Cylinder replacement for C400GT Top case 77439829379
I bought a Top case from another Motorcycle to use on my C400GT so that I could match the pin of the Cylinder to the new key.
I ended up doing it and it was surprisingly easy.
1. Remove the two inner ScrewScrews.
2、It is difficult to work with, so I use a stick? Hinge (where the turn is made) Poke and pull out the iron Pin of the
3, Remove two ScrewScrews from the inside of the removed assembly.
Be careful not to remove the lid too roughly at this time, or you may be surprised when the Spring inside pops out.
4. Then, the entire Cylinder gasket comes off, so it is large and sturdy.
5, How to pull out the Cylinder and how to match it with the new key is the same as Pannier such as R1250GS, so you can find it by searching.
6、When you assemble it at the end, you need to be careful or the lock may not close. You need to make sure that the plastic clasps are properly aligned. (I can't explain it well, but you'll understand if you try.)

My savior who mistakenly cut off CUB's Wiring
I bought it because I had mistakenly shibered CUB's RegulatorWiring.
The shape is exactly the same as the Coupler of the C50OEMRegulator.
However, please note that the OEM is like a double cord, so the attached terminals cannot be used.

Good product that can take 3 power supply outlets
I bought it to get power for Tachometer and ETC. The unneeded harnesses are mercilessly cut off and used as materials for other electrical work. The harnesses are too long and are in the way, and they become harness resistors and waste energy. The output side harness is also long, but do not cut that one off. The harness is connected to the battery and ACC power source, and is energized when the key is turned on, so there is no need to worry about the battery going up. The included instruction manual is very carefully written, so please read it carefully before you start work. View detail

Starter RelayHarness handling
Depending on the year and the Type of Starter Relay, the Harness handling may need to be changed.
In my case, I solved the problem by handling it as shown in the photo.
The Right Side Cap was purchased and installed separately.
I think it would have been perfect if there was a hole for the harness to go through like OEM Product.

Finally, it's time to go.
I purchased and installed a Push Type Switch to use as a switch for the power supply of the car navigation system, but the other day, when driving on a mountain pass with somewhat rough pavement, a malfunction occurred due to vibration, causing the power supply to turn off and on, and temporarily Navigation repeatedly started up and stopped functioning.
This symptom did not occur during normal city driving or on well-paved roads, even on mountain passes, so I think that the problem may have been caused by severe vibrations that exceeded the manufacturer's expectations. I think that the previous Push Type Switch may not be good at strong vibrations. I don't want to continue to use the switch in this situation and have navigation problems, so I decided to replace it with a toggle switch that I have and see how it goes.
I bought this toggle switch but never had a chance to use it, so it has been sitting in my inventory for a long time. I haven't tried it in a place where it would vibrate yet, so I don't know how it would work in a similar situation, but I like the way it looks, so I'm glad it works.
It is not waterproof, but since we basically don't ride in the rain and it is installed in a Cowl, it is probably Large sturdy. I have applied waterproof treatment to the terminal part.

It was easy to use.
I purchased this product to use as a power switch for my car navigation system, and although it is not waterproof, it has performed its function with no problems caused by a little rain.
However, during a recent touring trip on a mountain pass with somewhat rough pavement, a malfunction occurred that appeared to be caused by vibration, resulting in a situation where the power was turned off and on, and Navigation temporarily stopped functioning after repeated startups.
Since this symptom did not occur during normal city driving or on roads with good pavement, even on mountain passes, we believe that this event was caused by severe vibration due to rough pavement. We believe that the problem is not a defect in this product, but rather that this type of switch is not good with severe vibrations, and that the cause of the problem this time was severe vibrations that exceeded the manufacturer's expectations.
I am thinking of replacing the navigation switch with a toggle switch that is in stock and see how it goes. I am thinking of replacing the Navigation switch with a Toggle switch that is in stock and see how it goes.
It's a shame because it felt good to use, but I think I will keep this Switch until I can find somewhere where I can use it.

It's safe to use
We have just purchased Male and Female at the same time, as the stock of Bullet Terminal was running low, in order to review the Wiring of the Motorcycle's retrofit electrical components.
I try to stockpile these frequently-used materials in large quantities because I don't like to be interrupted when I run out of materials during a job.
Some of the No Brand products were shoddy, but I can buy Emon products with confidence. There were no defective products this time either.

We are running low on inventory.
This is a necessity when playing with Motorcycle and car electrical components. I recently purchased this Bullet Terminal because the stock of Bullet Terminals was running low when I was reviewing the wiring for my Motorcycle's retrofit electrical components.
I don't like to have to stop working when I run out of materials, so I try to stock up on materials that I use frequently, so when I buy Large quantities, I buy these quantities. In this case, I purchased both Male and Female at the same time.
Some of the No Brand products were inferior, but I can buy Emon products with confidence. This time, too, there were no defective products among the 100 items.

for Replacement
I used to buy a GIVI 45LiterBox and used it for years, but one day the key suddenly stopped turning. After using it for a while, it stopped closing at all, so I decided to replace it.
I was worried because I did not know how to replace it, but I saw a video manual on DAYTONA's site before I purchased it that showed how to replace it, so I decided I could do it myself.
If you are anxious, it may be a good idea to watch the video manual in advance before purchasing the product, because you can actually replace the product by following the manual video.

I bought it because I want to stop Bullet TerminalWiring for good.
Various Wiring teasers are Quantity:It might be better to buy a Set, but I think buying Rose is a better deal at the moment because you end up with a surplus.

Refreshing fit in Handlebar.
I asked PRO to put it on, but it seems that I need to be creative with the wiring, so they connected it in a way that does not put a load on the Battery.
It fits nicely in the Handlebar and looks good.
