Replacement Oil Separator Plate for the Clutch on the Grom
About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of the oil separator plate from Honda, a formed steel plate with the attaching bracket spot welded on that fits perfectly below the clutch. About the feeling of use: An essential part for helping the clutch achieve a long life by directly applying oil to the clutch disks, this had been neglected to be refitted by the previous owner during his maintenance. Products to buy together: This oil separator attaches to the crankcase with two M6 bolts that are needed to purchase alongside the oil separator if like me this part was missing from your engine. Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes about 1 hours, remove the right crankcase cover to be able to access the clutch pack and remove it as a whole, this will then allow for the oil separator plate to be positioned at the same time as you reinstall the clutch pack and then secure the oil separator plate with the two M6 bolts. Not difficult to do. Cost performance and comparison with other products: Good costing as you are receiving reliable Honda quality for a low price and don't see there being any aftermarket options for this part. About shipping and packaging: Sea frieght was my perferred method of shipping due to the lower cost but currently unavailable due to Japan Post. Genuine Suzuki part
Changing out a few parts whilst my bike is off the road. This was one part I had been meaning to change due to slight damage and discolouring. It still worked just fine but made the bike look old. The part was easy to find as it is also compatible with other models so really good. I already had other parts in my order so the cost and the shipping was great. All nicely packaged and arrived at my door within a week via Fedex Express shipping. New replacement screws
As with a lot of bikes that are not ridden all year around, some parts deteriorate, especially my 99 bandit. These were a couple that need replacing. The parts were pretty easy to find. I needed 2 but purchased 3 as I would then have a spare. The price was really good and the shipping was good as I ordered other parts for the bike. I got my package with everything inside it within a week via Fedex, cannot go wrong with Fedex for overseas shipping. Really quick. If I didn't know better, I would be concerned about the size of these screws getting lost or falling ouof the package but as Webike securely seal the outer boxes, no chance of that. Purchased along with a few other parts for winter maintenence. This part is for my Yamaha FZ1 2008 which needs some attention. The part was easy to find as I already checked on Yamaha Parts site. Purchased as was doing maintenence on my bike and after removing the crank cover, a new gasket was needed. No point in buying cheap pattern parts when you can get the genuine Yamaha part for a great price. Was part of a larger order with mulitple parts. I have a few different bikes and wanted to upgrade/replace some of the older nuts and bolt etc. This was one of those so decided to get all the parts direct from Webike as I know they are the genuine items. YAMAHA CLUTCH SPRING BOLTS
I would like to maintain my 1987 tw200 at home.Maintenance Tasks You Can Do Yourself.Most of the time I do myself.Before get started make sure you have the right tools ,most mistakes are made while trying to bodge something..First I have to loosen the clutch cable from the clutch perch,remove the skid plate,foot peg , brake pedal and kickstarter lever.After that drain the oil if needed .I find it's a bunch easier to just drain the oil and work on it upright or even leaned slightly left.Remove the bolts holding the right side cover. These bolts are various lengths. I use a piece of cardboard to maintain their proper order.Remove side cover. You may have to lightly tap from the opposite side with a long bolt or rod to free the side cover up.Remove the four clutch pressure plate bolts, washers and clutch springs. You do not need to remove or loosen the center adjustment nut. reinstall the clutch springs and brand new washer and bolts.Gradually snug these 4 bolts in a crisscross pattern. Be careful not to over tighten these bolts as it is easy to break the posts that these bolts thread into.Make sure use a torque wrench when putting these four bolts back in. They only need 6 Nm/4.2 ft-lb. Too tight and you’ll bugger it, too loose and the same thing will happen.Before close up the crank-case use a new gasket (always). Make sure all the old gasket has been removed before hand, scrape any stubborn bits off very lightly with a razor blade is usually is the best method. .took half and hour to replaced this four bolt.Job nicely done.Thanks webike View detail

Clutch Lifter Bolt for the Grom
About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of clutch lifter bolt from Honda. Three steel bolts zinc coated are used in this location. About the feeling of use: A part that can stay in service for tens of thousands of kilometers if correctly installed but they can break during maintenance and is then best to replace all three. Products to buy together: If you are performing maintenance on the clutch that has high kilometers it would also be desirable to purchase a clutch bearing along side the clutch lifter bolt so this entire part of the clutch is renewed together. Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes about 1 hour, you need to remove the right crankcase cover to be able to access the clutch assemble. Use a locking tool to prevent the clutch from spinning and remove all three bolts evenly together, ensure the clutch lifter is holding the clutch springs correctly and then install all three new bolts evenly together. Not difficult to do. Cost performance and comparison with other products: A high cost from Honda for a basic bolt and if you are happy to purchase a generic bolt you will definitely find better pricing. About shipping and packaging: The faster shipping options are too expensive for myself so I just have to wait for my part to arrive via sea freight. Oil Filter Rotor Lock Nut for the Grom
About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of the lock nut for the oil filter rotor, made from steel with a special design due to the location inside the oil filter rotor. About the feeling of use: I am restoring the Grom to it's original clutch cover and oil filter rotor setup and was missing the original lock nut, it's great that the Honda replacement are so readily available and secured the oil filter rotor with no fuss. Products to buy together: A replacement right crankcase gasket would also be desirable to purchase along side the lock nut for assembly of the clutch cover. Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes three quarters of an hour, removal of the clutch cover for access is needed and then the use of some special tools, one to turn the lock nut and the other for holding the gears while torquing down the lock nut. Not difficult to do. Cost performance and comparison with other products: Great costing as you are getting Honda quality for a low price and I have not seen any aftermarket options to compare. We use it as a substitute for insurance because the Case can break quite a bit in the event of a fall, making it impossible to continue sailing.
