I like that it doesn't have a flange.
I purchased this product to drill a penetrating hole in a steel pipe.
It is a very common Hole saw.
Originally designed for electric drills, we wanted to drill perpendicularly to the pipe, so we used a ball machine.
As stated in the description, the absence of a flange allows the Penetrating hole to be drilled at 20mm.
Drillable plate thickness:general steel (iron) 3.I was honestly worried about drilling a hole in a 2mm Pipe, but I was able to drill a 2.3mm thick Pipe without any problems.
Naturally, the teeth are not as sharp as the Drill bit, so we applied cutting oil and worked with great care to prevent them from getting stuck.
At first, we did it in such a way that the components were fixed by hand, so we lost the hooking and became a field cat project.
Secure it firmly to the Work.
The hole I drilled was unexpectedly beautiful.
In this case, we used it to weld a 20mm diameter round boss to a steel pipe, but since other sizes are also available in the lineup, it may be used for right-angle butt joints between pipes.

Supports various sizes with this one
[How is it used?
We live by the spirit of making what we don't have.
When making a product, there is a lot of work called drilling.
Moreover, the price of Drill becomes high when it becomes more than 13mm, and it becomes difficult to have each size. (Both in terms of Wallet and Space)
The solution to this problem is the Footpeg Drill, also known as the Bamboo shoot.
Was the one you received as per Image?
As per Image
How was your experience with it?
The appearance is the same as the Chinese products such as Amazon, but the sharpness is completely different.
[Points to note]
If you use it in a Dry environment, it will quickly ruin your teeth, so oil it often.
You can use whatever you have on your workbench, such as Raspene, or even 300V waste oil that you changed earlier is pretty good.
How did it compare to other products?
It makes crispier holes than Chinese ones.

I was also able to drill a hole in the super-duper Duralumin
If you need a sturdy and large bracket while customizing a motorcycle, you'll need to buy one and I bought it because I needed a Large Kinky Hole there
The material in question was the so-called extraordinarily Duralumin board of A7075 The thickness of the material is 15mm, but I managed to drill a hole in it
It's a technical problem of mine to say something, so I could afford the Hole saw itself
Drilling holes in thicker components is scary because of the heat
Also, be really careful because if you bite into the component, it will fly at super high speeds
