two-edged sword
On an uphill which is also tough for a 4-wheeler, LITTLE CUB, registered as a Class 2 moped, was able to climb the hill at 40 km/h in 2nd gear. 5 km/h faster after replacing the Air cleaner. Considering only the maximum speed, the effect is clear. (I'm running 120mm wide, bulky Rear tires, so that's the only reason I can't get the Speed up.)
However, on the flat, I lost all Punch up to the mid RPM range of 1st gear 20km/h, 2nd gear 35km/h, 3rd gear 50km/h, and on an uphill, it stalls at once from 3rd gear 60km/h. It seems like there is too much air in the low to mid RPM range and the fuel injection is not keeping up? The intake sound is so loud that it even drowns out the exhaust sound of the BEAMSExhaust system.
Nevertheless, when the engine reaches the high RPM range of 35 km/h in 2nd gear on flat terrain, the Punch becomes effective and can be used up to around 45 km/h, which is above the rev limit. In this speed range, the intake sound becomes smoother and the exhaust sound becomes louder.
3rd gear missMatch GEAR ratio and EngineTorque at all speeds. (Adverse effects of RSprocket exchange) On a gentle uphill, the engine stalls even at 40 km/h in the middle RPM range, where Torque is supposed to be, and finally exceeds the Rev limit of 60 km/h on a long flat or downhill slope. At this time, there is no engine punch, but the engine noise peculiar to high rpm is heard, which is not good for both mental health and the engine.
In case of rain, a MINIBucket bought at a 100-yen store is covered to prevent raindrops from entering the intake air. (Lol)

Does a wonderful job securing the largest sized breather hose
About quality and texture - The 15.5mm hose clamp from SP Takegawa is made from spring steel to maintain it's shape and finshed with a trivalent chromate treatment for prolonged corrosion protection, the quality from the overall fit and finish is perfect. About the feeling of use - The 15.5mm hose clamp does a wonderful job securing the largest sized breather hose to the barbed hose fitting and breather cap within the catch can system and is a much neater option then using a zip tie, with the end result being a professional looking installation. Products to buy together - A key product to buy together with the 15.5mm hose clamp is the 12mm breather hose for connecting the catch can to the engine via the breather cap for ventilation and drainage purposes. Difficulty of installation - The installation of the 15.5mm hose clamp is a simple task that took 0.1 of an hour to complete. Some slight mechanical aptitude and the use of basic hand tools is all that is required to position the hose clamp to secure the breather hose to the barbed hose fitting. Cost performance and comparison with other products - I find the cost of all the products SP Takegawa sell to be on par when compared to what most other companies sell their products for and the 15.5 mm hose clamp is no different. About shipping and packaging - With there being no cost difference between sea freight and EMS for the 15.5mm hose clamp, I chose EMS for an earlier arrival date. The part was extremely well protected while being covered in bubble wrap and surrounded with air pillows in a sturdy cardboard box. Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing - For my location, purchasing small common use products like this from Webike Japan is the best option when combining multiple parts together if you are also taking into account the shipping cost. Takegawa Sub Frame Kit installed
The Sub Frame Kit was selected because we wanted to keep the width of the CT125 to the sides of the vehicle, and the volume is slightly increased due to the larger pipe diameter. If you tighten the bolt first, the Under Guard will not be attached. View detail
If you can install it correctly, with all the amenities.
Overall, it's awesome if you have the right dynotuner, stage 1 upgrades. Unfortunately, where I'm living has a bunch a monkey wrenches looking for the booku and trying to take advantage. Would like to learn how to work on my own bike, (no time) but yeah it's really fantastic, it was good for a time until I was overly eager to keep upgrading. I had it plugged on a Honda Future 125fi, which is mostly the same engine as the Monkey or Grom. View detail

The texture and strength are perfect.
Since the female hole on the body side is painted, the screw was so tight that I thought the screw might have been gnawed when tightening the bolt that comes with the bolt. I applied a small amount of Thread Compound and tightened the bolt just to be sure.
Large and sturdy construction. There is no doubt about the quality of the product.

I installed it on New ModelCROSSCUB110ja60.
I installed it on New ModelCROSSCUB110ja60.
The brake arm is 10mm longer than the NORMAL brake arm, so it needs to be adjusted, but the rear brake now works better with less force.
On the other hand, if you step on it too hard, the brake will work too much, so you may need to get used to it, but I got used to it quickly. It is lighter than NORMAL, so it is possible to reduce weight. Personally, I am glad to have replaced it.

The attached Bolt is subtle.
The accuracy and texture are perfect, but the Bolt that comes with it is subtle.
The hexagonal wrench is shallow and has only an M6 hexagonal part for the M8 bolt, so it was instantly licked.
I was able to get away with it because I had the tools to remove the licked Bolt, but I had to buy a replacement at Home center, which was expensive!

Blinker I just switched from a 10w to an 8w bulb and it doesn't blink.
Simply remove the OEMRelay and install the Mukawa Relay in the same way.
I appreciate that it also comes with two different Adapters.
I would appreciate it more if the price was more affordable!

The simple key area becomes luxurious!
I put it on ja65, it's not hard to do, just stick it on with Double-sided Tape.
Since it is a type that covers the key cylinder, it looks more luxurious than one that is attached to the surface (laughs).
I chose Gold because there is also a Gold color around the Front. It gives a sense of unity and makes me feel good!

Friendly Wiring relationship
Used for CUB.
The supplied Meter panel was not used.
Anyway, the Instruction Manual and structure related to Wiring are very kind. At first, I was working in a messy way, but I was impressed by the SMART design of the wiring, such as the Harness for taking out the rotation signal.
The instruction manual is well written at a level that anyone can install the product if they read it carefully, so even beginners should be able to install the product if they try their best.

Takegawa do it again, top quality great engineering.
Top Quality parts, but most of all well engineered to create a cohesive outcome, there are many options out there but this piston from Takegawa maintains a great combustion chamber shape with the stock head, and includes a relief for the spark plug (so no spark plug spacer required). The result is a engine that runs as good as OEM Honda but has just a bit more go everywhere. In my specific kit the piston rings were mostly ok to go out of the box, If I was being picky I'd say the top ring was a tiny bit tight and the second ring was a tiny bit loose, the oil rings were perfect. As a result I opened up the top ring from 0.009" to 0.01" only becuase its going into a CT125 which naturally runs hot vs GROM/Monkey. But I think I could have run the rings out of the box and probably had zero issues. I also like that the piston is 4 grams lighter than the stock piston, this means the motor runs very smooth with little vibration. The N-15 cam is perfect for a OEM plus feeling, I've tried a range more agressive cams and the bottom end always suffers, in my opinion that does not suit the charater of the CT125 however, this N-15 cam is perfect for the CT125 imo. I like this kit so much I'm considering buying a second to keep in stock as nothing lasts forever. View detail
Not only serves the purpose of collecting engine oil but also fills the space left when installing a low mount exhaust

Difficulty of installation - The installation of the 550cc oil catch tank is a simple task that took 0.5 of an hour to complete. Some slight mechanical aptitude and the use of basic hand tools is what is required to mount the oil catch tank to an available frame tab, in an open and elevated position.
