Genuine Yamaha Front Wheel Oil Seal for WF450F 2017
This was the oil seal for the front wheel on the WRF450F which needed new wheel bearings. I do always replace the oil seals when it comes to any bearings where possible for my own peace of mind. It just makes sense to do this. Finding the right oil seal was easy as I already had the schematic open for the wheel bearings anyway. The price for the new seals was great value. At this price is was silly not to get them. With the other parts needed for this replacement, I had all the order shipped using EMS which are my chosen and trusted courier. My order arrived in 100% perfect condition in 5 days from being shipped. The oil seals came in th standard Yamaha packets and were also inside a nicely made bubble wrap envelope by Webike warehouse to keep them safe. The oil seals are pretty rigid if I am honest but that is not a bad thing. They are top quality oil seals which you expect from such a well respected manufacturer like Yamaha. Genuine Yamaha Front Wheel Nut for WRF450F 2017
After replacing the wheel bearings and the oil seals for this bike. I also wanted to replace the wheel nut as this had a lot of damage and although right now, it is still ok, at some point it will need replacing anyway. Might as well get this all done at the same time right. Finding the correct nut was easy as I just checked the Yamaha schematics I had already opened. This nut is good value and as it is a wheel nut, it needs to be right first time. With a few other parts in this order for the bike, I got them all shipped together using EMS who are my chosen courier. In 5 days from being shipped from Webike warehouse, my order arrived safely. The wheel nut came in the Yamaha packet and was wrapped with the oil seals together to keep it safe. This wheel nut is a well machined nut and the threaded section is silky smooth. Genuine Yamaha Front Wheel Bearings for WF450F 2017
This bike came in after taking a bad hit when having a spill. The front wheel bearings were toast and needed replacing. No point in messing around looking for after market bearings when you can get hold of the genuine Yamaha ones this easily. Finding the right part number was easy using the schematics section of Yamaha parts catalogue. The price Webike had these for was excellent and better than I could source locally. With some other small parts in my order, I got them all shipped together. In 5 days, my order arrived. It was shipped using EMS and they do just get the orders delivered fast. The bearing came in the Yamaha branded packet and was sealed. This bearing is a closed bearing so the free play of movement was initially as expected. I have found that once these have a few rotations, they free up really quickly. The quality is second to none when it comes to Yamaha bearings. Fitting was ok to do if you have the right tools to remove the old ones correctly. Take your time and you will do just fine. Drum brake is still very practical.
My SR400 is a '96 model, so it has front and rear drum brakes. This time, I replaced the rear brake because it had been neglected for about 5 years due to infrequent use (laugh).
In the case of automobiles, it is common to use a drum brake only on the rear wheel, but the front and rear drum brakes are quite old-fashioned, aren't they?
I know it's a selfish image, but I have the impression that drum brakes don't work very well..............do you think?
What kind of structure is a drum brake?

The drum brake generates frictional force when the brake lining is pressed against the inside of the drum, and the kinetic energy is converted into thermal energy by the frictional force. 。 The rotating force of the drum works in a direction that helps to spread the shoe, and the drum brake, which exerts a larger force on the lining, exerts stronger braking force than the disc brake. This action of the drum brake to pull in the shoe is called Self servo. He says.

(1) Since braking is performed by causing friction inside a sealed cylinder called a drum, frictional heat tends to accumulate inside the drum. 。 If the temperature inside the Drum rises, the so-called "Hot Dare." and is not suitable for driving with heavy use of Brake.
(2) It is also vulnerable to humidity. Moisture tends to accumulate inside due to the relationship between outside air temperature and internal frictional heat. "Squeak." And sometimes it makes a sound.
(iii) Poor Control.
Drum brake tends to have a two-shape curve in performance and poor controllability, so be careful when decelerating before entering the corner.

The thickness of the friction material part of a new Brake Shoe is about 5mm (4mm for SR), and if it is less than 1mm, it needs to be replaced as soon as possible. 。 The thickness of the Brake Shoe must be disassembled and measured depending on the car model. 。 Mileage is generally considered to be between 50,000 and 100,000 kilometers.

If the brake lining is worn away, the gold part of the brake shoe will come into direct contact with the brake drum, causing damage to the brake drum. 。 Under these conditions, Brake becomes unstable and very dangerous.
Surprisingly, it works better than DISC... (laughs)
However, the following conditions apply.
No Garbage or Brake dust buildup inside the ◆.
◆Shoe thick enough.
◆No moisture has entered the system.
→ A properly maintained drum brake means it works well.
We will exchange with that in mind!
Procedure SR400Rear brake
(1) Stand the center stand and raise the rear wheel.
If you don't have it, work with Jack-up.
(2) Remove the Silencer.
(3) Remove the Tandem Footpeg.
(4) Nut of Axle Shaft (22mm) to loosen,
Remove the butterfly screw here 。
Step on ?Brake and pull out the ROD.
?Remove the Nut of the Torque rod.
Pull out the ASKULShaft (?). stick the Driver in the hole of the shaft and pull it out, then tap it out from the other side with a plastic hammer.
Place the Wheel on a soft surface such as Matte to prevent it from being scratched.
Remove the Brake Panel (lid).
?Brake & Parts cleaner is sprayed to clean the inside beautifully!
(11) Install the Spring into the new Brake Shoe.
After assembling, complete the assembly in the order of ?→?.

This was a lovely little bike that we purchased as a present but it did need some attention due to a small accident and being dropped from a van. Careless but fixable. These were one of the last parts that would finish off the build so no point gettting any cheap after market ones when the price Webike sell these for is so cheap. A full set of these for front and rear wheels cost less than you would think. Now a hard part to find as they only fit the PW50 bike and for a lot of years too. I had a few other parts in my order and got them all shipped using EMS as my preferred courier. EMS just get your order to you faast which is perfect. The order arrived in 5 days from shipping and all the parts were in tip top condition. These plates were padded inside the box and got no damage. As we were changing the front and rear sprocket for the MT09 Tracer 2019 it was time to change out the nut and washer for it too as you are not really meant to keep on using these parts due to deterioration upon removal and reinstallation. The nut here is the Genuine Yamaha one as it is always going to be the best option. The correct part was found using the tools Webike provide and cross referencing with Yamaha's own schematics. Webike price was excellent as always and better value than anywhere else I have found. With some other parts in my order, all were shipped together with EMS and arrived in perfect condition in 5 days from shipping. All the parts were in their own individual packets and inside a bubble wrapped envelope for security. The nut itself is a well made and well machined nut. Genuine Yamaha O-Ring for VINO 50 CLASSIC
This was a small O-ring that was needed for the Vino 50 that was in teh shop. The original was really bad and had started to split. The part was super easy to find witht the help of the tools available on Webike. The price was brilliant and even though it's only an o ring, would you really want to risk a pathetic aftermarket one which will bring your riding to a halt... no. So, this was also ordered along with a few other parts and the shipping was very good indeed. I used EMS fast service as they do exactly what they say they will, deliver FAST, the end. Arrived with me within a week of ordering all the parts needed. All packaged really well as expected and any space in teh box was filled with bubble wrap and air pockets to protect any smaller and more delicate parts from damage. I now it is just an ring but this is an important one that you should be careful with. When I opened the packet, the o ring was perfect, no tears rips, loose pieces of rubber or anything. Yamaha really do know how to make o rings. It was a nice smooth surface and was flexible but not too much as this could also cause issues. Yes, I have made the mistake of buying cheap alternatives before to my detrement, just ended in disaster and had to get an OEM one anway, just do not waste your money on the cheap crap. Stick to getnuine for these things. Fitted within a couple of minutes. Very pleased with my purchase and from now on, I will ONLY buy genuine OEM for this area. [How is it used?
The undercarriage of YAMAHA XJR400R was replaced on the occasion of Refresh.
Possibly it has not been replaced for 38,000 km since new.
If you are riding an old Motorcycle, you should definitely replace it.
How was your experience with it?
The old Damper was quite hardened and not elastic.
Before the replacement, there was a slight delay in acceleration, etc., but after the replacement, the driving feel became linear.
How did it compare to other products?
I don't think there was any Reproduct other than OEM, but OEM is the best for Rubber parts.
We hope that you will continue to produce this product for a long time.
[Points to note]
When installing, it is recommended to apply silicon grease to prolong the life of the Rubber.
Also, when assembling the hubs, be sure to press them in firmly, otherwise they will not fit when reassembling the wheel later.

Genuine Yamaha cush drive rubber
I would generally buy a full set but when I checked, all the others are perfectly fine. Very strange that one would go and no sign of damage to the others. Anyway, finding the correct cush drive was easy to find using Yamaha's own motorcycle schematics. Webike sold this for a really good price so this was really good, far better than I could source here in the UK. I purchased other items for the servicing and some other parts needed for projects and this spread out the shipping costs and made them better value. I used EMS fast for the shipping courier as this was a quite a bit better than Fedex, and also, EMS seems to arrive in a faster timeframe. It was 5 days from ordering to delivery at my door for all these parts to arrive. Everything was very well packed. The outer box had been sealed with extra tape to ensure, nothing could fall out or escape during transit so even the smaller parts and gaskets in the order were all completely fine. The cush drive rubber arrived in it's own Yamaha packaging and in perfect condition. Feels like really good quality rubber, Toons better than the pne I took out which was not great. More new Yamaha OEM screws
I seem to be more and more buying genune Yamaha screws. And for good reason. These Yamaha screws just fit, no meesing around trying to get them to rip, they just work. Finding the part numbers was pretty easy using the tools and the links Webike provide to manufactyrers websites where you input your bike model, year etc and the parts are shown. Really good price for these and better than I could source locally in the UK. I always get more than one part at a time which helps cushion the shipping costs. I used EMS this time and the order was with me at my door within a week of ordering. Everything was well packed out in the box. The outer box was sealed so nothing could fall out in transit. Bubblewrap was also used by Webike to fill out the box so nothing moved around and damaged any other parts in the order. Once unpacked carefully, the screws were in perfect condition and there were not unexpected sharp edges to catch you out. All fitted really wuickly. Winter maintenence required so purchased this circlip as the one previouly on the bike snapped. No excuse, I was far too heavy handed with it. Anyway, really good price and added to a bigger order so the shipping was really good. Arrived really quickly in approx a week from Japan to the UK. All package very well with bubble wrap. New Yamaha lock nut
Winter project is changing some of the old looking nuts, bolt etc. This hte rear locking nut for the axle which on mine, looks a little worse for wear. Part number was super easy to find and then search on Webike. The rice was excellent to what I would have to pay in the UK. I ordered quite a few different parts for miltiple bike and this was part of that. This cushioned the shipping so all together was very reasonable. Upon delivery which took about a week, the parts were all nicely packaged and very well padded out so not to damage anything. The outer box was also sealed so any small parts had no way of escaping. REAR WHEEL OIL SEAL REPLACEMENT
I already replaced my tw200 front wheel oil seal .Now Time Has Come To Replace The Rear Wheel Oil Seal.Before I removed the rear wheel put the bike onto a stand support the bike securely so make sure there is no danger of it falling over,then remover the cotter pin and slowly loosen the rear wheel nut by using a 22mm socket wrench.rear wheel was off the ground lay the wheel on a flat surface with the sprocket side facing up.removed the spacer and dust seal then removed the old oil seal using a flat screw driver or a seal puller. cleaned the surface area with parts cleaner .Inner brake hub bearing does not have a seal So Grease the edge of a new seal and drive it in on top of the outer bearing .I used same outer diameter socket to tap the new oil seal in liitle bit further.New seal will sit slightly below the surface of the rear wheel flange.this OEM Seal is the best product for this project because seals are designed to keep wheel bearing lubricant within the wheel end, and keep all debris, dirt, and other contaminants out while on the road.I received the package very quickly after I placed a order at webike shop.Very Nice Service, Very Fast And Professional Delivery In Sri Lanka, Nicely Packed I love it, I'm Totally Satisfied the webike services.Very Nice Shopping Experience at WEBIKE . According my odometer reading have ridden over 70000 kilometers on my 1987 Tdub. front wheel bearing and the front oil seal still in a good condition.I think it is good time to replace the front wheel oil seal.Seal. In wheel end applications are key in determining the life of the wheel. If the seal allows external contaminants to enter the bearing or lubricant to escape from the bearing, then premature failure of the wheel.seals are designed to keep your wheel bearing lubricant within the wheel end, and keep all debris, dirt, and other contaminants out while on the road.to replace the front wheel oil seal need to remove the front wheel first.Then remove the dust cover & the spacer .Can be easily removed the old oil seal using a flat screw driver or a seal puller.Inner brake hub bearing does not have a seal. When I removed the wheel from the front fork to replace the tire, I accidentally damaged the speed sensorRotor, so I bought a new one.
Was the one you received as per Image?
The original OEM Product number was 4YR-2517G-00, but it seems to have already been discontinued. When I searched the OEM Parts search on Webig, 5VU-2517G-00 was presented as the OEM compatible part number, but when I further searched 5VU-2517G-00, 5VU- I further searched for 5VU-2517G-00, and 5RB-2517G-00 was presented as a compatible part number for 5VU-2517G-00, so I ended up ordering 5RB-2517G-00. (Maybe 5RB-2517G-00 is the most recent part number?)
When we observed the damaged rotors, we found that the material was different from plastic and looked like Ceramic, but it seemed to be magnetic and the damaged parts stuck to each other magnetically.
Was the installation difficult?

Those metal tabs are inexpensive.These tabs are very high strenght, does not break easily and can be used for a long time. The lock tabs prevent the bolts from turning, shifting, and wallowing out.It's very important have those locking tabs when replacing the rear sprocket. The point of the locking tabs is that they're softer than the sprocket material, allowing some "crush" to prevent spinning of the bolts and to get a better grip on the hardened metals, allowing more grip for less torque on the bolts.The tabs augment this. Hardened washers allow sliding between themselves and the hardened sprocket. Kinda hard for some to get their head around, but hardened washers are not an improvement over the factory setup.That's why I always use OEM products everytime CAUSE of the Quality nobody can't beat that.parts are received in a good condition very well packed!
