It's not oppressive.
I used to use Magic Belt type, but I had to squeeze tighter to get the Gap to fall down, but I felt the arm rise quickly. After I changed to this, I feel less arm rise and better fit.
However, there is a little bit of Gap coming down.
Nevertheless, I think it's a good product from Balance, considering the Gap difficulty, security, and the difficulty of raising your arms. By the way, the thickness of the arm is standard, so if you work out and have a thick arm, it may be hard to put on and take off.

It is easier to move than it looks
