Speedometer is now working!
I purchased the Speedometer for my CYGNUS X 2 model that I use for commuting because it stopped working.
At first I replaced the Meter cable, but it did not work, so I used the Meter gear from KN Planning this time.
I was worried about OEM, but KN Kikaku had a lower price and more color variations, so I would like to purchase from KN Kikaku again next time.

I think it's generally good.
This time, I have not been able to experience the effect from NORMAL because I have combined the Subit CVT with the High Pearl Clutch and HYPER Rev Torque Camshaft of the same manufacturer and Wide range Torque Pin of KN Planning. I think that the small diameter pin will increase the range of the SecondPlate from fully closed to fully open, which will physically improve the acceleration to the maximum speed.
As you can see in the other impressions, there are some people who are worried about the grooves and clearance of the Torque Camshaft, but the feeling of the assembly is not that some kind of Judderetc. appears at every acceleration and deceleration, and since it is divided, there is also a bare link effect, so I think there is no particular problem in using it.
In the meantime, we incorporated more Grease.
I think this is a good part to try at a good price point.

Cowl needs to be removed for installation.
It is installed on CYGNUS Glyphus.
Installation is a bit troublesome, as the cowl and front center of the meter need to be removed. It is safer to control the front and rear separately.
I chose Gold, but it is not visible even a millimeter because of the Rubber Cover that will arrive.
It is a recommendation because it allows you to cancel UBS without replacing the lever.

Beware of Ramp Plate
We introduced this system to reduce the RPM when cruising. As a result, the RPM was reduced a little. The maximum speed seems to have improved by about 5 km.
It was a full set of High Speed Pulley, Ramp Plate, Pulley boss, Belt, 3 different WeightRoller×g, and Clutch Spring, but only the PulleyBody, attached WeightRoller and Belt were used. I used only PulleyBody, attached WeightRoller and Belt.
Pulley boss has ShimQuantity compared to OEM:It was about 1 pc. minutes long. it could be used for SignalGrand prix, 50m run, and Setting.
Also, as for the Ramp Plate, I used the OEM one instead of the Crankshaft one because the engagement of the Ramp Plate was too delicate, which may be due to the wear condition of the Crankshaft's splines. I think you need to be careful here.
The durability is 2 stars because of the splines on the Ramp Plate.

Required to unlock Combination brakes for BirdCity125
BirdCity125 (SEC-1J) I was not happy with the Combination brakes of the "M" and wanted to handle the front and rear brakes separately, so I recently did some research and the staff at the shop suggested that I might be able to find this product.
Combination brakes originally for CYGNUS Glyphus (The one that the Front also works when the Rear brake lever is held) I checked the part numbers in the Parts List and found that the BrakeEcoRiser for CYGNUS Glyphus 3 to 6 models and the '18 BirdCity125 are the same as the one for the CYGNUS Glyphus 3 to 6 models. (SEC-1J) BrakeEco Liza of (Parts ListNo.50) The parts model number was the same as that of the "I", so I thought, "Well, then, I can use it, can't I? I bought it.
There is no Instruction Manual, but the exchange procedure itself is Simple.
It was a bit tricky at the end because it was hard to put the lever pin back in.
After I finished assembling and gripping the lever, I was able to confirm the independent operation of the front and rear brake without any problems, but I had to grip it much deeper than before to make it work.
The capacity of OEMMaster Cylinder is 1/2, but I guess it is assumed to be Combination brakes.
I want to use BrakeSetting that works with Katsun, so my future plan is to replace the MASTER to increase the capacity.
In any case, I have to do it when I change to Brembo caliper.
If you want to dismantle the Combination brakes on your BirdCity125 and want to use neat parts, this is a good choice.
Nmax can also be used as long as the Parts model number is the same.
I don't know about ABSMODEL because my BirdCity125 is not ABS, so I don't know about the compatibility etc.

It is something that Oil is soaked in, but it is sinking a little short.
Replacement of LETS4, work time is about 15 minutes with a single Phillips Screwdriver.
It takes about 30 minutes to clean up the gooey soot, etc.
Should be purchased at the same time when replacing the adjacent CaseElement.
I did so this time.
This is the one that is stained with Oil, but the sinking is a bit unsatisfactory. I would expect to be able to touch it with my fingers and get it wet, but it was almost dry to the touch.
The rest are fine, a little on the Large size and sticking out.

One-touch detachable is convenient
It is standard practice to attach a Breather Hose 650mm 6mm Diameter to relieve pressure in the Crankcase,
It is common for the Hose and Breather cap to be directly connected.
The heat from the engine may harden the hose and cause the hose to come off the cap.
When replacing the oil, you can remove it with a push switch, which is convenient for the Large change.
However, the Push Switch will not come off if you press it too hard!
Press all the way down and back up a little to release it.
Sealing of the detachable part is not a problem.

Cost-effective Brake

Brakes now work better than before the replacement.
I think it's a good deal because you can buy a Brake Shoe for a similar Gold amount to another company's Brake Shoe, which claims to be the OEM equivalent.
However, it is difficult to determine whether the Brake is a function of the pad's performance or whether maintenance restores the functionality of the pad.
I think it was more effective than at the same time when it was a new car.
Full Brake, of course, does not lock. But, there is a sense that the brake wire is extended. I think it used to be a little more firm and direct. If you replace the wire, you may go back to the feeling you had when the car was new.

I replaced it a year ago while replacing other parts in the drive train.
Special Tool to exchange (Rotor holding Tool, Torque wrenchetc.) is required, so be prepared.
Weight was set to standard volume; we used to be quite light, but we thought about fuel economy.
I use a Torque wrench for safety and do not use an electric Impact because it is dangerous.
I apply RollerGrease, but some say it is not necessary.

I installed it in VINOsa-26j07.
The Scooter was given to me by a friend, but it was very dirty and the engine was not running.
After removing the six screws from the case, clean the inside of the case, remove the primary and clean it with an air gun, add NORMAL 5g and Weight Roller Grease, and insert the roller in the correct direction for installation! (Some say that Scooter now does not apply Grease to the Weight Roller.)
Primary tightened with 30Nm. (If it is over-tightened, the KRAN will be ruined, and if it is not tight enough, it will come off while driving.)
Also, don't forget the direction of travel for Belt!

The decrease in maximum speed and Engine sluggishness near the maximum speed that had been bothering me was resolved!
I have a addressdt11a with 21800 km. Recently, it is troubled with the Rev limiter in the vicinity of the maximum speed decrease and the maximum speed, and Fuel one and Air Filter exchange etc. are not improved though it tries, and it decided to try the exchange of the Drive belt, and when the old Belt is measured with Caliper, 1.7mm is worn, and it was found that it was considerably low GEAR! The old belt was found to be worn out by 1.7mm and had a very low GEAR! After assembling this product and slowly accelerating to get used to it, the maximum speed was restored to the previous speed! The RPMs are now lower, and although we haven't tried it yet, it seems to contribute to fuel consumption as well. If you are suffering from the above symptoms, replacing the Drive belt will rejuvenate your driving experience! As for the durability, I will see how it goes from now on, but I strongly recommend that you run the Axel at full throttle after taking your time and breaking in for about 200 km until you get accustomed to the belt and Pulley!
