It will last for a long time
I put it on the reverse side to protect the Cowl from the heat of the Exhaust System.
It seems to block the heat and none of the Cowls melt or get hot.
It's been taut for about 10 years.
It has not peeled off or deteriorated, so I think it is a good product.

It's good to have some comfort.
[How is it used?
It was just installed the other day. Practical durability performance will be verified in the future.
Was the one you received as per Image?
It is close to Image, but the thickness is thinner than I imagined w
How was your experience with it?
After I changed to Earls Gear's Full Exhaust System, I was worried about heat distortion of Lower cowl because Exhaust pipe, RightLower cowl and Clearance became narrower. I found this insulation tape on Webike, so I tried it. I found this insulated tape on Webike and gave it a try.
Easy to apply and perfect adhesive strength. Because it is not thick, the tracking of the curved surface seems to be good.
But what about the important insulation performance? This is my feeling.
[Points to note]
Since it cannot be reapplied, the surface to be applied must be thoroughly cleaned and degreased.
How did it compare to other products?
I haven't compared them because Webike didn't give me any other choice. However, the OEM insulating seat material on the lower cowl of Kawasaki ZX-14R is quite thick, so the insulating effect may be a little less than that.
Other items that would be helpful
It is better to prepare the cleaning tools such as Silicon-off and Parts cleaner.
It would have been nice to be able to choose the thickness of the Heat Insulating Material as a product Variation.

Excellent heat resistance
The stainless steel wire is included and can be wrapped tightly around the exhaust pipe. The stainless steel wire is included and can be wrapped tightly to prevent the motorcycle cover from melting. View detail
It's going to stick.
This product can be cut to any size and can be attached to any place of your choice with firm adhesive force, and is heat resistant to prevent deformation and discoloration of the Under Cowl due to the heat of the exhaust pipe. View detail
Good horizontal Size feeling.
I was looking for a replacement for the Heat Insulating Material inside the Side cowl of my TZr50R as it was peeling and falling apart.
The chamber and exhaust pipe are along the side of the side cowl, so it is good that it is horizontal.
The deciding factor in the purchase
I bought it because the horizontal size is just right and it was inexpensive.
Since this is an A-Tech product that deals with a lot of exterior parts, I thought that the selection of the Heat Insulating Material would also be correct, which was also a deciding factor.
[Impressions of using it]
The Heat Insulating Material comes with double-sided tape and can be marked on the backing so it can be cut out Exactly.
I don't know how well it shields the heat since I haven't checked it properly after installation, but it looks fine.
Products compared
We compared it to Striker and Posh Heat Insulating Material.
I chose this product because it was in stock, had a good Size feel and was inexpensive.

I'm glad I bought it because so far the adhesion and thermal barrier performance seem to be fine.
Now I'm hoping it will last a long time.

Fuel tank insulation
When I changed my fuel tank to aluminum before, I bought this kind of insulated seat. I bought it for Repair because it was worn out. I bought this one because the Manufacturer's one I bought before was out of stock. I've been using it for a long time and I've never had a problem with it. View detail
Mostly satisfied!
[How is it used?
I used it for Under Cowl of YZF-R25 which I use as Racer.
Was the one you received as per Image?
It was just like the Image. The thickness is there and it looks promising.
How was your experience with it?
The adhesive strength is strong there, but if you want to put it on the inside of Under Cowl, be careful because it will come off if you don't degrease it well.
In addition, it is not a problem if the shell of the Silencer hits, but if the exhaust pipe hits directly, it will be burnt. (laughs)
How did it compare to other products?
It's simple and easy, but the ones from Magical and others are thicker and more durable with things like Glass Wool mixed in.

DIY Heat Guard Production (・∀・)
When I was looking for Heat Insulating Material to make Heat Guard.
This product has been found (・∀・)
It is less expensive than similar Insulation Glass Wool.
The heat resistance temperature is relatively low at 200-350°C, but it was sufficient for our purposes.
And the release paper on the back is easy to draw lines on, and it's just the right thickness.
I think it was easy to process. (Translated by ω-) b
If I had to pick a favorite, I'd say the Large width would have been better.

GORILLA、Full Cowl
I am currently building a GORILLA Full Cowl car and bought this to protect the Cowl and paint from the heat of the Exhaust pipe.
It's not finished yet, but the size is good for Small Type car.

It's thicker than I expected.
I used it as an insulator for Race cowl.
It was thicker than I expected and it interfered with the exhaust pipe.
However, the material does not stick to the exhaust pipe due to heat, etc., so the insulation is more than adequate.

I think it's good
I put a large piece of Heat Insulating Material on it and stuck this product around it.
I took this approach because it's relatively easy to cut.
I didn't use it for Motorcycle, but I repaired the Plate part of the GasCooker that had a hole in it from the heat.
It's been about a month now and there is no damage to the tape itself.
It was surprisingly useful, so it's a big deal. (Lol)
But for a few days, I think it was the glue, but the smell was too strong.

At least it's insulated.
I bought it to wrap around my 2-stroke Chamber.
Wire and wire twister are necessary. It is necessary to make the appearance beautiful. It becomes a heat-shielding, but I am not sure whether the performance has improved.

Insulating effect
My own motorcycle has a Center out, so my thighs and butt get hot, and it's an afterthought To protect electronic devices and pipes, etc. from heat, the inside of the heat shield and the exterior surface of the It works quite well and I am very happy with it
But if you cut it, Glass Wool will wispy, so you need to be careful with it

Purchased for Under Cowl's protection
I use it to protect my Under Cowl After about 10,000km of use, the silver foil-like part of the surface has come off, but Heat It seems to keep its performance as an Insulating Material, and for now, Cowl is the only one who can do it It doesn't burn or anything I like having a sticky surface View detail
Measures against gasoline seepage
I installed it on the ZrX1200R where the back of the Fuel Tank is not heat resistant
This is a countermeasure against gasoline seepage from the tank cap
Previously, the Cork Board and Material:I was wearing my own piece of Aluminum Tempura Guard, but my own piece was falling apart Size is also good and easy to install

It is easy to use with Double-sided Tape.
It is easy to install because it has a powerful double-sided tape that is hard to peel off.
The place where Cut was done is fuzzed, so it was protected with Aluminum Tape.

Tank It is the width of the product that is easy to stick to the back
I bought it by measures against heat shielding to Fuel Tank going up from Engine.
This product has never looked at the shop which sells it in store inventory.
Since the use destination was Fuel Tank, the pasting surface was full of curved surfaces, so it is very easy to paste this product which has been cut to 5 cm width beforehand.
Because the adhesive tape is also solid, I think that once you paste it will not peel so easily.
Because of that, the Tape gets in the way when cutting the product with Scissors, and the adhesive Tape kasu adheres pretty much to the blade of the Scissors, so let's wipe frequently.
If not doing so, the adhesive Tape kuss calls further kasu, which results in a way to tear off the thermal barrier fiber and call for fraying of the fiber unnecessarily.
Anyway, the 5 centimeter width standard was easy to stick, workability was also very good

I tried to prevent deterioration of the 2 st Oil tank of the CRM 250 rr due to heat. Because the shape of Tank is not square, it was hard to stretch, but it stuck well. When I touch Tank after running, I feel that the heat has not been transmitted more than before. I will stick to other parts and check the effect. View detail
