It seems that the side that sticks to the tank is not oil-resistant, and it melted and made the tank sticky. I am sorry, but I want to throw it away. View detail

It broke after one year of use.
I installed it in TriumphBONNEVILLE or Quantity of the support after one year of installation.:Pair (for Left and Right) Both were broken. View detail
Only the Right Side cannot be installed.
The work itself is so easy that anyone with the proper tools can install it.
It is very Firmly in strength and seems to be fine.
However, the Left Side was easily installed while the Right Side was not.
On the Right Side, the mounting holes are not aligned with the vehicle body and the screws are not inserted at an angle even when they are loose.
Therefore, it can only be fixed with a single Screw.
Customer Support was available to help,
I was sent a replacement, but (Delivery time:one month)
I still couldn't install it as well...
I feel that Bracket is in the wrong design stage if it doesn't get it twice in a row.
Or a welder's error.
Some people seem to be able to install it, so I wonder if the individual difference is Large.
The product is good, so it would be 5 if only it could be installed.
I am not disappointed because the Gold amount is also quite high.
Buyers need to be prepared for this.
I use a Screw and Tie Band to hold it in place for now. (Eventually, welding and processing are planned.)
The agency was sincere and I was satisfied with that.
However, even if I switch to other Motorcycle, I don't think I will buy this Manufacturer's products from Net in the future.

Poorly made so it floats.
The bolt and double-sided tape are used to secure the bolt, but the double-sided tape peeled off quickly due to poor workmanship. View detail
Why OEMAttachment, Honda, get a grip!
Honda Genuine Accessories.Side boxBracket installation was the worst.
I had heard that a person who purchased the product at the same time had found the installation to be Large strange.
I didn't think it was this Large strange.
In the end, all three stop bolt holes were machined to length.
When we checked the position of each of the three pcs, we found that they were off by about 2mm to 3mm.
All three holes were to be machined at least 1mm long,
It is made so sturdy that my Hand power was not flexible enough.
It took me about 3 hours, and I was cutting long holes little by little, believing that it was OEM, but in the second half I was using Leutor to do the hard work.
Finally got around to installing it.
I was worried about the future as I have other OEMAttachment purchases.

Difficult to install
It may be due to the Material, but no matter how much Tension is applied, it slips.
Included Parts:is not enough to hold it in place, so I use a rushing belt to hold it in place, but it still slides around.
On the Seat, it becomes unstable and theQuantity:Pair (for Left and Right) Balance tends to collapse.
If you don't apply a lot of Tension with Belt, it is likely to fall off.
I then bought and installed Carrier to stabilize it, but this time it slid all over the place.
When I consulted with Manufacturer, the answer was as if to say that it was because they were trying to fix it to Carrier, and if you don't like it, don't use it.
I have used a variety of TANA-X products, but I did not expect such a User-ignorant Manufacturer.
I clearly do not recommend it.
If you are considering for touring campingetc., it is better to use another manufacturer's bag.

I was stupid to buy it.
There is a problem with installation:a rubber belt must be attached to the seat, but this rubber belt should be considered a soft plastic belt. Also, there is no belt to secure the lower part of the back to the car body. It is dangerous. And the design is old. View detail
Not satisfactory for the price.
I regret buying it, the box was not worth the extra cost of the Smart keySystem type.
Also, I have to push a little harder to close the lid until it locks into place. I suspect that it probably has something to do with the Packing on the inside groove of the lid that prevents water droplets from entering, but since I can't take the Packing off, the final cause is unknown.
I didn't know enough about myself, but even if you use the Smart keySystem type, you still need to carry the key with you in case of emergency after all, so the number of keys is not reduced.
I regret that I didn't spend this much money for a Smart keySystem type box because it is the same hassle to open with a button or with a key.

Very expensive.
I bought this to install a DIY Container box on my y'sGEAR Carrier. I understand that it is expensive due to small production. I think it is unavoidable. However, I think it is reasonable to pay 500 yen.
I guess it could be that it was used outside of the dedicated product at 100 paces, but the Bracket fell out even though it was tightened with the specified Torque. We had taken other measures to secure it, so the box did not fall off. I think it is necessary to check the tightening of the bracket during breaks.

The thing itself is good, though.
The product itself is good, but if you install it by yourself, it is not covered, even though it costs more than 100,000 yen. There is no Instruction Manual for installation.
Honda's recent decline in service is remarkable for vehicle bodies, but I didn't realize that the same is true for OEMOption products.

Hole positions and angles that do not match at all
The bolt holes are gapped and do not go in straight against the bracket, but instead go in at a licking angle, and the bracket holes are also slightly gapped and do not fit.
Level that needs to be welded, etc., at a small fabrication shop or once cut off.
Carrier had only this Hepco & Becker, and I was hoping it would be the only one, but is this a bad product?
Couldn't it be made to snap in with a key like OEMSeat?

It's as bad as Explorer. W
1:How did you buy it?
This is the first time I've seen this product. I've been using their Explorer for 9 years now, but the cracks in the plastic frame are steadily progressing. I've been using it for 9 years by reinforcing it and waterproofing it, but the cracks in the plastic frame have been progressing steadily, and even if I re-cast the Rivet or added a reinforcing frame, it would still fall down. I had no choice but to replace it.
To be honest, I was tired of HEPCO's products, but on a certain site However, one of the sites was selling Gobi at a low price as a stock clearance, and I was able to use the mount. ALLMaterial:I bought it thinking that since it was Plastic, it wouldn't be like Explorer (I was naive). I bought it thinking that since it was plastic, it would not be like Explorer (I was naive).
2:Appearance
The color of the black part is also Color.:Unpainted. I bought the DELUXE with Silver lines, but again, it's not resin plate or anything like that, it's just Sealw.
The resin is generally flexible, but the GIVI feels softer. This is a concern when operating a single-cylinder motorcycle with a lot of vibration.
3:Capacity
The inside of the box is double-layered, including the lid, so you can imagine a cooler box without Heat Insulating Material. The lid is also double-layered, so you can only put in smaller items than the large size of the box, and I'm afraid that the heads of the Bolt and Rivet might damage the Helmet and Shield.
The overall thickness of the product gives it a certain rigidity even with the lid open.
4:The problem (here's the main point)
? Fixing method is messy & lax.
(Photo 1) This is the fixed part of the front side of Case, and there is a gap of about 2mm in the area circled by the red line.
There is no longitudinal rattle in the new condition because the Mount Pipe and Case are tightly connected in the area surrounded by the yellow line, but there is a high possibility of rattling due to the distortion and crushing of the Panel over time.
(Photo 2) I attached a 3mm thick Rubber Seat to the Case side to make it stick.
Arai SZ−RAM4(XL) XL) does not fit
(Photo 3 & 4) I didn't check it beforehand, but I thought it was too much for 42L capacity... orz
It's a pitfall of the double structure. I'm going to try to solve this problem by modifying the lid side, because the magic field increase is essential for HEPCOBrand.
? The retractable shaft is not a hinge, just a plastic platew
(Photo 5) It's been a short time since I bought it, so I can't say it's an endurance test, but it's already gone white after about 10 times of opening and closing. What was I thinking?
Well, if this place looks like it's about to be torn to shreds, I'll go to the home-centre and use Material.:I'm going to buy some stainless steel hinges and install them. It seems that HEPCO's company policy is to let users do DIY without question (smiles).
5:General Comments
HEPCO & Co. BECKER is a company that destroys the image of Germany as a country of craftsmanship and quality products. It's a very good company. If you are going to buy a new box, you should buy GIVI no matter what.
I would also buy a GIVI without hesitation if there is a Top & Pannier case mount available for my motorcycle.

I used it for 3 years...
I have purchased the Tanax several times and used it on the recommendation of a friend, but there is no sense of rigidity of the bag as a whole and there is no sense of stability in loading luggage.
The current Motorcycle Tandem seat is so thin that if the bag can't hold enough luggage, no matter how much you tighten the adjustable band, the bag will deform and the luggage will not be stable.
I have been using this product for about 3 years since I purchased it, but I will be switching to another company's product this time.
