Attached to Bore UPEngine
Installed on a LITTLE CUBFIEngine with 88CC bore.
It was installed without any problem, but when the Center Stand is raised vigorously, it hits the Exhaust System.
The Sound of with Baffle is my favorite, but people around me say it is too loud.
I was worried about the design and the Exhaust System Up Type, but I am glad I went with this one.

Recommended for those who focus on volume.
First of all, it is very difficult to tighten the Silencer bracket with the CharcoalCanister without removing the entire footpeg set.
To install the footpeg without removing the entire footpeg set, a palm-sized Small Type Swivel Ratchet can be used.

I used to use BEAMS, so this is a comparison with BEAMS, but the good thing about BEAMS compared to BEAMS is that the baffle can be removed and it looks cooler (laughs).

Rod Silencer Exhaust System installed on MOTRA
The exhaust pipe of MOTRA's OEM exhaust system was rusted and broken, so I selected this exhaust system made by WILLS WIN from among the external exhaust systems. It is made of AllStainless and the goodness of the cost performance which can be bought at 10,000 yen was the decisive factor of purchase. I thought the appearance was quite good. The exhaust sound is not too loud and the exhaust pipe of MOTRA's OEM exhaust system was too thin and the maximum speed was only 55km/h. But after replacing it with this exhaust system, 60km/h is now possible. But after replacing it with this Exhaust System, 60km/h is now possible. (I have a Class 2 motorized vehicle registration.) The exhaust pipe near the Mount Bracket was cracked by vibration. I can give up because of the price. It might be because of the vibration of my engine. The seat lock is hard, but overall I am satisfied.
We are 168cm 66kg with short legs and bought a new PCX160.
I knew I was on my toes at the time of the test drive, so I decided to buy it.
The product was not in stock at the time of order and took one month to be delivered.
The good:I feel like I'm 2cm lower, if not 3cm.
Satisfied that Helmet storage space is the same as standard Seat as described in ManufacturerSite.
Bad point:the rear is floating about 2 cm before applying Seat lock, but the lock is engaged by pushing hard.
I checked with the Manufacturer to be sure, but they said it is only a special order and that is normal.
Seat is still thin and buttocks are somewhat sore.
Overall, I recommend it because it holds Helmet storage space and improves the footing!

reduction embrasure
I purchased UniversalValve and installed it on my GSXR125.
I didn't have the dedicated Valve in stock and the price was a little lower than I would have liked?
Valve side is too thin for the inside diameter of the Hose, so it is too gubby! I tightened the Hose with in-hemp palm, but it came out easily, so I changed my strategy. I used a hose for air venting, but it was too thin to fit into the valve side, so I cut the hose into a C shape and inserted it into the valve side. Cut the Hose to fit the Valve side. This is the only way to prevent the gap between the Valve and the Hose. I inserted the Hose there and fixed it with a double layer of in-hemp palmock. I will use the Band in the Home center to set the quantity.:2pc. Set purchased, cost about 600 yen. 。 As a future project, I plan to make the gap-filling Hose black-colored and oil-resistant, but it is more expensive than the transparent Hose, so I should have bought a dedicated one (laugh).
I think that the Sprocket is set to Acceleration, so I think that it is now the NORMAL embellishment.
Response is getting better.
I will be spraying parts cleaner periodically as it seems to slow down the valve movement.
I will remove it when it gets colder, as it seems that the Valve can freeze in the winter due to condensation.

Mounting orientation
I installed it on my VOX.
Engine braking reduction cannot be experienced unless the speed is fast.
When the Axel is returned, the effect of engine braking is weakened.
There seems to be an improvement in fuel economy, but I have not experienced it yet.
Startability is better.
Installation can only be done by removing the cowl, but the tool is large and sturdy, using only a Phillips screwdriver.

The OEM exhaust system of LITTLE CUB had the shape and sound of a CUB exhaust system, so we decided to customize it to change the taste a little.

Was the installation difficult?
The exhaust system body is lightweight, and the silencer and exhaust pipe are integrated into one unit, so there is no need to join them together. However, when replacing the exhaust system, make sure to replace the gasket with a new one.
How was your experience with it?
The sound quality has become a bit more bass-oriented with a single cylinder sound, and the volume has increased moderately. The sound quality and volume are not so loud that it is bothersome to the driver when driving in a normal environment. The overall length is also much shorter than the OEM exhaust system. However, the low speed Torque will drop after installation, so you may feel nervous from the time you stop until you reach a certain speed.

o2Sensor is not received.
I bought this to use in combination with a cbr250rr yoshimurar11. o2Sensor did not arrive and I gave up on installing it myself and am looking for a store to do it for me. I saw in the reviews before I bought it that I needed an extension for the o2Sensor, but I wanted a WirusWin exhaust pipe. I have given up on customizing my own wiring etc., so I think it would be more efficient to check with a store that can install the exhaust pipe for me when I purchase this product. The product itself is a beautiful color and I can't wait to hear the sound when I install it. View detail
