It looks like Elf's Pad and I'm happy with it.
I use Elf pads and tried to put them on my Sneakers and couldn't find them.
It's rubber, but not too soft or hard, and it's good to be able to cut with Scissors. If there is a snag, it can be cut and used.
I made two holes for shoelaces and removed the Band. Basically, I don't think about removing the Band, so if you frequently remove the Band, you might want to leave it on.

Strong operation feeling
