NITRON・Twin ShockR3Series installed (for MONKEY125)
I upgraded from a simple reinforced suspension to the Twin ShockR3Series from Nitron.
From 11,000 yen for a certain reinforced suspension to 160,000 yen for the NITRON! I did, but when I studied the structure of Shock
You can't see what's inside the Shock, but the more expensive Shocks are extremely sophisticated and complex.
It makes sense that it costs $160,000. The affordable Single action Shock is nice, but
I also like the advanced Shock with Oil flow paths and Valve on the pressure side, extension side, low speed side and high speed side respectively.
All the sliding parts are processed by Plating cylinder, and the movement is smooth.
Pivot part is very accurate and fits perfectly in SuspensionBolt.
During steady-state driving "Lick the road. It runs like a real car. The damping is effective from low speed driving.
A special feature of the NITRONR3Series is that the pressure-side dumping can be set separately for low-speed and high-speed sliding.
The frame characteristics of the MONKEY125 include the high strength of the seat rail and the fact that there is no absorption by flexing.
If the Shock's Damper doesn't support a fast Gap, it will push up too hard.
The NITRONR3Series absorbed the high-speed Gap beautifully.
Even if it doesn't bother you when it's a normal seat, if you increase the performance by using a sports seat etc.
I need to Upgrading Shock lol.
When you ride a motorcycle, you have to deal with uneven road surfaces all the time, so the workload of the Shock is much larger, and it's much easier to use.
Upgrading here to Large width is always very satisfying.

Normal suspension is fluffy and the sinkage is Large threshold MONKEY125, my weight is heavy. (85kg) It is one of the causes, but even if it is not, it is still soft, front and rear suspension. In addition, the load becomes Large because it wants to make Speed. Especially, I changed to Nitron because the load is large for the "Rear Suspension" which takes more than half of my weight. If you let them know your weight, kill, riding style, etc. when you buy, they will send you the product set up for it. It also takes some time, but the product is made from scratch after receiving the order, so you will receive a freshly made product.
The ride is moist, yet firm, and not lumpy at all. It moves really well from low speed range to high speed range. It is a SPECIAL Knife suspension that cannot be compared to the Normal suspension! The price is quite good, but you will be convinced when you use it! 。 Installation is very easy, just remove the Normal suspension and replace it. You can replace one side at a time. 。 As a side note, I changed the front spring & oil to KITACO one to match the rear suspension and also installed Stem Stabilizer. (Sweat)

I don't know why it's so low rated.
The movement is completely different from normal suspension.
The suspension setting on the CB1000R is awkward front to back. (If you can feel it, that is.)
When you try to get a grounded feel of the Front, you can use the Rear as a hard Quantity:Set direction and ride quality will deteriorate. (Bouncing, being pushed up.)
The NITRON suspension strokes firmly even when stiffened, does not bounce, does not feel the Gap, and feels well grounded.
It's so stable that you can turn a 100R or so Curve that used to bend at 100? at 120?
Most importantly, I recommend it because it makes the ride more comfortable.

Installation

【Point of installation】
Work before removing the OEM.
Check ride height. Check the necessary tools.
? A means of floating the car body.
You can either hang it from a stepladder or raise it with a car jack.
? A means of aligning the bolt holes in the body with the holes in the rear suspension.
Raise the rear tire with the jack for fine tuning.
Don't forget to apply the grease.

It's simple to use and everyone knows how to use it.
However, the low speed pressure side damping is so hard that you may wonder if you can squeeze it to the strongest point by human power. This seems to be an inevitable part of the structure.

I didn't dare to add the Preload Adjuster (+30,000 yen), which allows you to adjust the pre-road by turning Dial by hand.
The reason for this is that the VERSYS rear suspension is off-set to the Right Side of the vehicle, making it easy to use the pre-road adjustment device.

We have been using the OHLINSetc. high performance NITRON shock absorber for some time now. I'm aware of that.

I had low expectations at first, but the slapstick is no longer slapstick, and I'm completely enchanted by its supple behavior. The NITRON products are really not bad either!
The CT125CT110 HUNTER CUB also had an ADV150 RearShock absorber made by Nitron, so I was hoping that it would come out soon!
I put in an Order immediately after it came out & omega;
The Ural has a calm look in Black/Black, and the Koch has a flashy look in Gold/Turquoise.
It's not bad looking, and it's not bad at all.
It was easy to install the Left with Nut17mm/14mm off and the height adjustment is the same length as the OEM.
In fact, the DaytonaleftSaddlebag Support interfered further, so additional DIY work was required.
The Right is working without Silencer
Remove the 12mm Cap Nut at the back with a pair of glasses wrenches
Push rivet the middle cover and tapping on the back side, then pull it out and remove the Mount Bolt.
In front, remove the Under Guard (HEX5mm×4) and install the exhaust pipe Bolt (12mm×2) Remove the Silencer and disconnect the Silencer.
The rest of the top is a 19mm Open endSpanner and Pliers wrench.
Below is a 14mm Cap Nut as well.
When installing a complete set of Silencer, install the Silencer in back, front, and middle, in that order
Also, I'll put together the included Front Fork Preload Adjuster (3mm + 2mm Gold Spacer).
Fork cap (17Mm) PinchBolt next to it. (HEX5mm) slacken
Remove the Cap while holding it down so it doesn't pop out.
Fork oiletc. is still intact this time because the distance is not extended.
If you run a certain amount, change to high performance fork oil or Cap's O-ring needs to be changed.
Put the Adjuster and turn it while holding down the Cap to fasten it.
PinchBolt is also tightened and finished with fluorine oil on Fork inner tube and Rear shockPiston rod.
So, I went for a light run around the neighborhood today, including a light Dirt
Hmm, not bad at all!
Is it a little hard when you start running? I felt that it was a good idea, but it didn't flap around in Gap, etc. It was very flexible.
