Replaced due to a defective Screw hole. The replacement arrived with rust. How about the next replacement?
The reason for the purchase was Rust corrosion from Bezel(Rim)Reverse side. So, the LightBodyReverse side of the Ring for Lens Fixation Corrosion from rust that was also received. While disassembling and removing rust and rustproofing, I scratched the Lens of Light.
The Bezel back of the ST250 seems to be prone to rust. (??) In addition, rust is always present in this area, even in dismantled used products.
Also, the mounting screws and optical axis adjustment screws & springs are badly rusted, so we decided to replace the assemblies with new ones.
I was temporarily assembling a product that I purchased and received, and one of the Screw holes on the Bezel Screw you, idiot. Failure of → impossible to install.
The exchange will be handled and prior to shipping. "Check to make sure the replacement product does not have the same defects." Request for → Confirmed by the Manufacturer." They will ship the product. (Ordering item) 。
A replacement arrived. I'd put a coat of rust inhibiting paint on it while it's new." While disassembling it for this purpose, I found rust on the BezelReverse side. I was disassembling this part to prevent rust. ....
Manufactured by. I have verified that there are no screw hole defects." but did you miss the rust?
What we found out during disassembly.
Screw for optical axis adjustment is the current vehicle installation is Made of iron. On the other hand, the OEM Product we received had the color "Material:Looks like "Stainless Steel".
The steel screws are prone to sticking and becoming unadjustable due to rust, so this seems to have improved the situation.
Even if you want to install the Light of Other Brand Product, you can do so. Bezel uses (and in some cases, processes) OEM Products." With so many products, it's (unless you are replacing the entire Light unit & Light Cover) Bezel is required.
It is appalling that a ManufacturerOEM Product has so many defects.
I have requested another replacement this time, but the work schedule will be wasted and slow. ....
Will be sent again (I'm sure.) Let's hope the product has no glitches:....
If the next product I receive is defective, I'll have to consider installing Other Brand Product:....

Needed a new Suzuki rubber
Over time, with removing this rubber, it got split. No idea how that happened but it was annoying me that it was not doing what it should. The replacement genuine Suzuki part was a great price and along with the shipping, it all worked out well. I did have a little doubt I ordered the correct part but once it arrived, it surely was correct anyway. Literally, delivered within a week, just. All was good and in tact nad the rubber was just the thing I needed. Quality is there for sure, none of this cheap aftermarket crap where there are bits of rubber hanging off where the excess was not cut away. Fitted really easily, but then again, it is only a rubber.
