Easier and quicker to order from Japan than Europe!
I was very sceptical about ordering via webike however I could not find this particular part anywhere but the USA or Japan. I took the gamble with Japan and I have been very impressed, not only can you track your order whilst it's in Japan but it also works with Royalmail, ordered on the 16, processed on the 17, delivered to my door on the 20th. I don't usually leave reviews and after all this is just a front sprocket but it's Japanese quality not rubbish from their neighbours. Afraid to say it Europe but I'm going to start my searches with Webike first from now on. View detail

Replaced due to OEMRotor usage limit exceeded
It was on sale and cheaper than OEMRotor, so I bought it.
I loved the Classical look.
We are still breaking it in, but it seems to work well with the Organic Pad and there is no squeal. (using Fellowd's Platinum)
The fact that the back side is not painted is the same as the OEM Product, so I am satisfied that it is okay.

I am a SR400FI user. I exchanged it for the above product at 27,000 km accumulated. The original genuine product was also in good condition, but was replaced with oil for future use. There is no change in the initial instantaneous power, but the chain size has increased, so you can feel the weight in the rear while driving. -------------------------------------------------- -------- SR400FI user. I exchanged it with the above product at 2.70,000 km. The existing genuine product was also good, but it was exchanged with oil for future. This is a replacement from NORMAL along with Chain. in NORMAL. Rumble, rumble, rumble." I was doing, Korokoro korokoro. The top speed has also increased slightly, perhaps because of the smoother drivetrain. Perhaps because the drivetrain has become smoother, the maximum speed has also increased slightly. Disappointed by dents.
The packaging was fine, but I was disappointed when I noticed it after assembly. I decided to use it as it was since there was no problem in use, but I was really disappointed to see some dents on the Edge part. That's all I have to say. At any rate, I will never buy another SUNSTAR.
I posted it once, but it wouldn't upload, so I'm wondering if it got stuck on something?

sounds good
Purchased for $14190
OEM is 15,600 yen, so it is more economical than OEM & SUNSTAR for your peace of mind!
I wanted a HallAndSlit, but decided against it because the price was almost double!
I will bring it in and have a Motorcycle shop do the work, but please note that the bolt that stops the disc is not reusable and must be prepared separately!
I was told that it has a screw lock and that I should prepare a bolt in case it gets burned by the burner.
I simply got a consumable item at a little discount! I'm not looking for performance or anything like that.
In the case of CB400SF, the brake touch can be changed by changing the pad to DAYTONA's Red Pad, so those who are particular about pad, master, caliper, etc. will enjoy changing them.

Not bad
The OEMRotor was worn out, so I replaced it.I bought a MADE IN SUNSTAR because the OEM was about 20,000 yen. At the same time, I replaced the pad and drove around a bit. I think the effect will change again when it gets accustomed, but I think it is not bad because it works normally from the beginning. View detail

Reliable SUNSTAR
Introduced as part of Brake enhancement. (Caliper is OEM).
I experienced an improvement in fee rings just by replacing the disc.
We are also replacing the Brake Pads this time, but we are looking for more Control and
Braking also became Direct and solid.
Personally, I mainly use it for long touring and driving competitions, so even if I don't replace the caliper, I can replace the disc with a new one.
I got enough braking and a sense of Control. (On the other hand, it made city driving much easier.)
And if you replace even Caliper, it is inevitably too quick and requires some getting used to handling,
You can't have it unless you race. (Overspecifications for ZEPHYR400X)
For the appearance, we chose RotorPin in silver for a chic custom look.
It was very nice to be able to match the colors of Motorcycle such as Fork, Wheel, and Caliper, although they are not so plain.
Also, the slit is visible from a distance, making it more conspicuous!

A product that is sure to be highly durable
■Why did you choose it?
The main riding style is 500-700Km long per touring, with occasional driving events.
Therefore, durability was desired, and since the front is particularly subject to strong loads, steel was selected instead of aluminum, and made in Sunstar because of its renowned high roundness.
■Use it!
The OEM of ZEPHYR400X is 16T.
This is the second time the product has been replaced with the same product.
It was sure to be highly durable. (ManufacturerSpecifications says durability:10,000 to 30,000 km)
It was replaced after about 20,000 km, but the degree of wear of the teeth was as shown in the photo, and it was still in good condition with plenty of room to spare.
Since Chain passed away first, I had no choice but to use Quantity for both front and back this time.:Set to replace it
■COSPA
The unit price itself is not so different compared to OEM, so the cost performance is good.
■An aside
Sprocket (back and forth), Chain is 3Quantity when exchanging any of them.:I still think it is a good idea to replace it with a Set.
Also, do not build a structure that is unbalanced, with only the Sprocket having high durability, or only the Chain having high durability,
I think we need to choose.
If you buy a durable Sprocket and the Chain is cheap, you will have to throw away the Sprocket that is still usable by exchanging the Chain first, which is a bit of a waste.
Based on my experience of replacing them, I think it would be better to determine the durability of the Sprocket first, and then choose the Chain accordingly.
If you choose Steel's high durability Sprocket, Chain should also be high durability, Material:If you choose Sprocket in Aluminum, Chain is also available.
Cost performance will improve overall when Balance is considered, such as by using LightSpec.
(I think the most Cost is the high durability Spec.)

Crack to Hub damper (3 years use)
The price, quality, etc. are quite good, as other people's impressions. So, I'll give you my impressions after using it for a while.
It has been three years and several months since the replacement. I was casually looking at the Sprocket from the Brake Side and saw that the hub damper was cracked as shown in the picture. I don't know if it's bad for use or not, and I don't know if it's just a matter of years since I had never bothered with it before. So, of course, it was not Objection. Simply. This is what happened to me!" This is the story of the project. If it is helpful to anyone ???. Oh, and by the way, Blue empty parking for 365 days. Crying

I considered and purchased this seal chain (kashime) from Non-seal Chain (Clip).
The number of Sprocket Dots is the same as NORMAL both before and after, and the number of Chain links has been adjusted as well.
To replace them, you will need a certain amount of tools, but I think that is part of the fun.
I have driven about 2,000 kilometers since the replacement, and I have not noticed any dents.

Was the one you received as per Image?
As per Image as per product image. The appearance is almost the same as OEM. It looks almost the same as OEM, or rather, the same at a Level that cannot be distinguished.
Was the installation difficult?
The only thing that needs to be done is to remove 5 bolts, which require a somewhat special Torque tool called T40, and only this product can be easily removed.
However, if the purpose is to replace only the brake disc, the number of tools and man-hours required to loosen the chain, lift the tire, etc. will increase by a large amount.
How was your experience with it?
Details are unknown as we do not have the subtle technology to feel the difference with OEMs.
I have been using it without any discomfort right after the replacement, so there seems to be no problem in using it.
The number of people who do not use the Rear brake has hardly decreased, even though they are not the ones who do not use the Rear brake, but the ones who use it normally for speed adjustment.
I don't see much rust on the surface as it seems to be stainless steel. The surface may be rusted if it is left unattended for a month or in the rainy season, but it will be restored after touring once.
[Included Parts:were they on?
Brake Disc only sold, no Included Parts:.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
No disappointments. The purpose of replacing the OEMdisc, which was somewhat rusted, was fulfilled.
The only thing that made me a little sad at the time of purchase was that there were no ER033 with Slit for sale and it had been recently added, so there were not many options available at the time. However, the difference in price is about 8,000 yen.
[ITEMS TO BUY TOGETHER
OEM mounting bolts in required quantities
High-strength Bolt loosening agent (to be specified for application)
The price and appearance of this product are OEM equivalent, so it is a good candidate for replacement of consumables and for customization purposes, as it is a well-known manufacturer.
The price and appearance are almost the same as OEM. The durability is high and there is no problem with the feeling of use. However, the appearance is the same as the OEM, so the feeling of having played with the appearance is the type of Custom that you can gloat about alone with Zero.

Brake performance, fitting, and durability are all good.
This is indeed a product of a manufacturer that boasts the largest share of OEMs.
The inner parts are gold, and they also play a role as parts to color the undercarriage.
Brake performance, fit surface, and durability (← I don't know about this yet) all come together at a high level in this Brake Disc.
The price is about the same as OEM (a bit expensive), but I think it is a reasonable price for this quality and reliability. We don't want to be stingy with large, life-threatening brake parts.

[How is it used?
The ironclad rule is to replace the Sprocket at the same time when replacing the Chain, but it was a hassle, so I bought just the Chain. But I found that the Sprocket was worn out more than I had expected, so much so that I had to hang it up in one place. I ignored the teachings of my predecessors and ended up having to do it twice. I laughed at my own stupidity, didn't I?
Was the one you received as per Image?
It is just like the Image. I was impressed by the clean cutting and the quintessential SUNSTAR, not just toothpaste.
Was the installation difficult?
Remove the rear wheel and remove the old Sprocket from the hub carrier and replace it. At that time, you should also replace the Hub damper to avoid having to do it twice. If you can do that, you are an intelligent person.
How was your experience with it?
I was able to firmly stretch the Chain. The subtle one-sided stretching symptom was worn from the altered wear of the Sprocket.

*Motivation to purchase
○ I'm not sure I'm ready for the exchange yet." but when replacing the ZETA Drive cover, I noticed that it was worn out and decided to replace it.
Installation
zIn this case, we exchanged Driven/Driven Sprocket and Chain together, so the whole process was more time-consuming than Single Item exchange.
0First, the Rear wheel was removed.
● The Nut on the Driven Sprocket was loose this time, and I was able to loosen it by hand without using the Brake.
● I usually set GEAR in 2nd gear, stand on my own with Side Stand, and step on the Rear brake to loosen/tighten it.
Loosen the nut securing the 0Driven Sprocket and remove the Washer together.
0Driven Sprocket can be removed by shifting it slightly and Sliding it off the Chain.
0Follow the reverse procedure to set up NEWSprocket and you are done.
*Feelings after use
0We are visually seeing the worn condition, so the new replacement gave us peace of mind.
0It seemed like the sound became quieter.
I can now operate the clutch with the log/stiretc. with a sense of security.
Practicing at 0Course and using it in Enduro, I thought it would be better to replace it after about 800 km.
