RK neglecting to check the goods.
I received a different item than I ordered.
I ordered 114 LINK and there was no mistake in my order history.
The Package also had a Sticker with 114 and numbers on it, so I felt comfortable and postponed the exchange.
When I tried to replace it after more than a month of purchase, it was obviously too short.
Counting the Piece count, there were only 102 LINKs.
It seems that webike will not take care of any initial defects unless it is within 30 days of shipment, so I will have to cry myself to sleep.
I honestly feel cheated, but I am at fault.
If it is an initial defect, we would like to have more days to respond.

It does not contain Grease to be applied to the JOYN.
The Grease applied to the Joint was not included.
Upon unpacking, I found that the Chain box was open and showed signs of having been opened.

As for the Grease, we have confirmed that it is shipped from the supplier in the state that it is painted on the Chain, and it is not attached separately.

Grease is not in.
When I opened the Corrugated cardboard of the packaging, I found that the Corrugated cardboard of the Chain was open and the Chain was showing its face.
There is no Grease when I start to install that there is no problem in quality.
Joint was in, though.
I had some leftover grease from last time, so I managed to install it.
If the box is empty, be careful.
But what kind of management does Webike have?

The compatibility chart is wrong.
I bought it because it said "MONSTER S2s4r03-06Rear◎" in the application chart, but the size of Large was different and it did not fit at all.
