Isn't it cosy?
KYBOEMRear suspension was leaking oil and I replaced it with YSS. CostBalance is good and it looks black. (From a certain Manufacturer of Yellow color) Parenthesis is good. However, the delivery time was too late, so I give it four stars. The combination of Black & Black is a classic, so don't let it be missing! View detail
If you're looking for a forest road, this is a good one.
MINI LINE Rear Mono Shock [MX Series] This is the Optional spring for MX 366.
Standard Spring is 170N/mm. I have no complaints as it is and it's a very good foot.
I bought them because I wanted to try them out if I had a choice of springs, and I thought they would be easier to ride on rough terrain if they were a little more supple and followed the bumps.
It took a long time to sew from overseas, and the result was a five-month wait.
Installation is easy if you can change the suspension.
Simply loosen the pre-road adjustment ring of the spring as much as possible in the open direction, and pull out the C-shaped ring of the spring lower mount to the side, and the spring can be removed from below.
Spring compressor is not required.
As I imagined, the feeling of driving after installation is that the foot follows the unevenness flexibly.
I think the standard Spring is better for Motocross course, but this one with 115N/mm is easier to drive on the riverbed with large stones.
I set the pre-road to about 2 turns, but the suspension sinks in large at 1C because of the softness and the footing is better.
Because I can run without bottoming out if it is about the unevenness of the riverbank, I am easier to ride here if it is general Dirt, although the reduced side Stroke is reduced.
It's not cheap, but if you're going to install YSSSuspension, you should try it.
I don't know if this Spring is suitable for everyone, but I think it's fun to see a dramatic change in the XTZ's weakest point, the rear suspension.

The YSS Steering Damper is just the right amount of stiff!
I bought the YSSSteering Damper because my previous NHKSteering Damper was bent by a standing Motorcycle.
Actually, my previous NHKSteering Damper was too stiff and dizzy at the beginning of the run.
I used the YSSSteering Damper and it was just the right amount of damper softness without being flaky.
If you have a motorcycle that starts out wobbly, you may want to suspect a Steering Damper.

yss The MZ366 has awesome Cornering stability!
The yss MZ366 will impress you when you install it and ride it, the stability of the cornering and the small unevenness of the road will not be transmitted to your butt and it will keep a constant state. The adjustment of the extension side can be felt from 1 click and setting is fun. It will impress every rider!
In case you missed it …
And it helps that the Overhaul cost for the Rear suspension is so cheap!

Quality is fine, but the way it's sold is unfriendly.
I think there are few purchasers because it is a niche product, but I will write a note
If you buy as a single point, Quantity:Only 1pc. delivered!
You'll need two of these for each bracket, one on each side.
In other words, if you use Mono Suspension, you need 2 upper suspensions and 2 lower suspensions, total 4 suspensions, and if you use 2 suspensions, total 8 suspensions.
I wanted to change from Rubber Bush for Under, and since my car has 2 suspensions, I ordered 2, but they literally only had 2 in the box, so I had to order again … cry
on closer inspection "1PC. If you're looking for the best way to get the most out of your money, you're going to want to make sure you're getting the most out of your money.
I feel very unkind to PMC in this regard.
The product we received was 2pc in one bag, "2pcQuantity:It said "1 Set" but I don't understand that either…
The picture looks like a set of two, too…
Anyway, you need to be careful how you buy it, the quality is fine.

Exchange for Refresh.
The OEM suspension was rusty, so I replaced it to refresh it as well.
I always ride the Damper with the compression and extension side fully unadjusted, so I chose one without an adjustment mechanism.
Pre-road is stepless adjustment.
I was able to Refresh with Reasonable and good Parenthesis.
I can choose the Rank and color of the suspension according to Rider's request, which is very helpful.

Excellent running performance.
It increases off-road driving performance.
Whether it is stock damper or external damper, damping force will decrease after 1 to 2 years of use, and ride quality will deteriorate.
On an off-road course, you want to go fast, but with a bad suspension, the line of the corner will be off by about 2 tires, and the bike will not absorb the unevenness of the straight line, and the coil spring alone will make the body wobble. Naturally, the rider's body and center of gravity are shaking up and down, and there is no traction on the rear tires, and no acceleration speed. The rider's fatigue and the burden on the dynamic vision and the brain are also on the large scale.
・・・・ I didn't even know that was a thing. (Lol)
I only know used aged cars. If the damper is not leaking oil, it is OK, right? I'm sure you'll be able to find something that works for you. ・・・・ But other riders are climbing hills without even the slightest hint of bumpiness. ・・・・ What's the difference in skill?
washboard (Hoops) Every time you go over a mountain, you'll be surprised when the seat hits you hard on the buttocks. I can't do it anymore if it keeps happening.
...there was a time when I did. (Lol)
All these unstable elements are eliminated. The damping force of the damper is everything. I also changed the Fr fork oil to a harder oil as it was old and shabby. (Fr is also well damped and absorbs the impact of the tires on uneven terrain, but the steering wheel does not swing)
No sudden slippage in cornering (Grip the wrinkles.)
Able to accelerate while absorbing bumps (Straight speed up)
Country of manufacture Thailand

Delivery's late!
Anyway, the delivery time is slow, only the Spring color Black is delivered in a month. The other colors were delivered in 3 days. The OEM rear suspension was leaking oil and I couldn't even ride it for a month. The performance is worth the price. I would rate 4 if the delivery time was quicker. View detail
Only Universal requires processing and adjustments, but it works!
I changed the spring to a DRC spring to get rid of the OEM's soft, uncontrolled, sloppy legs, but
It's a bit easier to apply the load than before, but it's still floppy due to the lack of pressure side damping.
That's why we decided to install this product, which can adjust the pressure side damping force.
When installing, it is necessary to select the size and processing according to the car model because it is a universal product.
I'll talk about the process in the second half of the impressions, but the results of the test run after installation were generally as expected.
First of all, when operating at low speed on a relatively clean road surface, unlike NORMAL, the pressure side damping force is applied firmly, so that the damping force is not applied to the road surface.
The power to press the front tire to the ground does not escape and the grip and ground contact feeling are improved.
When the Gap is passed, etc., the internal Valve will open to release the pressure.
The feeling of being bounced around like I felt with the NORMAL has decreased and the Front tire feels more secure.
As a result, the front tire, which used to move sluggishly and restlessly when driving on unpaved uneven terrain, has been replaced by the
The bike now follows the road without any extra movement, allowing me to increase my pace without worry.
During the test run, I made a mistake in the initial settings and tightened the pre-road one more turn.
Even so, it was much more stable than NORMAL on a little dirt road in the neighborhood, maybe a little harder in the back.
This product changes only the pressure side while the elongation side remains dependent on the NORMALDamperROD Orifice.
In the case of DamperROD, the elongation side is basically against the reaction force of the spring, so the range of the stroke speed is narrow and the
On the other hand, the pressure side has to deal with various inputs from the road surface, from slow to sudden and large inputs.
In order to prevent the car from locking up under sudden input, NORMAL pressure damping is almost not effective in normal driving range.
This causes the spring to contract more than necessary in response to road surface input, and then it repeatedly tries to extend due to the rebound.
By making sure the compression damping is effective, Spring will not contract more than necessary, and the rebound of extension will be reduced.
As a result, a sloppy foot that moves up and down more than necessary is changed to a foot that grasps the road surface moistly.
The characteristics of a real cartridge can be made more finely, and in the first place, the extension side is completely different.
Performance-wise, it's not going to be Cartlidge Fork no matter how hard you try.
Compared to the NORMAL DamperROD, I think it's a good product that can do a large performance improvement at low cost.
In this case, I installed it on a KLX230, and the following modifications were required
DamperROD's Orifice Expansion Large (Cancellation of NORMAL Orifice)
Cut and trim the Spring for the entire length of the Valve (for vehicles that do not use the SP collar).
DamperROD I.D. and BodyQuantity:Production of collars to fill the diameter difference of Set diameter
The above is now required.
? I think that there is an idea that it is OK to ignore it because it is almost not damped originally, but
When the Release valve releases the pressure at the time of sudden input such as landing of jump, the pressure is released.
In order to prevent a sudden increase in pressure at the end, the maximum Large value is limited by the NORMAL orifice diameter.
The diameter and number of holes are selected to ensure almost the same cross-sectional area as that of the DamperROD bore.
After drilling the hole with a ball machine, I clamped it on the lathe and applied paper to get the BALI.
I think you can get away with Hand drill, iron file & hand paper if you try hard enough.
? After cutting with a sander for the required number of turns, sear it with a burner to make the coil at the end adhere.
This process will anneal the spring, so we only fire the smallest length necessary.
It would probably be better to re-temper them, but I don't think it would actually cause much of a problem.
Finally, you can put a flat grinding wheel on the Grinder to make the seat.
? As for the color, I own a tabletop lathe, so I can make a color of this level quickly, but
Normally, this is the most important part of the Neck.
This time, I made it not from Aluminum or Brass, but from a resinous material (strong enough to be used in GEAR etc.) that contains reinforced Glass fiber.
It is lightly press-fitted to the ValveBody to prevent it from coming off, and is sized to the DamperROD to prevent it from rattling.
This makes it easier to attach and detach when setting, and I chose resin so that I don't have to shave off the press fit tolerance severely.
When this product is installed by personal DIY, I think that the color production of No.3 will be the most Neck, but
If you have a gold processing shop in your neighborhood, you might be able to get a lot of requests from individuals these days.
Finally, my hope for the manufacturer is that, although the setting will be refined in the future
I'm wondering why there is no option for different rates on the spring of the pressure side Release valve.
The Rae Stick product I have installed on another vehicle came with three different Rate Springs.
When releasing the damping force at sudden input, the pressure value at the beginning of releasing can be set in Pre-road, but the pressure value at the end of releasing can be set in
After that, the release method (the rise angle of the pressure curve) can only be set by changing the spring rate.
Of course it depends on the future setting, but I think it would be good if there is a Rate difference in Option.

It is more firm than OEM
I have the impression that it will be firmer than OEMFork Spring.
The free length is also a little longer than OEM.
It seemed to have both Spring and hardness.
(I won't rule out the possibility that the OEM was getting sloppy...)
Fork oil change→ ride for a while→ Fok Spring change
I don't think it's due to the fork oil change.
However, as a note, it is SingleRate although it is described as On roadSpec.
It wasn't DualRateSpring.

Good vibes
This is a change from the 38 year old OEM suspension.
I'm using it in tulsi for now and it's good.
The OEM Chain Cover interferes with it, so remove it and you're good to go. (In order to pass the vehicle inspection, it is necessary to change the Chain Cover to a thinner one and to cut the hole of the OEM Chain Cover.)
It is very easy to turn the Curve.
The overall length is 10mm longer than OEM, so the footing is not as good. However, because it sinks, it did not become a problem so much. (We are 165cm tall)

Exchange with Kawasaki W400 NORMAL.
We replaced the normal suspension because it was worn out after 30,000km.
Especially, because the ride became comfortable and the installation dimension is a little longer than NORMAL, the car body which seemed to fall down when standing when using Side Stand became slanted somewhat, and it came to be able to stop safely.

This is perfection at this price…
I can't complain.
The quality and price are inversely proportional… lol
I gave it a hardening front fork oil and it snapped underfoot.

YSS Z366Suspension
If it is this performance in this Gold amount, Large satisfaction ^_^.
Lots of colors to choose your own Quantity:I also like the fact that you can set and select the spring rate in detail.
We are a little on the heavy side, so we had to make a few pre-road changes when we installed it, but it was enough to keep it hanging.
I think that even if you Tandem with a Large fine-looking man, you can still get some athletic performance there.
I think it was a great purchase, although I haven't used it that long so there are some things I haven't seen yet.

Overpriced!
It originally came with a very cheap Shock called RFY or something like that, but no matter how much I adjusted it, it was still bouncy and uncomfortable…
I couldn't get OHLINS but I searched for a good one there and I came across YSS.
Some of the originals are too bad, but the Shock is doing its job! It sinks properly! I was very impressed.
I've heard it's a little hard, so I turned the pre down first, but maybe the standard is okay?

[How is it used?
City driving, Touring
Was the one you received as per Image?
・Parts finish, assembly accuracy, etc. as expected.
Was the installation difficult?
Because it is a type 1 ParaGun, the serviceability is originally bad, but the assembly itself was smooth.
How was your experience with it?
Spring rate is higher than NORMAL, but with 30-level damping adjustment, it has a very firm ride.
[Included Parts:were they on?
Shaft and Hex wrench for pre-Road adjustment
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
No, sir.
▼Others
If you have the Rear Stand and Motorcycle Stand Lift Jack, you can remove the Shock. Lower the frame and you can remove the UpperBolt. Then you can replace it. It was about 2 hours work.
・Implementation
I think it is very good to be able to adjust the ride height on the rear side because there is no adjustment mechanism on the front side. I could not find any parts for the oil leak from the Normal shock. I didn't think there was a ReplaceShock in the line up at this point so I popped it in without hesitation.

XTZ125 is on OffLoader!
From the beginning of my XTZ125, I was not happy with the stiffness of the rear suspension.
On road it's good, but off-road it's hard to grip the road because of the hard foot, and when I open the Axel it doesn't go forward but bounces or flows.
The best way is to change the rear suspension, but YSS is the only external option.
It is a luxury product that has 30 levels of independent damping, pre-road adjustment and ride height adjustment.
There are no XTZ's in the YSS Review and I can't find any imprints on the Net either.
I've been struggling for a year with a suspension that's 30% of the price of an XTZ vehicle and no information on User.
I decided to put in Bonus because it was discounted in the ChristmasSale.
【attachment】
Exchange by yourself at home. If you have Skill, you can replace it by yourself, but there is one point to note.
There is a screw for fixing in the pre-road adjustment Ring, but it should be loosened before installation.
I fixed it to the car body as it was hanging, and when I tried to adjust the pre-road, I couldn't loosen it because the screw went to the air cleaner box side, and I had to remove it from the car body again.
Also, the Canister was in the way and I had a hard time getting the Tank out to the mounting position.
[Quality]
It's well made for the price.
I'm concerned that the mounting position of the separate Tan is too close to the Cylinder, which may affect the heat.
If the Hose is long, it can be fixed using the screw hole after removing the Tandem Footpeg, but since it is short, the fixed position is naturally decided.
[IMPLEMENTATION]
It is a riverbed TEST, but it is different from NORMAL.
When the car is hung, the pre-road is applied and it is a hard foot, but when the pre-road is set to Zero, it becomes the foot of the Off car that moves flexibly.
I ran the damping from Soft full to 10th level for both extension and compression, and when I open the Axel, the suspension sinks and Traction is applied firmly.
Even with the Gap, the Rear suspension tracks well so you can accelerate stably.
Cornering also makes it easier to turn as it goes forward where it used to flow sideways.
With the NORMAL suspension, I was able to ride through some of the gullies without a hitch.
Asphalt improves the ride, but not as dramatically as NORMAL.
【Review】
If you drive only in town, NORMAL is fine, but if you drive Off-road, this is Recommendation.
Please try it before you get dissatisfied with your feet and think about buying a new pair.
It eliminates the drawbacks of XTZ's most Large.
I'm troubled by the price...if they sold it for less than 50,000 yen, I'd be more likely to buy it.

Very nice suspension.
I used it with ZrX400.
In the case of ZrX400 and other motorcycles, the OEM suspension is worn out and the suspension needs to be replaced. I had been using KYB OEM suspension but due to oil leak I had to change to Chinese suspension. However, the Chinese suspension felt like there was no oil in it, and when riding on the street, the bike felt like it was fluffy over bumps. So I bought the YSS suspension here. It is a famous manufacturer and the quality is excellent. The suspension is very well made and it feels like it is holding on to the ground. The Sub tank is gone and it looks more like a Cafe racer, so it looks like a Parenthesis. The price of the suspension is PinDrill, but I think it is better to put this kind of suspension to ride with confidence.

High quality ride
I diverted a PCX150 to PCX HYBRID. (In case of Hybrid, you need to remove the Rear cowl and Lithium battery holder when you change the suspension. When the speed increased, the frequency range of the vibration increased, the ride quality became better than the OEM. For now, we will adjust the sag and break in the car for a while, and then adjust the string power. I don't have any complaints at the moment with the pontoon setup. On the other hand, the lack of front damping will be noticeable, so I will change the suspension oil to 20W. I like the calm color and high quality look of the car. View detail
