photo, but the Ignition coil was not easy to understand. The location of the Ignition coil was not easy to find because it was marked with the wiring color, but I had to think a bit to find the location. View detail

For people who care about details.
Installed on Ja58. Tank capacity is one of the problems of CUB series.
It shows the remaining fuel level in detail and also shows the instantaneous fuel consumption, so it may be good for data collectors to know how many more kilometers they can run or how much fuel consumption will drop if they drive in this way.
I'm sure people who drive CUBs are more or less concerned about fuel economy.
Gas is expensive these days. It also helps to improve fuel efficiency driving.

LED Headlight
Before installing this product, a Hid Kit from Other Brand Product was installed in the vehicle, but I thought that thermal expansion would distort the Lens of the Headlight, so I decided to replace it. The light intensity is the same for both products, but I am concerned about the durability of the product. The only problem I had with the installation was the wiring. One disappointment was that the double-sided tape was not sticky enough. View detail
Fits: SUZUKI GSX1400
It is convenient to have it, but
I purchased it and used it on my first touring trip. When I put it in 6th gear, it would go into a state of free fall in 6th gear even if I downshifted, and when I turned the key to OFF, it would return to that state, but when I put it in 6th gear, it would go into free fall again. Also, an air bubble was formed in the indicator, so I contacted the manufacturer and they replaced it with a new one.
Currently, it is working fine.
Manufacturer's response was also good, but there was an initial defect, so I am satisfied with ??4.

It's easy and doesn't require any initial setup!
The product is set up for CRF250, so it is nice to know that the settings after installation are pre-configured.
As for the installation, all you have to do is to insert the coupler into the coupler on the back of the meter, which itself can be installed with a dedicated harness, so there is no need to hesitate...
At the very least, we have to remove the Meter, or at least consider removing the Light unit to make it easier to work with.
If you are not good at such things, it may be tricky to install by yourself.
As for the main position display, there is almost no time lag between the GEAR switch and the display.
The Shift Up Indicator as an extra feature? The Shift Up Indicator, which is included as an extra feature, does a good job.
I like it because I can make it glow at any desired RPM, and setting that up is super easy.
The first product we received was defective and the position display did not change frequently, making it unusable.

Shift positionIndicator installation
I installed it immediately after purchasing a new car and I am glad I did because the visibility is excellent.
It may not be of particular concern to those accustomed to this Mission, but it is useful to be able to visually see the shift position.
However, the numbers may not be completely reliable because they may not switch while driving.
The Cowl needs to be removed for installation, but I was able to install it while checking how to remove the Cowl on the YouTubeetc. that was posted.

Retrofit burglar alarm that can be operated only with Ignition key
It is very convenient because it can be set and released using only the Ignition key.
In addition, everything except the Indicator Lamp could be installed out of sight, so there is no sense of retrofitting.
[How is it used?
Since I park Blue empty, I use this burglar alarm in addition to multiple Wire locks.
Was the one you received as per Image?
Yes, it was approximately as per Image.
The feeling of security is priceless, and there is a large difference between having an alarm and not having an alarm.
○Siren's sound is sufficient for your needs (122dB), and if you are in a place with low noise level, you will not miss it!
It is great to be able to set and unlock it with just the Ignition key!
The standby current is less than 0.9mA, which means that the battery is not overloaded.
The alarm body is Compact (W36×H70×D19), so it could be installed inside the Seat Cowl.
The Body and Siren alarms are not waterproof, so installation locations are surprisingly limited.
○Not a dedicated product, so it is necessary to consider the installation location, wiring routing, extension, etc.
In the case of YZF-R125,
All the lamps except for the Indicator Lamp could be installed out of sight, so there is no sense of retrofitting.
When the Indicator Lamp was placed around the Meter unit, the Wiring did not reach the unit.
How was your experience with it?
It has been about a year since I installed it, and it has been working fine.
It is really easy to use, as it can be set and released with just the Ignition key.
Fortunately, not once did the alarm go off.
[Points to note]
When I intentionally set off the continuous alarm sound, it sounded a few minutes later, even though I had not moved it.
Since the battery is weak, could the voltage fluctuation of the battery be mistakenly detected as vibration?
Furthermore, when the battery weakened to the point that the Cell stopped turning, the alarm was misrecognized as having been set (Ignition key turned OFF→ON→OFF within 5 seconds) when the Cell was turned.
So when it malfunctions, Battery may be weak.

If you want to buy a little peace of mind, add Security.
When looking for a theft alarm for motorcycles, Large Land products that can be operated by batteries with a REMOTE CONTROLLER can be found for as little as 2,000 yen.
However, motorcycle is a vehicle that has a low carrying capacity, so you want to carry as little as possible. (Is it just me?)
In such a situation, only the key (key) of Motorcycle is turned ON/OFF, and the alarm Quantity:I found a product that can do Set, and this is what I found.
Security includes alarms for tilt and vibration sensors.
Installation only requires wiring to the battery and ACC, so it takes only 5 to 10 minutes, and even if you add the time to find a place to install the alarm itself, it takes less than 20 to 30 minutes.
Motorcycles are vulnerable to theft.
Parking on the road and daily storage management are also necessary, but for about 10,000 yen, it is inexpensive if you think you can handle it with a little ease and buy peace of mind. cH000000} ( *´ω`* ) /
Merit for this product (personal opinion).
? No REMOTE CONTROLLER required, can operate with Motorcycle key only.
The alarm and Alarm are also small, so it is hard to find a good location for them. The small size of the alarm and alarm system makes it difficult to find a suitable mounting location.
? Installation tool is only a screwdriver.
? Easy to handle with no detailed settings.
Demerit for this product (personal opinion).
? No volume control for alarm sound.
? No alarm sensitivity adjustment function.
? Price around 10,000 yen.
? The startup sound uses Siren sound, so it doesn't feel like it's started…. "Peweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!" It is a high-pitched sound.
? The double-sided tape for installation that comes with the alarm, Alarm, and LED is cheap…. (You should replace it with a stronger one.)

There are a lot of false indications on Downshift, but I am generally satisfied!
As for use, there is no problem at all when SHIFT UP, but there are many false indications when Downshift is used. This may be due to the fact that the Shift display is determined by the number of revolutions and speed when connected to Clutch, but it is not very helpful when Downshift is performed all at once after Clutch is turned off at the time of Red signal.
Also, it is GOOD that it has one extra power supply take-out Wiring!
Installation is easy with Couplet-on to NORMALWiring, but there was no room in the Light case and it would not close. We managed to get it to fit after some maneuvering, but in the end it took more than 30 minutes. The Instruction Manual says to install it on the top of the Meter, but I stuck it on the panel under the Meter because the Bracket was unreliable and it did not seem to fit well.

Convenient, but...
Retrofit Shift indicator.
It is more convenient than I had expected to be able to see the Gear position when it suddenly occurs to me.
I installed the UniversalKit before the dedicated kit came out, and it rarely stops reading Shift, but the countermeasure is posted on Protec's blog, and I don't think that problem will occur as long as the dedicated kit is available.
The visibility is as shown in the image.
The LCD itself is slightly reddish, so it was sometimes difficult to see in strong sunlight.
Therefore, we cut and pasted a cutting sheet to cover all the parts of the LCD except for the digital meter.
It is much easier to see.
I have been using it for more than 2 years since installation and have not experienced any problems.

It is not difficult to install, so it is a convenient equipment if it is provided.
