Genuine Yamaha rubber plugs
A couple of the original plugs were a little torn up for a bike from a customer. They wanted them replacing so I ordered from Webike. The parts were not too difficult to find using the help section that Webike off. Very surprisingly, these were really good value for money and better than I could source locally. I do not have any problem ordering from Webike, even though they are a fair few miles away, I have often found that I get orders quicker than I would get domestically. Anyway, I placed the order for a few other parts that the customer wanted and a few of my own. This meant the shipping cost was very good. I chose EMS fast for delivery and this arrived with me within 5 days of ordering. Not too shabby!! All the items in the order were carefully packaged and any space was filled with bubble wrap and air pockets. This meant nothing could move whilst in transit and therefore, nothing could get damaged. The rubber plugs might not seem like they are essential but if you have one missing you would know about it. Very supple rubber but not too much that they tear, same as they are not too hard that you cannot wiggle them into place. Very pleased with the plugs and so is my customer. Happy customer right here. Genuine hex head bolt
Among other smaller parts for the project bike, this was one of them. Located the correct part by using the Yamaha Parts Catalogue you can access online. You could also be lazy and use the tools Webike provide for links to the manufacturers directly. The price for this bolt was excellent. Yes, it is just a bolt but when you buy bolts all the time from small manufacturers you soon realise the importance of buying genuine when possible. I had a lot of small Yamaha and Suzuki parts in this order and the shipping was really good, EMS is what I used and delivery took 4 days from order to delivery. WoW! All the items in teh order were packed really well and any empty space was filled with air pockets and bubble wrap. This meant, nothing could move in side the box which could cause damage. Clearly, Webike know what they are doing and always pack my orders fantastically. Veyr impressed. The bolt is well finished with a nice mat sheen, all the threads are super clean and smooth once installed. I have had some brands which although they are "genuine" leave a lot to be desired. Suzuki relay
One of a few relays that I wanted to replace to rule out which had the issue. This was one of them, the price was really good and finding the correct part was also pretty easy too. OEM RELAY WORKS GREAT
My 1987 TW200 has a unique electrical system.This white relay known as Ignition Circuit Cut Off Relay ,can be used on both older model and newer version of TW200.This relay located under the right side cover next to the CDI unit and it has four copper pins that directly plug into the main wire harness. Back side of the relay has a rubber grommet..In the front of the relay two pins are negative terminals and the other two pins are positive terminals (rubber grommet side).Sky Blue wire that directly comes from the main harness that attached to the neutral switch and neutral indicator bulb ,that wire connected to the one of the negative terminal pin of the relay.The other negative pin terminal plug into the blue with yellow tracer wire.that wire goes to the CDI unit and the sidestand switch..One of the positive terminal of the relay pin attached to the brown wire of the harness. that wire directly comes from the main switch (ignition switch).the other positive terminal pin attached to the blue with white tracer wire. that wire connected to the side stand switch and the self starter switch on the right side of the handle bar. This white relay clicks when the key is turned on and neutral is selected .If the relay working properly No one can start the bike in a gear while the side stand down,Clutch had to be pulled in to start(side stand up position)..The other thing is start the bike in neutral position and shift into the first gear while side stand down then engine dies..that what this Ignition Circuit Cut Off Relay DOES..Installation process is very easy .Anyone can test the faulty relays. with battery voltage applied to the relay terminals that connect to the brown wire (battery positive) and sky blue (battery negative) wire. Check Blue with white tracer ( multimeter positive )and blue with yellow tracer ( multimeter negative) for continuity.If there is no continuity. HANDY TO HAVE A FUSE LIKE THIS
MY 1987 tw200 has Older model glass fuse & hard to find OEM Quality FUSES nowdays .The older one like mine have 10A OLD STYLE GLASS TUBE .WHEN I went to replace mine I was having a hard time to find OEM QUALITY FUSE. This one I bought as a spare one because handy to have spare fuse with me everytime so I can ride with confidence.My 1987 tw200 Our electrical system is simple. Which complicates things.One fuse covers the entire bike. The fuse is sized to save the CHARGING system, overall rather than the individual components and wiring. In order to do that the fuse is sized just a bit UNDER rated alternator output and just a bit OVER the expected stock load (headlights, running lights, dash lights, etc.) . Use an oversized fuse and if you have a short you'll fry EVERYTHING. Newer Tw200 modle 2001-2022 bikes things are somewhat worse in that regard. When Yamaha increased the output on the newer bikes they spec'd a 20A fuse .ALL THE INDIVIDUAL WIRE SIZES REMAINED THE SAME AS THE OLDER (1987-2000 )TW200 BIKES and no SINGLE wire can handle more than 5 amps before meltdown OLDER OR NEWER. So on the NEWER model bikes if you have a short you'll REALLY, REALLY FRY EVERYTHING, even without an oversized fuse. There is no substitute for the factory items.Generally older oem Yamaha parts are overlooked for their elevated cost for used parts. This starter relay included all the necessary cables, mounts, and rubber boots which most Yamaha's from that time used. Such a joy to have period parts.couldn't be more pleased with the results. Regulator failure is bad!
[How is it used?
YAMAHA XJR400R (07 year) Used for
? One hot day, while touring, suddenly the Light and Meter system does not light up (stops working).
? After that, Engine also stops and Cell does not turn.
? Even if I apply Engine by pushing, it stalls immediately.
? He tries again and again, but finally he can't even get the push-over to work.
The above symptoms occurred and it became unable to run on its own and Wrecker.
When I got home, I tried to figure out what was causing it.
? Jump from the car, Engine will take
The voltage is only 11V when the Engine is applied.
The voltage does not increase when the Engine is turned.
The cause was determined to be the Generator or Regulator.
If you get ad vise from a Motorcycle shop, it is almost impossible for the Generator to break.
So I looked it up on the Net and found that the above symptoms occur when the regulator is broken, so I replaced it.
How was your experience with it?
As soon as the Regulator and Battery (just in case) were replaced, the Engine started.
BoltQuantity for the Regulator replacement itself to be attached to the car body:It is easy to remove the 2pc and Coupler.
How did it compare to other products?
There are some very cheap ones (about 1000 yen) available on the Net, but I heard that they break in an instant, so you should not use them. As you can see from the photo, the appearance is the same compared to the broken one, so the used ones from Oak Auction etc. are also scary.
YAMAHAOEM is the best!
[Points to note]
Regulator failure comes suddenly.
Especially XJR is said to have many regulator failures, so it is better to have a spare part (I will buy a new spare part if I can afford it).
Note that if the Regulator is broken, it can destroy other electrical systems in the worst case!

Standard MOSFETRegulator Replacement
This is the OEM regulator for YAMAHA vehicles such as YZF-R1, and I built it into the Initial Model GSX1300R HAYABUSA.
The regulator is a week point in thermally severe vehicles around 2000, and the regulator is destroyed by heat, and the power supply system is damaged.
(Battery does not charge and Battery rises frequently, etc.)
Initial ModelGSX1300R HAYABUSA is also the place where Regulator is crying without omission, and if it examines in Net, various information will come out.
The regulator of GSX1300R HAYABUSA came to the end of life for the second time in three years, so I ordered this product to try MOSFET.
From what I've been able to find out, the Merit/Demerit to MOSFET in general is as follows.
Fat voltage is stable.
FatRegulator's life will be extended.
StatorCoil may be overloaded.
When I actually installed it and ran a test run, it seemed to be stable at 14.1〜14.2V when it was about an urban run from Idling.
Grip heater (55W) the voltage drops to about 13.2V, but this may be because the bare power generation capacity is not enough.
Because the load of the Stator is worried when power is too much, it may be just right.
The above voltage is for my car. The situation will change depending on the electrical components used and whether each part is LED or not, so it is just for reference.
In addition, it goes without saying that it is not possible to install it.
The conversion of Coupler to be inserted between 6V MONKEY/GORILLA Main Harness and Regulator.
Processing to physically attach the regulator to the car body.

The original sound signal on the YAMAHA YZF R1 RN12 05. The signal is loud enough. Recently I had a problem, the signal did not work, then it worked. As if the contact seemed bad. I had a second beep in stock, changed the signal and did not work either. It turned out that the remote control had oxidized after winter. Cleaned it up, now everything works well.
