WR3 Bracket for ZX14R

First of all, the height of the screw receptacle for the ABS speed sensor does not match the OEM. I had to prepare a 5mm collar by myself to install it.
Also, when I tighten up the shaft to the specified torque, I can hear the set screw of the blanket and the speed sensor pulsar rubbing against each other. The OEM blanket has a 1mm protrusion on the wheel side, but this product has a flat wheel side, so I think the height is not enough.

I bought this car as the first step to making it into a Race Specification car.
Was the one you received as per Image?
As shown in the image, D-TRACKER-XOEM front brake disc rotor, caliper support, mesh hose, and mounting bolts are available in quantity.:It was set and I was looking forward to installing it.
Was the installation difficult?
To install the Caliper, simply remove the Caliper mounting bolt, attach this product to the Caliper mounting area, and then attach the Caliper to this product.
Ten years ago I asked the shop to do the setup for me, and ten years later I can do it just fine. lol
Also, if you are working on your own, you should prepare a service manual, torque wrench, precision tools, and brake fluid if possible.
The more weapons you have, the better, since you will be customizing critical components.
How was your experience with it?
The brake disc rotor is OEM and has been used for 8 years without any trouble, the anodized caliper support has not faded, and the strength has not been damaged by fatigue. I had a lot of hard braking in a motard race, but there was no problem.
However, there is one point that I am concerned about, and I guess it was a little difficult to design this product. The pad and brake disc rotor are not aligned properly, and the outside of the pad does not come in contact with the disc, and there are parts that remain unshaved.
I was aware that they were called RaceParts, and I would periodically remove the calipers to visually check them, and if there were any bumps, I would grind them with a file or disk grinder to smooth them out.
Those who introduce this product should pay attention to the above items and use it.
In order to improve the performance of Brake even a little bit, I decided that I had no choice but to do the work. (Never perceived as defective.)
The mesh hose was also used heavily with Enduro etc. on the way, but it did not leak.
On the way, I replaced the Caliper supportMounting bolts with new ones. This was done as a precaution before the bolts broke.
I've heard that D-Trackers are becoming less and less common in Motard races these days, but I'm sure that the enhanced braking will be reflected in the level up of the vehicle in Gymkhana applications as well. This product is also recommended for those who use D Tracker for gymkhana.

Caliper support for replacing the rear brake with the new Crab type Brembo or Gail's axial mount.
Since the OEM Caliper was getting tired, I decided to replace it with a new brembo Crab.
The texture is good because it is an aluminum cut-out.
The price of the Neck is close to that of a cast new Crab, but considering that they are still supplying custom parts for this year's motorcycle, the price is understandable.

Compatible Calipers can be found in the Instruction Manual, which can be downloaded from the manufacturer's website.
The Initial Model GSX1300R HAYABUSA has the Caliper mounted on the lower side and the OEM Caliper has the brake hose installed in the middle of the layout, so at first glance it looks like the OEM brake hose can be installed as is.
However, in reality, if the new brembo Crab is installed with this product and the OEM brake hose is connected, the brake hose will interfere with the torque rod and cannot be installed.

Light weight and well built
Because of the speed sensor, I was using Caliper support made by Takekawa, but I replaced it with a new SpeedController made by the same Takekawa, and the speed sensor bracket became unnecessary. I replaced it with a new one.
It's as if Over has managed to make it as light as possible, yet strong enough to hold up to the rigging.
The core of the disc is Exactly and the accuracy is perfect.
I chose black to match the color of the Front and Caliper, but I guess that's just my preference. I think I like it.
The price is well worth it, and I recommend that you use a reliable product like Konno's, as a defective brake can be fatal.

Difference from AGRAS
I bought this because I wanted to put the Brake Caliper on the rear under the Swing Arm and change to the brembo Crab.
