Switching from Digital torque wrench
[How is it used?
I have been using KTC's Digital ratchet until now.
In use Alarm sounds when setting Torque is reached in Spec.
It is difficult to stop the tightening at the time of sounding but setting TorqueExactly to stop
If it's around 10N.m, it's not so much Over, but around 30N.m, it's up to the latter half of 31N.m.
The display goes and so on.
I'm not sure what's going on, so I'll stop at Mechanical's Cutting edge.
Buy MechanicalTorque wrench from Tonichi

as pictured
How was your experience with it?
The initial setup is a bit tedious.
I still feel more comfortable with Mechanical.
The easy-to-understand structure of the Torque, which can be locked with a click, is good.
There is just no visible N.m. indication, but it may be due to the degree of tightening.
I don't know, maybe it's Overtorque.
It's invisible, so it's good!
[Points to note]
So much so that I always drop the scale to at least Torque when I'm done using it and store it.
Digital ratchet is easier and hassle-free in this area.
How did it compare to other products?
Digital ratchet is a method of specifying the target Torque as a number and stopping it when it sounds.
Simple and easy to use for everyone, but the Spec.
Tightening multiple parts is difficult to do quickly.
The preliminary alarm sounds, and from there the main alarm sounds and reaches the set torque, but it takes a long time to close from the preliminary alarm to the main alarm while watching the situation slowly.
On the other hand, with Tonichi's MechanicalTorque wrench, it's just a click and you're done.
I can tighten them one after another.
Of course, if you tighten it with a lot of force or over the zone of idling after cutting, it will over, but if you do it normally, it can be tightened precisely.
I don't often use both Digital and Mechanical, but I'll probably end up using only Mechanical.

first visit to Tonichi
I have a KTC digital ratchet, but the measurement range is down to 60nm.
I've been working on the suspension and drivetrain recently.
I bought it because I thought it would be good for me to stay at Handluk Wrench forever.
Somehow I felt that Mechanical, not Digital, would be better for the Large Torque, so I chose Mechanical.
Then there is the Manufacturer, since we use KTC or Tohnichi for our main tools.
I was initially looking for KTC as Main, but Torque wrench up to 140N.m side is not available.
Digital ratchet is the only way to go. I have a 200 N.m product, but I don't need that much.
Above all, the main Site. Sold Out Notation of
Maybe a model change? If a new one comes out soon after purchase...
You're going to be disappointed!
With such concerns, I decided to look for Tohnichi, which was recommended by a friend. I decided to look for Tohnichi, which was recommended to me by a friend.
I had never heard of this Manufacturer, so I looked around for reviews and reputation.
Looks very good, doesn't it?
Lineup also has products up to 140 N.m
However, there are two types of MODELs with the same measurement range:resin handles and Gold genus Knurl.
It's hard to decide which to choose.
Gold Knurl for sites that get sticky with oil or require durability
If you are just using it occasionally as a hobby and want it to look good, you should probably choose a resin handle.
Usability is
Torque settings are displayed in Lens for both the main and sub scales, making it easy to check the setting values and easy to use.
The resin grip is also easy to hold and work with.
The feeling of the click after reaching the Torque setting is also very pleasant, isn't it?
It is reassuring to know that the Knob that locks the set Torque is made by the genus Gold.
KTC is Material:I wonder if it will be damaged over time since it is plastic. I worry about it unnecessarily, don't I?
Also note that Case is sold separately.
Case is a precision tool, so it is necessary, but 5,000 yen is a bit expensive.
A little less expensive would be nice.

Maintenance essentials
Purchased because I felt the need for it for car body maintenance.
It is mainly used for oil replacement and retightening when checking for looseness of each screw in maintenance after circuit driving.
After all, I continued to not feel safe with my hands and decided to purchase the product before causing Trouble.
Calibration may be necessary for long-term use, but we will continue to buy more as needed.

Highly reliable
I bought it because it is necessary when tightening a motorcycle rear axle or other large torques.
The measurement range is also wide, so most things can be covered with this.
You can also set the measurement value by simply turning the Handlebar behind it.
The click feeling in that case is also easy to understand and the scale is easy to read.
Workability is high.
Since it is Tohnichi, the reliability of the measured values is high, and although it may need to be calibrated at some frequency, I believe it can be used for a long time.
One drawback is that the measured value is not available in the Quantity:I lock it with the knob behind the Handlebar when I set it.
Even if this is not tightened very hard when locked, it takes so much force that it hurts the hand when loosening it after measurement.
If only this point could be improved, I would have no complaints.

This is where SmallTorque is required.
I used to use Tohnichi's Torque wrench at work, and now I work at Sunday mechanic servicing MTBs, which often require more delicate Torque management than Motorcycles. Worst case scenario, I might break a part by Overtorque, so I wanted to manage it well. I would like to purchase the Large size in the future. View detail
Speaking of Torque wrench, Tonichi
This is Torque wrench of Tonichi.
Speaking of Torque wrench, it is Tonichi.
You may be tempted to look at the famous general manufacturer products such as ktc, but the exclusive manufacturer products are different in usability.
The ktc Pre-set torqueWrench has a "Knick" feel, but the Tonichi is a "Pushin".
It's hard to tell from the text, but it's totally different when you compare them.
In the meantime, if you buy this 40-200 for LargeTorque, you won't have much trouble.
Also, if you have a 5-40 for SmallTorque, you'll never have a problem with motorcycle maintenance.
Stoicism is sure that both ends of Range have a precision of … so, with the above combination, it is somewhat uneasy around 40N?m used so-so, but …
However, if it is a Sun Machine Level that is not sent out to be calibrated at all after purchase, there is no doubt that maintenance can be carried out with a sense of security that cannot be compared with hand-locked management, so I think it is no problem.
If you're looking for a "good Torque wrench", this is definitely the way to go.

Safe to use
of the sameSeries MTQL40N (5 to 40 N・m) for this purpose.
I was using another company's Digital torque wrench before, but I was worried about the accuracy of the wrench because the torque value rarely moved even though I was tightening it, so I switched to Tonichi.
This is especially useful for the 5-40 where accuracy is needed, as there are many places where it is used on a Motorcycle.
The Torque adjustment is easy and the Click feeling is pleasant to use.
However, there is a point where there is no choice because the Torque wrench itself is compact, but the main scale is small, and the secondary scale is black on a chrome ground, and the character is too thin and it is a little difficult to see.

This is good. Really.
I bought this to use for bolts that need to be tightened at a certain level, such as DrainBottle and Sprocket, and for bolts that might be damaged if they are tightened too much. I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not. It is expensive. It's better than buying something cheap. View detail

Was the one you received as per Image?
As per Image, except for the packaging which is simpler than expected for the high price.
How was your experience with it?
Although I bought a Torque wrench CL25 to manage Torque fitting of Stainless mesh, I came to the purchase of QH10 of Ratchet head because there were few opportunities to use only the Head of Open end and it was not enough.
It is a Head replacement type, but there is no rattle and it can be used without a sense of discomfort.
The point where the combination of CL25 and QH10 is good is the point where it is useful for space saving only with Small Type. When the exhaust system of Ninja1000 was replaced this time, I tried to use it for the Nut fastening of the exhaust flange (20Nm), but it was good to use it with the small turning.
[Points to note]
Nothing in particular, but it is a precision part, so you should be careful when handling it.
How did it compare to other products?
There are no products to compare.

How was your experience with it?
When I changed the brake line, I couldn't tighten it with the normal torque wrench, so I came across this Torque wrench with replaceable head after a lot of research. I have to buy the opening head of the size that I don't usually use, so the interchangeable type is convenient.
The torque adjustment range is 5-25Nm, which is low, but it has a wide range of applications such as Clamp bolt, Brake fitting, BridgeBolt of Brake Caliper.
[Points to note]
This is a precision tool, so please do not drop it on a hard floor.
How did it compare to other products?

Purchased for Torque management.
I bought it to manage Torque in various places.
It's 10-70Nm, so it's just the right setting for the NSR50.
It's a little expensive, but I think it's better to choose the highly accurate Tohnichi Torque wrench from the start than to make a mistake with a cheap one.

Joining the GROM maintenance tools
It joins the ranks of tools that come in handy when servicing the GROM.
I purchased the Tohnichi Torque wrench, which is a torque wrench for motor sports with a measurement range of 10 to 70 N・mSpec. "Cochine. The Torque setting is also easy to understand. The Body is the main scale and the Handlebar is the secondary scale, and as the torque increases, the Handlebar becomes harder (heavier), but that is the spec. This is the difference between the Torque wrench for motor sports and the regular Tohnichi Torque wrench. Would it be better to have a Case for storage?
From now on, I want to use both KTC's Digital ratchet and Tohnichi's Torque wrench. I think Tohnichi's Torque wrench is easy to use especially for suspension.

I bought them to tighten the Axle Shaft on the Motocrosser and to tighten the pipod on the Swing Arm.
The box for storage that comes with it is quite large because it is the one that corresponds to One sizeLarge wrench as you can see in the photograph of the product introduction.
The Instructional Manual is carefully written, but it is thin and easy to read, and has a torque conversion table and a Volt standards table.
The external appearance of the Wrench is clean and easy to clean because of its plating. The handle part has a uniform Knurl process and the sub-calendar has a Large protrusion so that even slightly greasy hands can be used to set the torque. It's a bit of a hassle to rotate DrumstickDrumstickDrumstickDrumstick and the sub-calendar while looking at a small memory.
In terms of actual use, the upper limit of 140N is long enough for the average male to tighten. The resistance to rotate the sub-calendar is of the Large texture, so if you tighten the rocker lightly, it will not rotate during use. When the torque reaches the set value, please check the following "Pushin' and the sound of the hand. The Wrench snapped. The Right/Left rotation switch is light but gives you a solid click feeling and a secure stop.
The Ratchet function is quiet. Also the angle is typical. We have kept it in an indoor toolbox and so far there is no rust at all.
In the Instruction Manual, it is written that you should not work with a conversion adapter etc. to use 12.7sq. or smaller sockets, but most of the sockets I have are 9.5sq. Therefore, [KTC:KTC 12.7sq.. Socket Adapter Item #:BA43] for purchase and use. I haven't had any problems in my personal use. Please install at your own risk regarding this one.
