I purchased this product in conjunction with the conversion to 520 Chain.
When I changed the rear tires on my KawasakiZr-7S to 180, I had to Offset the Chain line.
This Chain is called FCTORYSpecificationsChain, and I think the main original use is for Race.
Indeed, the Dimple process has been done on the tip of the Pin, and it is so lightweight that you can tell by holding it.
Also, although the durability will be lower than For Street's high-end Chain, I believe that the Friction loss is also controlled at the highest Level.
The reason why we chose this Chain is because the Chain line of Zr-7S is close to the Frame and there is a possibility of interference when Offset.
I think that is why the Offset sprocket for ZEPHYR750 is limited to 5mm.
The front sprocket used in this case is an 8mm Offset, so the only way to avoid interference is to modify the Frame or use a narrower Chain.
The DID ERV7 we chose this time is one of the thinner for Big Motorcycle's seal chains (if it was for 600cc or smaller, EKChain would have had a thinner one).
Thanks to your help, we were able to install it without any interference.
The gold chain gives it a custom look, and the dimple processing on the pins is also good for parenthesis.
Also, I was impressed that there was no sticky grease on the DID, or maybe because it is a racing useChain.

The Rivet Joint is recommended by DID for 250cc and above SportMachine, but I have not experienced the clip coming off or flying off even if I run the 40PS Eliminator at 14000rpm. Clip type is easy to work by amateur, but you should have at least special tool.
The quality of the chain itself is a standard chain with no surprising points, but the thickness of the plating seems to be solid, and DID's plating chain does not rust easily compared to other companies'. As for Life, under the condition of 250cc, paved road only, rainy weather, lubricating every 1500km, and outdoor storage, several O-rings were broken at about 20000km. Depending on the conditions, it may last longer, but if it lasts this long, it is an excellent consumable.

I installed it on my XLR200R.
I replaced them at the same time as the front and rear Sprockets.
I don't have a tool to Crimp so I bought a Clip type with light press fit.
When installing, be sure to press-fit the clip until you can see the groove where the clip goes in.
It's supposed to be a light press-in, but I knew it. "Press fit" So it is not possible to enter with weak force.
I chose a longer chain for the Rear Sprocket because I wanted it to be large.
It's a great parenthesis with the larger Sprocket. The performance is very good and smooth because it is a reliable D.I.D.
