Broken before I could use it.
Before using it, I threw it away because the lock hole 1 was licked and unusable. Because it is an impossible product. View detail
Making life harder for bike thieves
I bought this disk lock because it was cheaper than the alternatives and to replace a Chinese lock I had damaged after forgetting to remove it before riding. When it arrived I was so surprised that this lock looks really good in its bright finish. The keys show that it is a complex type of locking system and it opens and closes very easily. But most of all, I was very happy when holding this lock as it is literally 3 times heavier than my old damaged disk lock being made from strong steel unlike the Chinese one which is made from some sort of cheap alloy. Anything we can do to make thieves work harder is a good thing. View detail
As a precaution against theft, just in case.
Flashy looking disc lock makes the Plating stand out. There is no need to worry about forgetting to take it off because it is conspicuous. Locking body is also very small so you can easily lock it on the go. View detail

The chain lock was usually used at the time of storage, in town riding, since it is a short-time parking, the lock in particular was not applied, but since it might park at unknown land on touring for a long time, the disk lock was added to purchase just to make sure. Although it is silver and a color assimilates to a brake disc, and becomes unclear and I think that the crime prevention performance is also reasonably priced, I use it thinking soothing as an amateur's measure against a stolen ride. Although existence of a lock should be just intelligible by conspicuous colors, such as red, at least... Personally, since the person himself/herself who locked forgets to unlock a disk lock and it may break a brake, I do not want to use so much, but since I cannot walk around with a rough chain lock from usually, it is unavoidable. Since it is just before a start and I only bought an exsisting one this time, I plan to replace with what becomes the prevention from unlock with a wire later. View detail
