Reviews
It's a universal product, but it's a good one, and it's a great cosmetic!
I put Mr. Earls Gear's BurnCLASSICSingleS on the Z900RS and it was quite cool and the sound was crisp without saying it, but I changed it to Mr. OUTEX's barrel-shaped aluminum silencer for my taste and volume.
It's great! The volume is a little loud. (On a scale of 10, 5 for OEM, 6 for Earls Gear, and 7 for OUTEX) I am satisfied with the appearance of this product, and I am also satisfied with Large.
Best of all, it's cosmo! I'm very happy with it. But I installed it forcefully. It seems that the mounting Bracket should be changed. Although the spring hook of Silencer was not attached, when I instructed the installation position to Mr. OUTEX and sent it, I had it sent back quite soon. They were very kind.
The car won't pass inspection, but it will be easy to just replace the Silencer.

The vibration is reduced and made easier.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
None. It was as expected.
The texture is good, and when tightened with the prescribed torque, it stays in place.
It doesn't freak out when you put a little pressure on it.
I like it because it also acts as a vibration reducer and guard.
Do you have any wishes or improvements you would like to make for the Manufacturer?
It's very nice to have a choice of fine handlebar diameters, but
The Anodized product was discontinued at the time of ordering, so
It would have been nice to have more choice.
Also, the texture is nice, but I couldn't help but think about the price for a bar.
I think the parts will give you gold for the pleasure and satisfaction you get from wearing them.
I'm very aware that the cost of parts or just things should not be compared to the selling price, but I'd like to see a lower price.
[Do you have any products to compare it to?
I compared it to Zita's Guards.
Zita can wear a Knuckle guard, but
I didn't buy it because it wasn't about reducing vibration.
What made you decide to buy?
The main reason for this is that it reduces vibration.
It reduces vibration, acts as a guard, and is
In addition, I was able to install the option Knuckle guard, so I chose this one.
How was your experience with it?
The vibrations haven't completely disappeared, but
It's lessened than not having anything on.
If you touch the tip while driving, it's quite shaky.
The strength has been fine so far.
Was the installation difficult?
It is not difficult if you follow the Instruction Manual.
【Please tell me the installation point and hang】
If you follow the instruction manual, anyone who can use the tool should be able to do it, but
If you don't put the adapter into the Handlebar and fix it tightly to prevent it from shifting
Even if it is fixed with the prescribed torque, it can easily move when force is applied.
In this state, it cannot be said that the Handlebar Guard is doing its job of absorbing vibration and
Be aware that it may come loose and fall off while driving.
If you can fix it correctly, it won't freak out even if you apply a little force.
If it seems to move immediately after installation, you should check it and redo it.
[Was the Instruction Manual easy to understand?
It was easy to understand because it was written in diagrams.
The order in which it is inserted is also written, so you can do it without making any mistakes.
I don't understand it if it's written in a long list of explanations, so this is helpful.
[Included Parts:were they on?
Of course, there were no missing items.
I would like to see a few more spare Spacers added to the list.
[Others]
I personally think it's a very good product.
It would be even better if the price was around 5,000 yen.
There is an Option Knuckle guard, but
I did not buy it because it did not have a good rating.
I had a Knuckle guard from Zita that I had previously purchased that I don't use now.
I installed it with the L-shaped bracket I purchased at Home Center.
I widened the holes in the Bracket a bit and it was installed perfectly.
I believe other manufacturer's Knuckle guards can be machined and installed as well.
We also had a vibration-absorbing Grip installed before this product.
The vibration is reduced compared to the Grip alone, so please refer to your impressions.

The more you install it on your MONKEY125, the better!
Not only for MONKEY, but also for the low end motorcycles that are using parts that manufacturers have priced low, I recommend you to install them. If you are using Over's high priced Handlebar or Stem, these are unnecessary Parts.
Steering is more stable and responsive than ever from the beginning of turning to the maximum state and the latter half of the turn by fixing Stem and Under on the top strongly. Fine adjustment of the line at the time of turning can be done at the smallest movement. But it's only a MONKEY125, so you may not need it for a slow ride.
To install, simply remove the top and bottom Stem Bolts, install, check the Fork protrusion and tighten with the prescribed torque.

If you have more than one Size, you can deal with each Handlebar!
I have a WR250X that I'm using as a road racer with the Lever Guard from OUTEX.
When I test several Handlebars, I can't install them if the inner diameter is different.
In such a case, if you have this Adapter, you can use the Lever Guard that you have.

I put it on right after delivery, so the effect is unknown.
I don't know how effective it is because I installed it right after delivery.
But I am happy with it because it seems to be stable with Corner and so on, and I like the colors very much.
I'm sure you'll feel the effect more if you actually go to a Race or something.

If you want to install it for looks, it's a good idea.
I expected the Handling to change, but it wasn't enough to make me feel it.
Attacking Corner may be enough of an effect to make you feel it, though.
The product itself has Impact, so if you're looking for a good look, this might be a good choice.

I installed it on the groms. I removed the Top Bridge and Stem bolts and tightened them together and attached the Handlebar Stopper to complete the installation. The effect of the installation is that the rigidity of the front of the car is increased. It is easy to stabilize the Front at the deceleration zone which is common on the mountain roads. I am very satisfied with the result. View detail

Simple and easy
I bought it together with Zeta's MOTARDWheel when I bought it.
It was the first time I had to do it myself, so I was worried that I would fail at first.
And it didn't work out in the middle of the process, and I was half-heartedly enforcing it at random.
When I was done, I left the bread pan with a lot of air and it was done without any problems.

good
This content is very reasonable at this price. However, it is a system that assembles it by using Shim and Washer in this Kit, but it is not a good value for this price. You're right to make the color in One-off after you get the dimensions out, I'll tell Dry, that's not how it works If you can't do it, don't try the Braking system. Except for emergency, you can only use 1 Washer and 2 Shims, like an engineer. However, I think this kit configuration itself is correct, because the dimensions of the actual model will be changed by the actual size. View detail

Short lever assumption
This is the fourth of OUTEX's Items, which are difficult to evaluate on ManiacBrand! It is Until now, the Adjustable Footpeg, Stem Stabilizer, and I added RACINGFunnel The first two are ◎ and Funnel is × And this time, I think it's about zero
As usual, the product arrived in an extremely simple, unimpressive package, and the only thing you need is a It's in there properly Hopefully, I'll still be able to see the Manual easily It is a little clearer picture because it is written about "How to do Setting" or Maniac things and make the letters LARGE (old people can't read it!) I wish I had one I'm sure it will soon become a piece of paper
It's also a bundle of know-how; the Bar End decorations come from a variety of sources But this is not the same as the Bar End and the Hand guard as a protector, or the The function of reducing the vibration of the Handlebar & times;3, which is typical of OUTEX's products It is So I didn't hesitate to go with this one It's not a decoration, it's a function!
When you install it, there are too many Parts like Washer and Collar that stop in the coax To make sure you don't get into trouble, you have to put them through the Bolt in order beforehand so that they don't fall out of the Rubber Band There is That's kind However, remove that Rubber Band and check the order and Bar End and Hand The guardBody is passed through and then it is installed in the Handlebar Because it is a single Screw stopper, the angle of rotation should be adjusted accordingly It is relatively easy to install
So, I'd say this was a poor assumption on our part, but the opening of the Hand guard If you don't use short lever, you can't put it inside the hand guard because it is not so large Lever does not fit We have a splendid (very good operation feeling) touring type of Mr. U-KANAYA Since it is changed to Lever, it interferes perfectly Therefore, I have no choice but to off-set it so that the Hand guard comes under Lever as shown in the picture There was no Parenthesis bad But, well, in case of contact or falling down, it reduces the Risk that Lever breaks to some extent will do
And the key is vibration absorption The effect is there! Originally, the groms don't vibrate in the Handlebar as much (rather, they vibrate in the footpeg) So I didn't hate it so much, but it obviously reduced the vibration It hasn't disappeared Perhaps, depending on the settings (there are additional weights and such), you can make the vibration more Maybe you can turn it off I used to drive a KTM 640SMC (before it became a 690), but that LC4 Engine has a pretty excruciating vibration in the Handlebar The effect of adding this Vibration Absorption Lever Guard to SMC In the video, you can see that the vibration is reduced to the point where you can see it with your own eyes In the case of the Grom, the hard vibration that comes out when you rotate it is reduced rather than the vibration that comes out of it is reduced I feel like my hands are less likely to go numb
I think the quality of the product is high The GuardBody of the round bar is not so good parenthesis, but it is This product is highly recommended for those who pursue function rather than looks, and it's three birds with one stone It is
I think I'll change to the short lever But it's a waste of time and the U-KANAYA Lever is very good!

Faulty kit received - front tapes have no strength and coming off, rear all good
I received a partially faulty kit - while the conversion for the rear went perfectly fine, the tapes for the front rim had has no adhesion strength, it is coming off the rim even with a gentle pull by hand. We discovered this because we had finished the entire installation a couple of nights back, and left the two tyres on, and next morning the rear retained full pressure, but the front had lost all pressure. So we opened up the tyre again and found that the adhesive has come off leaving big gaps everywhere for air to leak. Am sure this is a one-off instance, because I have always heard good things about this kit from my Ducati and Triumph friends. Might just be some tough luck. I have written to Webike to ask the manufacturer to sent me at least a new set of tapes for the front. They said they will let me know when they hear back, it has been a couple of days and am still waiting for any resolution. I had put back the tube in my front for now, so I have a rear tubeless tyre and front tubed one as of now. I will again have to go to the workshop and leave my bike for a couple of days and pay all the labour charges to get the front done whenever the Webike is kind enough to ship me a replacement, or they don't and I have to buy an entirely new kit again, which would be really frustrating. Hoping this gets resolved soon and I can edit my review and ranking for this kit. View detail
I knew it, this is pointless!
I have to admit I was skeptical about this one But I bought it (actually, it's a Point) and wanted to test it, and OUTEX's other products ( Adjustable Footpeg and Stem Stabilizer) was too good to be true! Throughout the race, you can feel the ingenuity of the engineerRing, and it's a little bit stuffy It was an extremely Maniac and sympathetic product, despite the sweet feel of That Mr. OUTEX Just put this on and you'll have more horsepower! But really? No way! In theory, it's absolutely unbelievable I'm not an expert on fluids, but I'm also in the middle of science, and my day job is as a researcher Viscosity of air doesn't become a problem as long as the flow velocity doesn't get too fast As I commented on Takegawa-san's Power Filter I don't think a Large Aperture Duct is ever going to make sense, the Filter itself is a flow resistance So, if it's a coarse Sponge like Mr. Takekawa's Filter, it's a good choice I think the flow resistance will go down without But it won't change with the diameter of the Duct
On the other hand, the effect of Funnel is not to reduce flow resistance, but to reduce turbulence and regulate airflow (layer (creating a flow) So, the RACINGEngine has that trumpet on it without fail, right? That's reasonable So, I understood that this Funnel by OUTEX is also aimed at that So I was faintly hopeful that it would really work But I'm quite skeptical
So, first, OUTEX needs to complain that none of the Manual is unclear and unfriendly The one on the web is probably the JC61 era and our JC75, see photo 2 As you can see, the IntakeTube is wrapped around the maw and the plastic funnel is facing the front (NORMAL is also a funnel shape) However, the shape of the relay part of the funnel is not right and it's not clear If you insert the funnel of OUTEX as it is, the entrance comes close to the wall of the box and You will not
If you want, you can cut it off to TubeLimit, as shown in photo 4 I cut it until it was straight I'm glad I stopped here Actually, there is a step on the inside of the tube So mine is now the length of the Limit that the Band stops at Well, it still flattened out the inside of the channel and fixed properly Feeling, I think I'm now further away from the wall than I was before cutting the tube and facing the front However, if it's this close to the wall, it's going to create turbulence Hopefully, it will be better if I remove all the tubes and fix the funnel facing the front I stopped in this state because I'm afraid to disconnect it when I don't know the inner workings
Now, the bottom line is, it works! None! I was skeptical to begin with, so I'm not disappointed, but I just think highly of Mr. OUTEX I thought (and still do) that this was a bad idea Well, in honor of OUTEX, I would like to add that Test Data is Normal You said you used a filter Not only the exhaust system but also the filter has already been tested by Mr. Takegawa Since it is a power filter, the intake and exhaust resistance is correspondingly low, and the effect appears more than that There wasn't (if it shows up, it's at High Camshaft, High-Compression (Or is it just when you change the fuel level and increase the absolute intake? It could also be that The claim is that the power improves from per 6000 rpm, so it starts running at first and then into that area when it comes to Hm! I thought for a moment that I felt the excitement of the But I can't explain it properly I can't explain it properly, but I evaluated it neatly, using a method that measures absolute power The power didn't change Absolutely no change The power has not gone down The point is, the situation is exactly the same as before the exchange Well, there's no way I can get 1 horsepower increase for $5,000! So far, the effect on horsepower has been achieved with Oil, Exhaust System, Air Filter rankings In the case of Grom, I have the impression that Oil has the most impact
There is a slight sound coming from the air cleaner box, probably due to the vibration of the Gold genus parts I didn't feel any change at all, because I switched from G4 to Motul 300V It's our Grom that's powered down a little bit, but well, it's clearly more than the NORMAL era It is powerful and has a sharper response, so the fun is definitely not overwhelming It is But still, how do you rate these Parts? If you ask me, I'll probably forget that it's even on because I can't see it I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else as it's completely pointless I received it with a lot of earned points, so I'm a bit disappointed, but well, it was a good learning experience I'm not angry because I think it's a good idea
I've had this experience, and I'm a fan of OUTEX, footpeg and Stubby! I am satisfied with it So, I am going to go to the vibration-absorbing Hand guard of the example next However, after all, I think that the attitude of too much Maniac or the amateurishness of the disregard for I am You have good Ideas and experience, and I hope that you will enjoy User more widely I'm rooting for you (and your president, who is a bit younger than his peers)!

This is the Maniac case
One day when I was happily riding the mountain roads in the groms, I was so lean that I scraped my footpegs I can't do it, but because of my riding habits, the toes of my Shoes get caught under the footpeg and I think I've fallen! This was the first time The old riding shoes had been stripped of their Sole at that time and went to the Garbage box I did Grom's footpeg is too far forward and my height (183) makes me feel like I'm sitting on a chair And it's hard to type into the footpeg, so I guess I'll have to go to Rear Sets for this one I thought I thought
So, I started to look around, but it seems to be able to live with our exhaust system There are no Rear Sets And you have to pull out the pivot shaft to install the Rear Sets I've been looking for an easier solution to this problem
Just swap out some OEM footpegs and you can reposition them a bit I found out that Footpeg is out, but it's kind of vexing
So this Adjustable Footpeg from OUTEX caught my eye At first I thought it was just an adjustable footpeg, but it's very expensive for that I've misunderstood that there was no Sense or anything like that I'm sure the Off car Know-How is also possible because of the fact that you're doing it and so on, but it's not really This was an awesome product I'm going to go ahead and say this up front, but it's a great feeling to use If you like it, you will absolutely love it
First of all, the shape is great As for the angle adjustment, I'd suggest you take a look at OUTEX's information for more details The angle of Peg changes back and forth as you ride You may feel uncomfortable before you ride But when I tried to use it, I didn't feel uncomfortable at all, or rather, my foot and Peg stuck together perfectly The shape of the Peg itself, the large surface area, the non-slip finish, the It's great It doesn't slip as if it's slippery, but it doesn't get stuck either At first, I was a little cramped as I was initially gliding on the setting that raises it to the highest position when delivered, but my feet were a little tight It's very easy to control the gear and rear brake It's easy to control GEAR and rear brakes, and above all, it's easy to follow the movement of your feet It feels like it's going to come in So as far as usability goes, it exceeds my expectations and I can't complain about it
And I have to complain about it Installation is not so Large strange, but Setting is troublesome It is difficult to set up the spring which is installed in the footpeg It's supposed to hook the Pin that comes out of the Base and footpeg sides It is very difficult to install the footpegs while it is stuck And, I have to coax the curved plate of Steel that adjusts the angle of the angle, and it's a coaxial fix It almost certainly rotates on its own and is at an unintended angle I eventually couldn't figure out how to adjust it well, and after putting it on and off many times, I finally got it right I was able to adjust the angle of the bike to something like this Well, the angle adjustment didn't change the feeling of operation so much when I got on it
The spring that adjusts the direction of rotation and the pin are made of iron and look rusty It is I wonder if OUTEX will give me the Parts if I ask for this? The footpeg itself is very clean, though the weld marks are not so clean The footpeg itself is very clean
So, in conclusion, it's a substantial Maniac deal, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone I like Large, but I like Large I'm glad I bought it It is well worth the price if it makes riding so much fun The only problem is that it's a bit of a pain in the ass, so be prepared for that It feels like tightly packed Parts Someone please tell me how to make a simple adjustment, Manual is unclear and unfriendly!

Why don't we stop with the button bolt?
This is another one of those products that I thought was packed with Race's know how, just like OUTEX To be honest, when I saw the product itself that arrived in the mail Why is this so expensive? I think that's about the extent of it (the processing is beautiful!) I guess you can think of it as a "know how" fee That's how unique this Maniac project is
First of all, our 2019 JC75 for our 2019 JC75 is the one with the model number SS17, not SS16! I ordered the SS16 at first because I couldn't tell the difference, but then I ordered the Cancellation, re I ordered it (We-Big, thank you for your time)
Installation is easy Basically However, maintenance novices like me should be very careful First of all, the OEM Bolt is tightened with the Demon Torque, because it's an M8 Cap bolt It's quite sturdy, but still, 1pc. licked After struggling for four or eight hours, I finally removed it and followed the Instruction Manual to Stem Install the Stabilizer Be careful again at this point The bottom two are the same M8 Cap Bolt but for some reason only the top one is Button A rare Bolt called Bolt is used (not available at the nearby Homsen), the M8 The Button bolt is tightened with 24Nm, and this Button bolt has a Hexagonal of 5 I licked it because of its millimeter size, and I think this Head is a no-go against Torque! (If you're good at it, it won't be a problem) And after all, I had a hard time rescuing the original Button bolt and I replaced it with an M8 Cap Bolt that I bought from Homsen As a result, there is no problem Is there some kind of first-class attention to detail here, OUTEX? However, the difficulty of Assembly is Number one For the layman, I'd like to see it be a little more Friendly Spec So I can't recommend it to everyone
So, how does it work? We are replacing the rear suspension with the NITRON R1 and at the same time, this Since I added Stem Stabilizer, the effect of the rear suspension is considerably increased As a result, it's a little questionable whether Stubby itself is properly rated or not I thought that Rear would be suitably hard, so I thought I'd be able to make it harder The intention was to tighten up the poor front fork as much as possible In fact, NITRON's Shock is very comfortable to ride and is not at all like the OEM product It does a good job that is incomparable So I don't have the impression that it has become harder (oh, in the NITRON imprecise) (It wasn't there) So, of course my pace goes up, but in the past, when the road surface is rough in Corner and so on, I would have been able to go to Oops! Take it! The Front has settled down even when it was in a difficult situation Clearly, the strange movement like twisting is suppressed, and the balance of the front and rear was also worrying The goodness of traceability that you can really immerse yourself in riding, even if the road surface is rough I feel secure enough to go ahead and leave the Lean Angle intact
After all, this effect is a know-how that only Mr. OUTEX, trained in MOTARD, can provide I think so Further up the ladder, you'll finally want to change the front suspension as well, but first you'll need to change the Spring and I think you can get some setting out with Fork oil (no, I don't think Setting doesn't mean that you can't shave off the time in Race, it's just an everyday (It's for the fun of Riding)
As a product for amateurs, I would like to complain a little bit, but the undercarriage of the I thought it would definitely contribute to LevelUp
Oh, and my name is Takegawa Filter:the head of the Bolt hits the air cleaner box, but it's not the same as the air cleaner box Riding-wise there is nothing wrong with it If it is used for a long time, it may get a scratch, but a hole will not open The wound of the black resin which is in an invisible place is not related

Increased rigidity and stability around the front
Replace the rear suspension and balance the front fork I've been doing a lot of research to replace the InnerCartridge and I came across this product I did The installation process is not difficult, but the Bolt's tightening torque-management is not difficult Front fork tightening is the place to go for sure
As a post-run impresario, the rigidity around the Front is increased and straight-line stability is improved It was somewhere else, but it is like having Steering Damper attached It becomes easy to grasp the ground feeling of the front tire at the corner ring, and the dependence of the NORMAL is improved It gives you more stability from what you don't have 'It bends without doing anything & rarr; it bends with action.' It feels like it's going to be 。 However, there is also a drawback, because the rigidity of the handlebar is increased by connecting each part; The vibration is concentrated on the handlebar It's especially hard at 5000 rpm or higher As a countermeasure, the manufacturer's "Vibration I purchased the Absorption Lever Guard" I haven't installed it yet, so I'll get back to you at a later date (I'll get back to you on the imprint here later.)
The effect of Stabilizer is so good, I wonder if you can't do something about this vibration &hellip ; Vibration Absorption Lever Guard, I'm looking forward to it
Originally, it would be best to replace the InnerCartridge as well, but it would be best to run it at full throttle & amp; I have no complaints so far, even on the mountain passes, to Normal fork The impressions of three 55kg.75kg.85kg riders in the Stabilizer condition are Isn't this good enough for you? The 55kg one was "This MONKEY 125 is a humbug! (Lol) By the way, it has their OUTEX exhaust system installed! (^^)
From the character of MONKEY125, I think it's better to drive slowly and slowly, so Making it too rigid may be a mistake (Sweat) But"If you're a Rider"who likes to run, it looks and works well Recommended Parts

It was installed at the beginning of the XT250X Tire replacement
This is for handling Puncture repairs on the road and to save weight under Spring
The XT has been on the road for more than 10 years, but with the Black Anodized paint on the Wheel The Rim width is also wide, so it's a very special type of pipe The process of applying the tape was not too difficult
However, since it was winter, we used an electric Stove to heat it while installing it
There is a noticeable change in the ride after installation
The feeling of kicking the road surface when twisting the Throttle has gone up
The sense of grip has been improved to better follow the road surface of the Suspension

It's safe to use the spoke wheel
I'd like to impresse it, as it's been about 10 years since I installed it
Now it is the fourth Tire exchange, and since there is no degradation of the Tape that was affixed to the inside of the Rim I don't think there are any durability issues
You don't need a tube, so you don't have to remove the Wheel every time when the Puncture happens Wheel for VehiclePuncture RepairQuantity:If you have a Set, you can handle it yourself, and maybe a good-natured fuel station will take care of it
Just seal the air in the Nipple section with the Tape, so you can put this Tape in the RimCenter It is quite Large strange when it is pasted straight along
To make sure that the nipple part inside the rim is secure, it has to be hardened with Bond for woodwork to improve the secrecy Construction
It was a nerve-wracking task because the adhesive strength of the tape was so strong that it was basically impossible to redo it
Rim has never had an air leak from the TireSIDE part without any particular modification
Having failed once with a second-hand Rim, I'd prefer not to use a rusty Rim, preferably in new condition I think it's better to put it on
