Although excellent, the expected value was below Large.
Ultimate Versus Extreme Cold Spec." I bought it with high expectations because it claimed to be "the best", but I felt disappointed because I had set my expectations too high. Also, I was disappointed because my expectations were too high. I am not sure if this is a good idea or not.
If you look at it as an ordinary winter jacket, it is excellent in terms of both performance and price.
However, since the evaluation is based on the product name and the product introduction, the review is a bit harsh.
-4°C to 11°C (This is a Motorcycle Thermometer, so there is a margin of error.) About 16 hours I write what I felt while touring in cloudy weather.
〜I thought it was a good place to start.
0A hard-edged design with few odd color additions.
0Outer neck warmer around the neck blocks cold air more effectively than expected.
The SIDE of the hem opens wide when the fastener is released, so that the outer layer that is leaned toward the rider's stomach when riding does not bulge out, resulting in a natural riding posture.
0Adjuster at the sides of the abdomen and a long chest soft pad prevent the garment from feeling too bulky.
The pocket on the chest is thick and easy to take out. The waist pocket is also large enough to hold a hat or wallet without difficulty.
〜I was not happy with the way it was handled.
0Handling of Hoods that are out of control due to high velocity ranges and strong winds.
→ Hood gets a little out of control when cruising at high speeds or in high winds. That is normal, but I am concerned about the fur shedding. It seems to be rolled up and stored, but when stored, the fur sticks out and is dirty, so I would like to keep it rolled up as much as possible except when it rains. Also, it is quite difficult to store it with helmets and gloves. I don't want to take a break to put away the hood before entering a highway or a single-digit national highway. I thought it would be better if there was a button on the back to hold it in place when deployed, so it wouldn't get out of control.
If you say, "Why don't you just remove the hood," you are right, but it looks cooler with it on.
If you claim to be the ultimate, Inner should be Standard Equipment with a Caph.
The→outer fabric is firm and resilient, and the lining is not particularly brushed, so when I squeeze the sleeves, my wrists feel stiff and cold. I think it's fine because you can squeeze them thin, but if you use inner fabric with Caph, which is already available in the market, the feeling of wearing will be improved and it will also block cold air from the wrists, so why is it not adopted as standard?
seriously Focused on the ultimate in thermal performance." I wonder? … I thought.
I wanted to have a twist on cold protection for the zOuter as well.
I like that the→Outer is only Waterproof and windproof, leaving the heat retention function to the Inner, but then the Outer doesn't have to be this one, does it? I thought, "If that's the case, why not use this for the Outer? If you wear it normally, you will feel the cold air as the Material gets cold even if you are not running in sub-zero temperatures.
If you assume that the user will supplement the cold protection with individual layers of clothing and electric heating, you will honestly feel no difference from other jackets.
As long as the product name calls itself Polar, I thought it would be nice if the Outer had some appropriate treatment.
The outer jacket consists only of waterproof windproof fabric and a thin down jacket (the arms do not seem to be treated with titanium), but I wondered if it could be called a polar spec jacket. I thought so.
This is a very selfish review, but Rough&Road is my favorite brand, so I dared to write what I thought. I will use this Jacket with ingenuity for a long time.

Size XLThe size of the chest and hem circumference is Small.
I ordered Size XL this time because my body shape is thicker and I thought it would be better to have more room in the length and sleeves even if they are large.
The design and quality of this product was very good, but when I actually put it on, it felt a little tight.
In CatalogueSize, it was the same chest and hem circumference as the other Jackets I use.
The item I received was a Size XL in length and sleeve length, but when I actually measured the chest and hem circumference, they were only the LLSize measurements in the Catalogue.
I wanted to get in shape before the next season because it is a good product and I can wear it if I don't wear layers. LOL!

Komine's Hard protector goes in.
The original protector was a flimsy soft protector that was only included for the sake of ventilation.
The wind flow was excellent, it was cool, and it was squishy, so it was light and comfortable, without being bulky.
So I was looking for a HardProtector, and suddenly I put in the Hard protector in my Komine Jacket, which I have had for a while, and it went in Exactly, although it is a Limit.
The shoulder and elbow protectors are expandable, so I did not need to purchase a separate protector. (As for the Chest Protector, as mentioned in other reviews, RoughAndRoad's Pocket is a large size, and other companies' protectors would not protect the chest properly because they would be too low.)
Compared to the original soft protector, the shoulder width GunDam is a bit wider, but that's not a problem if you think that's what a hard protector is like.

Not so good in details, but cosy.
I chose this product because I wanted to avoid the old Stereo type motorcycle wear with a big logo and lots of square pockets! I chose this product because I wanted to avoid old-fashioned Stereo type motorcycle wear with lots of square pockets, and because it is reasonably priced.
The ventilation is very good and comfortable.
The size may be for midsummer (light clothing), or it may be a little too small (not too big even if worn by a slim person like me), so some people may be more comfortable wearing a size larger, depending on their body shape.
We are generally satisfied that it was a good purchase.
On the other hand, the details are not. One more step." The following points stand out.
I am worried that the fastener might hit the tank when pushing and pulling the motorcycle because the pockets on both SIDES are on the front side.
...and the collar is saggy.
Double stitching for elbow reinforcement is too low and only reinforces the forearm, not the elbow.
The Protector of other companies generally does not have a proper position due to its length, or it is gapped (see below).
*Supplement:About Protector
It seems that Rough & Road's Protector is larger in size (or more generous in size) than other companies' products in general.
Therefore, if you try to use a CEProtector from another company, the pocket for the Protector is too large and the Protector will not be placed in the proper position.
The chest is especially noticeable. Raflo's chest Protector is long and vertical, so even if a competitor's chest Protector is inserted, it will become a belly Protector.
The elbow is also in a position that could be a forearm Protector, and the back is also wide enough to be a Quantity depending on the Protector.:Pair (for Left and Right) I'm curious about the Gap in the
Then why not just buy Protector from Rough & Road?" However, Rough & Road's Protector is honestly less attractive than those of other companies.
Especially when it comes to the chest, CE Standard is not provided at all.
Personally, I have always had my doubts about the shortness of the Chest Protector (it can't cover all the plow bones), so I prefer the longer Chest Protector size of the Rough & Road...
I had no choice but to adjust the position of the Protector by placing Velcro tape on the chest and elbows inside the pocket where the Protector is placed.
The back is layered with Jacket's standard mesh protector and another company's CEProtector (for ventilation).

If it's cheap and good, you'll end up here.
Was the one you received as per Image?
I received exactly what I had in my Image because I had tried it on in an actual store before purchasing it.
[How did you feel about the Fit?
The sleeves are long, but just right in the riding position.
In the SS riding position, the back has a little gap between the Jacket and Pants, so it would be best if they made the Jacket a little longer. (If you ride in hot weather, it is even rather nice to have a breeze.)
Adjuster on arms and waist so it can be squeezed for Fit.
How was your experience with it?
When I wore it around April-May, it was rather cold when the wind hit it (especially very windy against my upper arms).
Even though I was running dickily through the city in a sunny day with a temperature of 26 degrees Celsius, my upper body was cool.
Midsummer will be tough no matter what I wear, but I think I can manage up to about 30 degrees, depending on the sun and the road.
I thought that the choice of the White color might have also worked in the right direction.
However, I still think that the White-toned jacket, coupled with the design, is a bit old manish.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
None in particular
If I may say so, I feel that the Manufacturer logo and Lines, which did not bother me so much in Black, are a little conspicuous.
Its Manufacturer logo and Material of the Line feel cheap. (It's no wonder, considering the price.) (I know it's a Level that only the owner cares about.)
What are the specs of the product, such as protector?
Protector appears to be soft, thin, light, and breathable.
If you want to value protection performance, you should either buy and replace them yourself, or buy a Jacket that originally contains the proper ones.
I chose the Perai Protector for its comfort in summer, so I wear it because I think it makes a world of difference without it, even if it is a Perai Protector, which does not inhibit movement and does not feel heavy.
How did it compare to other products?
If you weigh functionality and price, I think you will end up with this Brand's product.
I think the other products win hands down in Design and Sense.

Decision of purchase
Among the cost-conscious products with Protector in White color, Design seemed to be the best.
Opinions and requests to Manufacturer
There are a lot of Pockets, but honestly, I don't need that many, so I'd like to see the Gold go elsewhere.

Tight fit size (L Size)
As mentioned in the title, it is a very tight fit. The 3Season Jacket of the same Manufacturer was still a Large size, but the L size of this product is too Tight fit. It is a summer Jacket, so I thought it was fine. (Our size is 169cm height, 65kg Gram, Waist 86cm) View detail
It's not bad, but...
I wear it with Laflo's Air through pad set.
The protector is not tucked away with Velcro etc. like other companies, and the style of the protector sticks out a little, so the protector is very much in the way when wearing.
If not for that, I like the look and feel of the MotorcycleMotorcycleMotorcycle.

Chest Protector goes down.
I have the impression that the material and construction are solid for a reasonable price. The Waist is too tight and the length seems to be too short, perhaps to prevent flapping.
The Chest Protector is inserted from the bottom, but because the pocket is large, the upper part of the chest drops to a position where it is not supported, making the Protector meaningless. Therefore, it is necessary to fix the chest protector at the upper part of the chest.

Let's go Touring!
I usually wear a L size, so I bought a L size. (Check the size chart).
I put it on and it was LARGE!
Also, the Magic tape around the arm should be backwards!
It is subject to wind pressure.

for casual riders
Was the one you received as per Image?
It looks like a normal parka, and I think it will be comfortable in the city.
[How did you feel about the Fit?
I chose XL for the Large size, but because it is quite stretchy, the Protector position may shift if you choose the Large size. (Protector (CE Standard, etc.)) ), so I think you should choose a size that fits your body.
How was your experience with it?
The temperature of 18 to 25 degrees Celsius is probably the optimum temperature. While it feels hot when the car is parked during the day, it feels rather cool when the car is running.
In the evening or below 20°C at this time of the year, Wind Breaker and other Quantities inside.:It is a feeling that makes me want 1 pc.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
It is not as breathable as the Mesh jacket, and ventilation seems to kick in as soon as the Speed is up to a certain degree, so it is not as effective as the Mesh jacket.
I still think it is not suitable for use in mid-summer.
Design is also good for use as a wear that does not float around town during the hot/cold weather of spring and fall.
What are the specs of the product, such as protector?
Air through type of mesh is attached to the shoulders, elbows, back and chest. This type can be stored in the mesh bag-like portion of the lining and is interchangeable.
How did it compare to other products?
Although it is a ParkaType, I think it is good that the hood can be adjusted with Code Stopper rubber straps instead of strings and that the flapping can be securely fastened with three buttons.

Size feeling is delicate
I'm 174 tall, 73, jeans 32-inches, slightly chubby, bought a large.
Sleeves are a few centimeters long. If the opening of the Winter Gloves were wider, it would be fine for protection from the cold, but it might get mold on the wrists. The belly is just the right size, so the M is good for the arms, but not for layering.
The inner is the same size as the outer, but the inner is more comfortable around the elbows to fit the riding posture.
Although I prefer the design, I think that Thailand's Outer is less uncomfortable and less tiring to wear, including the fit and the size in various places.

The details are missed!
I'm glad to see a jacket with this kind of model. When I was younger, I used to wear a MA-1 most of the time when I rode my motorcycle in winter. What do you think of the Fastener handle? (?) It is difficult to open and close the Fastener when the Small Glove is attached to the part. (Main part, Pocket part) I'm not sure what to do. The boa on the collar might be useful, but I have a thick neck and it's difficult to keep the collar up and keep the cold out with the boa. In short, I can't get the benefit of the boa on my whole neck. I noticed this when I received the product. The embroidery on the back is similar to another Manufacturer's MODEL. The inner jacket is not removable, so you should buy it for winter use only. I think that this is kind because it is Standard Equipment. I am 171cm tall and the M Size is just right for me. I am satisfied..
There is writing as heavy, but I think that the weight is like this. It does not matter.
I use my chest pad in addition, but spinal cord Pad is hot!
Although it is a Pad with a hole, the hole is not so large as to suck up the wind, and sticks to the back if it is leaning forward.
This is my first time since Mesh jacket with spinal cord pad is the first time.
Off There is no problem with use with a car.
I also like Design, I am satisfied.
The hand is long at 180 cm 80 kg, but it is just right with XL.
(I do not have an abdomen because I am exercising. )

It is very good, but sleeves - - - -
Rather than saying my age as his uncle, I bought it for myself as a gift that I can wear it safely without flashy Logo like other manufacturers. I thought that it was a standard type body with a body size of 174 cm tall entimeter body weight of 64 kg, but when I first wore a sleeve fine, it was hard to pass a sleeve thought that I made a mistake in Size, Although it is not abnormally thick, it was feeling that it will enter Limit.
I think that it was good if the sleeve part was made a little more relaxed because there is no problem in other parts. Talking to my house, it is said that there are many slender wah Air in recent trends.
Since it is for Motorcycle, I think that it will be better if you can design it according to Size table. I definitely will not enter if it is Matcho who is slightly better physically. Other features, coolness is a perfect score.

It is for midsummer.
Coolness has none to say. Because the fabric is thick and solid, it will prevent the solar radiation as well as fluttering in the wind. Silhouette is my favorite in Slim, but it is troublesome to take off with the attached Pad attached, and the shape of Pad on the back clutches out to the outside of Jacket and it is bad, I removed it all and threw it away. Although not limited to this Manufacturer, I would like you to purchase Pad separately if it comes with halfway Pad like a Rubber board with a hole.
Although I bought it for the midsummer, the highlands and the morning and evening of the Tohoku get cold. When trying to buy Wind guardInner JacketRR 7954 that can merge into this Jacket, M Size is said to be Manufacturer stock out. Windproof InnerRR 7957 was inventory but too shabby, and sleeves are caught and it is hard to use. I bought a Titanium slim inner jacket which is not a counterpart, but it was not a silo mono used for the summer. Because Inner is a necessity item in Mesh jacket, I want you to forgive me for no stock.

However, feeling of wearing is seldom influenced.
I think whether a price is also handy.
