It fits in with the GALE SPEED disc.
I bought this product to replace the brake on my ninja400 with brembo 4P as I thought it was not enough for me.
The pad was too big for the OEM disc and I had to cut it down, but I had replaced the OEM disc with a GALE SPEED CROSS lock disc because the floater of the OEM disc was too big. It would have been great if the pad would have hit the inside of the disc about 1mm more.

Installation Control for GSX-S1000 late stage for KATANA1000
It is the Parts which can take the benefit of KATANA1000 happily.
This is the first time I have bought OVER support and it is very beautiful with Cut-out and Anodized.
With Bolt On, you can easily replace the rear caliper with the new Crab type Brembo.
For GSX-S1000, other companies sell support to change the rear caliper to brembo, but all of them require brake hose replacement.
Moreover, it is only designed with the old Crab caliper.
For installation, the method of routing the brake hose and ABSSensor cable has been changed, and the aluminum bracket has been replaced by the Quantity:There are 2pc and
Attach the Bracket to the inside of the Swing Arm with double-sided tape, then attach the Brake hose and ABSSensor to the Bracket with the Tie Wrap.
Caliper boltQuantity:It also came with 2pc, but since it was an unadorned Bolt, I changed it to my Chromoly Bolt.
The only other parts you need to install are the Banjo bolt for Brembo and the Fluid for air bleeding.
As a hang of the installation, it is important that the fluid of the AXIS cheater does not fall out.
If you install the rear caliper above the fluid tank, the fluid will not come out, so you can shorten the air venting time to a large size.
For the Caliper, I chose the brembo new Crab34 (20.B852.73).
I thought about installing a CNCCaliper, but the Banjo bolt is in a different location than the new Crab.
Be aware that if you try to use the Brake hose without changing it, the only option is the new Crab.
By changing from the OEM rear caliper to this KIT, we have improved not only the appearance but also the serviceability.
It also reduces weight and improves the control of the rear.
There is no loss of stroke with the rear brembo, but on the contrary, the stroke width has been widened and it has become very easy to control.
The Support is very stiff and the Caliper does not twist when breaking.
With the way it feels, I don't think Gail's Rear master is necessary.
However, the ABSSensor Wiring is difficult to handle, and there is a possibility that it will contact the Rotor and break the wire, so I used Tie Wrap Fixing to take care of it.

It was almost like Image, but ...
Was the installation difficult?
DAEG was able to remove the axle shaft and OEM support bracket without having to remove the tire, which helped reduce the workload.
I also looked at the brake support and found that the bearings are not the same as the OEM ones, but instead are a rigid mount that uses the OEM color. Shaft is already changed to Chromoly, so it should be very durable.
I didn't need to use the Washer for Caliper centering.
The problem is the place where Chain adjustment and WheelAlignment adjustment became troublesome when restoring it after this.
The reason why the Caliper support has a bearing is so that the Eccentric can be moved without having to remove the Axle Nut, but to adjust the Eccentric on the support side without the bearing, it is necessary to loosen the Axle Nut. However, when the Axle Nut is tightened again, the Eccentric also rotates with it.:Pair (for Left and Right) It is a punchline that the position of Eccentric in
The only way to fix the Eccentric is to tighten the AdjusterBolt, but there is still some resistance to tightening the Axle Nut at high torque to the Eccentric that is distorted by the AdjusterBolt.
Maybe I should have gone with BEET's SupportBracket, even though it's more expensive.

Finally I was able to replace the rear caliper with a Brembo caliper of the same color as the front caliper.

You're running out of options.
We have chosen Active products for the brembo installation.
In the past, various manufacturers offered Caliper support for the original Ninja 250R.
But many of them are out of print and there are fewer options.
From a narrow selection, I chose the Active product for price & appearance.
I really don't plan to change the brake rotor, so I'll just use the floating rotor.
I was going to buy a non-compatible one but it was discontinued.
The original Ninja 250R was also discontinued about 10 years ago, so Custom parts were
It is becoming increasingly difficult to obtain.
I have no problems with the installation.
The only problem is the cutting process of Brake Pads.
If you are a DIYer, you will need a Disc Grinder.
If the pad is left as it is, it will contact the inner rotor.
It is necessary to shave off about 6mm of the area of contact.
I already owned a Disc Grinder, so it was no problem for me.
I went out for a test drive after installation, but there is no lack of rigidity etc. of Caliper support.

Simple and lightweight Caliper support
I bought this product to use the Outer tube of Second Type ModelSRX because I changed R1-Z to Single disc.
Because the wheel is for R1-Z, but I could not get Center with the attached Spacer, so I bought an additional Spacer.
I don't feel uneasy about the Caliper support itself, but I did feel a little uneasy about the stability of the Spacer being engaged and secured.

Black Anodized is luxurious.

I used it to strengthen the brake of WR250X.
QTM's CNC machined brembo 4pot Radial Caliper + 320mm Disc Rotor + brembo 15RCS.
If you install the OEM wheel, it will interfere with the Spoke, but if you install the Wheel Collar as Quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) I replaced it and put a Washer between Disc Rotor and Wheel.
If I couldn't fit the casting caliper, I was prepared to go with a low profile racing caliper or an expensive casting wheel.
