No inconvenience without it, but more interesting with it.
Installed because I go Touring a lot.
If you have Navigation on your phone, etc., there may not be much need for it.
While driving, it is also interesting to visualize the map in your mind while checking the direction of travel.
Installation is easy with double-sided tape, but it depends on the location of the tape.
Note that the magnetism from the Motorcycle prevents accurate display.
1Display an accurate heading away from the Motorcycle
2Apply it to the place where you like it and where it does not affect the Motorcycle in the state of Engine.
By the way, in the case of my CUB125, the Meter area is Large sturdy.

Analog GPS..
I took a risk with this item as the only place to put it was on a non-magnetic metal instrument screen, and quite close to the instrumentation too. Unfortunately this does mean it does get occasional interference from magnetic fields on the bike. This isn't a big deal for me as I mainly just want to know which general direction my bike is travelling when in unfamiliar territory. If there was one thing this compass lacks, that would be a glow in the dark feature; which it doesn't have..hence it's useless when on the move at night. View detail
Recommended for touring mapple users
It looks good when attached to the back of the Screen. This type of product has been around for a long time, but with Navigation being used by the majority, it is an item that we do not want to see go away. View detail
I use it to locate where I can't get a signal.
I use this product to locate places where I can't get a signal, which is great because there are many places near camping areas and forest roads where I can't get a signal! View detail
In the end, you have to rely on Analog!
[How is it used?
I use the Compasses to easily check which direction I'm running in while driving, and when I'm touring in the summer relying on my phone's Navigation and it malfunctions on the Holder.
How was your experience with it?
It's the ultimate weapon for Analog alone, and it works fast.
[Points to note]
It is necessary to make sure that it is not affected by the magnetism of the surroundings at the time of installation by running the engine. I think that the place where it can be installed is considerably limited.
Point and hang of installation
Because the magnetic force is emitted from various devices, please put Engine on and stick it after confirming whether the influence of the magnetism of the surroundings is not emitted in the state that always runs sufficiently. Because it might encounter that it doesn't work unexpectedly while running.

Precision compass
The compass directly mailed from Japan is very accurate. Sometimes it is difficult to distinguish the north, south, east and west. Despite the navigation, you will still be anxious during the ride, which affects driving safety. With this compass, it is convenient to place in front of the car. Too much, the direction is clear at a glance, the compass is the right size, too big and exaggerated, too small and unclear, this is just right, the size design is more reasonable. I like it personally. The compass sent by direct mail from Japan is very accurate, and sometimes you can not tell the north from the south, east from the West. A necessity for the directionally challenged?
I'm using it on the Screen of my Tracer 900, and it doesn't work well around the Meter.
I can easily see which direction I'm heading in, which is perfect for me because I have no sense of direction.
I also use my phone's navigation system, but I've heard that leaving the battery charged can shorten the life of your iPhone's battery, so I rely on Compasses to get me where I need to go for the first time, and use Navigation when I get close.
In the past, BallCompasses were sold at car parts stores and home centers for about one coin, but with the advent of Navigation, they have completely disappeared. The price was 3 stars.
I plan to install it on my commuter motorcycle PCX150.

It's expensive.
I bought it because I wanted to be able to get a rough direction even when I wasn't on my phone Navigation. I don't have a problem with the functionality, but it's expensive compared to the thing. There are no other products like it, so I wonder if the price can't be helped? View detail
Handy!
Kawasaki EX-4 on a '95
The two-cylinder, 400cc, older model motorcycle vibrates heavily and visibility is a bit difficult to achieve while driving There is, but at low speeds, it is visible
Installation is done on the Left edge of the Screen at the position where the azimuth needle will not go out of alignment just apply with sided tape
It helps that the people in it are surprisingly directionless
When I was running in the neighborhood, I realized that I was going in the direction of north unexpectedly, and I was aware of the direction You'll never know unless you do
It's a bit pricey, but once you learn how to look at it, it's handy Items!

A companion for wandering without a destination in mind
If you are tired of looking at your phone or paper maps every time you want to check the direction, this is the only thing you need to do Issue
Place the magnet at a distance that will not be affected, as it will be pulled if it comes within 10cm of the magnet
It seems to have been shipped with the edges protruding from the Frame (not neatly seated) I was able to get it back to the way it was supposed to be, but I'm not sure if it will come off sooner or later due to vibration during driving I'm worried

For wanderlust and Navigation
What made you decide to buy?
→ Performance You want a directional magnet and it is a well-known manufacturer's product, Material:I bought it because it's a Aluminum base
How was your experience with it?
→Easily find direction when it's cloudy or there is no landmark nearby when Navigation is activated You can know that the Curve, which moves smoothly and is continuous even if you tilt the Motorcycle, can be used for a variety of purposes But it gives you the direction right away
Was it difficult to install? (In the case of hard parts)
→ easy possibility for double-sided tape
What is the point or hang of installation (for hard parts)?
→Double-sided tape only for simplicity, so degreasing and selection of installation locations are not necessary It's important If the rain and wind hit directly, it is likely to attack the following car the moment it strips off
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
→ functioning is also fine, no particulars as there are no problems after a fair amount of distance and days
Do you have any wishes or improvements you would like to make for the Manufacturer?
→ The color of the foundation. lime green and other demanded images
[Do you have any products to compare it to?
→SEWACar Compass:Constructed entirely of plastic, and the thin legs are badass No, it is for Vehicle and probably not safe to use for Motorcycles
[Others]
→Cowl If you have a car or someplace where you can avoid a direct hit from the rain and wind, you can use the weight you've charged There's no way you can keep it on and it might make the trip more fun

I really like it.
I purchased to give an emotional point. If you are a tourer bike owner, it seems to be a must have item. I attached it to benly110 but it is very cute and it goes well. Recommended because it is a good product. View detail
Solid build.
I wanted a simple compass for my naked bike. This will do just right. The compass is sturdy, and well mounted in the frame. I will be mounting it on the windscreen to avoid nearby metal that may upset the compass function. Even "upside-down" it looks good and works great. The floating ball moves freely in the mount and the letters are easy to read. This product is available from a lot of outlets, but WebBike was by far the least expensive. Shipping time is about a month to the US,but worth the wait. View detail
