SEA BASSGSF1200Rear Brake Hose
The SEA BASS GSF1200Rear Brake Hose was an OEM Product and was over 20 years old when new, so I changed it to a Black meshHose from SEA BASS Edge line. It looks Refreshing. View detail
Let's change it when we retighten the banjo bolt.
Product Name
SWAGE-LINE Swage line Crash washer
Item Number
ESP303
Vehicles
GIORCUB (disc. Spec.)
Number of man-hours
About 2 hours
Why did you choose this product?
I bought it this time along with the brake hoses and other products as a result of the disc conversion of the GIORCUB.
I was not particular about Brand, but chose it because it was the most cost-effective product at the time.
Impressions after using it
Especially with regard to the feel of the product, it is just like a regular CrashWasher and maintains a decent airtight seal.
Recently, there are more and more washers that have rubber on the surface of the washer to tighten the airtightness, but I prefer this type of washer because it may blot due to the possibility of rubber or other problems.
Wouldn't CrashWasher be more reliable for old-fashioned people?

We do not recommend using the same name for the same purpose.

Product Name
SWAGE-LINE Swage line Banjo adapter

Vehicles
GIORCUB (disc. Spec.)
Number of man-hours

Why did you choose this product?
I bought Easy order from Swage line for GIORCUB's disc conversion support.
Since we needed an Adapter on the Caliper side to match the Hose, we purchased one from the same manufacturer.
Impressions after using it
I felt that it was a very high quality product with Stainless' Body.
Since I had been looking at products of a Chinese nature until most recently, I felt especially about the difference.
The Adapter itself was airtight with the Hose, so there was no Fluid seepage and the Spec. could be done without any problems.
In addition, the angle of the Banjo adapter this time was Large with CinderellaFit because the mounting position of the MASTER was special and had to fit into a very narrow space.

I felt it was a strong ally for vehicles like mine that do not have dedicated products.

The best part is that you can choose the length.
I wanted to change the Brake's handling to a front-through, so I purchased a 105mm extension.
Since it is Brake, the length should be checked beforehand to avoid sticking or breaking.

To miss, needed.
Straight was too tight to handle, so an angled banjo was used.
The various angles and twists will probably fit most motorcycles.

Banjo is not available in terms of handling.
I really wanted to use a front-end installation, but since I made the Caliper shape and Caliper support myself, I could not use Banjo, so Caliper AdapterType was perfect. View detail
For adjusting the handling of the hose.
It is the same Manufacturer's product, so there are no problems. View detail

OEMHose is 4 years old and due for replacement Spanner one
Adapter is temporarily assembled to the Hose according to the Instruction Manual, and the Fitting Banjo is tightened to the Body.
The only thing to note is the Caliper side Hose routing and reuse of the OEM round Rubber Bush Touch is Direct, so be careful with rain, snow, gravel panic Brake poop Tire and loose suspension until you get used to it.

This is all you need to complete.
The installation on a SL model without ABS is basically an easy task since the structure is simple, but it took some time because the Instruction Manual for the handling was different from the actual one.
Note that there are some points where OEMHose's Grommet is diverted.
Since it is Stainless Steel, it is safe to tighten without worrying about cracking, and Banjo's specified Torque was 16N.
Grommet, Packing, Cable guide, etc. are all included in one package.
I was worried about the black one, but the plain one is also shiny and beautiful.
I don't know about the effect because I am insensitive (explosion).

It is kind of nice to have a proper selection of for Brembo.
I purchased and installed this product because I am replacing my Caliper with brembo.
I was assured that I was able to properly select for Brembo when I purchased the product.
The amount of Pitch and Screw-in is unique.
In the future, Banjo and other Material:I would like to replace it with Stainless Steel Black.
As an upfront investment, we chose this product, although it is a bit expensive.

Rear brake hose replacement
Rear brake hose was replaced at the same time as front brake hose replacement.
The MASTER side hose is relatively easy to handle, but using a panjo for the Caliper side interferes with the Secondary side hose panjo.
When I turned around to avoid interference, the Hose was near the Rear tire or near the Exhaust System.
After much trial and error, the problem was solved by using the pan jaw for the MASTER side on the Caliper side and the Caliper side on the MASTER side.
The OEM hose clamp is not used for the secondary side hose because the OEM hose clamp would twist on the hose.
After installing the Rear Fender, the Brake hose did not fit inside the Fender, and we wondered if we should cut the Fender, but we solved the problem by placing the Secondary hose inside the Fender and the MASTER hose along the outside of the Fender.
The feel of brake operation is similar to that of the front brake, but the OEM's "squeaky" feeling has been eliminated, and the control is good with a snug step feel.

Front brake hose replacement
Hose handling on the Front side was relatively easy.
However, LeftCaliper had some interference with the installation as per OEM, so Hose was installed from the outside of Caliper.
Brake operation no longer feels like the squeezy feeling of an OEMBRAKE hose, but rather it feels as if it snaps into place from the beginning.

I am satisfied with the high quality of the Fitting.
I also feel that the Clutch has improved. (Is it my imagination?)

Length Limit
This is a replacement from OEMHose.
I asked the shop where I bought the Motorcycle to install it, but the length was Limit.
When assembled according to the instruction manual, the front fork is fully extended with the front wheel in the air, and the handlebar is fully locked in the left position. (play) The shop mechanics also tried various reassembling and checking to see if they were twisted.
In the end, the best way was to follow the instruction manual, but I had the hose clamp turned upside down and the connection block under the under bracket shifted by Spacer to the extent that it did not interfere with the tank, and other minor adjustments were made to improve the deflection as much as possible.
The aforementioned "situation where deflection disappears" is unlikely to occur during normal driving, so I think Large is strong, but it is an important safety component, so I would have liked it to have at least as much margin as OEM.
This is me. (and Shop) And maybe it's PLOT's way of thinking ….
It looks tighter and very Parenthesis.
However, as a "car model-specific kit," it left me unsatisfied.

This is the length Exactly.
I posted that the length was Limit on the same car specific Kit for Front, but this one had just the right amount of play.
I am satisfied with the high quality of the fitting.
