Smaller than OEM
I used it on my YAMAHAXG250 TRICKER and the outer circumference is smaller than OEM.
There were no functional problems and no exhaust leaks, but there was no snagging at all during installation, making temporary fixation very difficult.

Although the front side (lower left) was an exactly good size, a rear (lower right) size did not suit but it used the original (small just for a moment) thing.
