Cost-effective
Replaced with SUNSTAR Chain after 15,000 km as the OEM Chain had outgrown it.
The front and rear Sprockets were also replaced with Kawasaki OEM at the same time.
The effect of replacing the Chain, which had been fully extended, is that it is able to transmit power very smoothly.
We recommend this product as it is more cost-effective than other companies' ChainManufacturer products.

Front sprocket15T CB250R
HONDA CB250R's NORMAL is 13T, but we changed it to 15T because we have to turn the Engine on the highway. No modification is required and it can be installed with Bolt On.
No readjustment of the speedometer is required.
With the NORMAL 13, the Meter display showed 88 km/h even at a GPS speed of 80 km/h, which is about 10% higher. However, after replacing the front sprocket with a 15T, the GPS speed and Meter speed are now almost identical.
I expected to see an increase in distance in terms of fuel consumption, but the higher GEAR ratio and higher engine load offset this increase. However, the higher GEAR ratio and higher engine load offset the increase in speed, and fuel consumption was essentially unchanged from the time when the engine was in NORMAL 13.

15T Front sprocket (SUNSTAR)
Changed from standard CB250R Sprocket to 15T.
The change was made because there was not as much first gear extension as expected and because it would soften the embrittlement.
It was not as effective as expected, but there is a sense of improvement.
The HappyMeter error of the speedometer has also been reduced, and it feels closer to the actual speed.
The replacement work was planned to be done by himself, but was carried out by Shop due to other consultations.
As a result, I am glad I asked for help. If I had done the work by myself, I would have had a hard time fitting the Chain Guard, etc.

Chain of SprocketManufacturer
We are already using SUNSTAR's Sprocket and Brake Disc.
I was curious about this since Chain was Released.
Speaking of Chain, EK, RK, and DID are the 3Manufacturers.
All were used.
I DID have the best of both worlds.
Purchased to try if I wanted to become a fourth ChainManufacturer.
It is less expensive than other 3Manufacturer.
I have already Converted from 525 to 520, so I bought 520-112.
What is different from the other three manufacturers is the thickness of the seal.
When I try to exchange them by connecting them with Tie Wrap, the widths do not match and I can't connect them. The roller widths are the same since they are the same 520.
I skipped 1 LINK and gave it a lap.
Included Parts:Crimp pieces, Seal and Grease.
Some Manufacturers do not come with Grease, which is appreciated.
However, this grease is hard. It is hard to wipe off excess grease.
Chain Cut & Crimp tool for crimping and crimping is the same process as the others.
After assembling, the seal is still thick. I feel uncomfortable when I lubricate it.
Are you sure you want to do this?"
The 520 is limited to 800cc, so ninja1000 is on its own.
I'll replace it with something different when I get tired of it anyway.
I am satisfied with the appearance immeChain.

I wanted to try Plating since the OEM has gone Rust, so I decided to go with this Gold chain.

SUNSTARFront drive sprocket
It was quite expensive, but I bought it because my DID non-seal chain started to stretch.
It's expensive, but it's pretty good. I hope it is as durable as it looks.
Chain, Sprocket, Tire, etc., will have a short lifespan if they are cheap CHINA or non-seal Chainetc. with low cost, so in the end, you will lose money by buying cheap.

Double the Parenthesis with Logo!
I had been using SUNSTAR's Sprocket as my standard chain, but since the chain was RK, I decided to take this opportunity to use SUNSTAR. I'm sure it's not SUNSTAR's own product, but it's an OEM product, and I'm relieved to know that the drive train is made by one manufacturer at a standard price. If you look closely, you can see the SUNSTAR logo on the piece, which is very cool, and the brake disc is also PremiumRACING, which makes it even more SUNSTAR! (Lol) I recommend it for its custom look and feel. View detail

In search of low-speed Power
XR250 (MD30) 97 years old standard SprocketFront13, Rear40 changed to Front12, Rear42.
The low-speed 1st and 2nd gears are now easier to use in Course and Race.
Now I'm thinking of making the Rear about 44 or 46, but I can't do it because the Normal chain guide might hit it.
Can someone please tell me what's going on?

Acceleration-oriented Setting
CRF250L I installed it on my MD47.
I lowered the setting from NORMAL 14T to 13T with emphasis on acceleration.
I have to admit that I didn't know much about it yet, as I only test drove it around my neighborhood, and it's a residential area, so I couldn't fly it at all.
However, 2nd and 3rd gears seemed to be easier to handle.
I'll have more imprecations when I get to the mountains and try them out!

It's light but a little…
At first I used the OEM Driven Sprocket, but no matter how much I adjusted the chain, it still made a rattling noise, so I replaced it with the SUNSTAR Driven Sprocket.
After the replacement, there is no soundproofing rubber, so there is a Vienna sound, but the clattering sound has disappeared.

Looks like there's a lot less Friction than I thought.
Chain has been changed from DID.
Considering the Gold price range, I thought the strength was high.
The weight has increased by about 10%, but I think it will be hard to stretch.
O-ring durability seems to be promising.
The rest will be evaluated after running the distance, but I thought it was good to have more Manufacturers to choose from!
The Caulking Tool DID work fine!
Chain jointetc. is difficult to obtain at present, so it is necessary to combine with Sprocket.
I'm hoping it will be MAJOR.

Off cars are fun Short!
Changed from OEM14T to SUNSTAR12.
I loosened the Axle Nut on the rear wheel and loosened the Chain, so it was easy to replace. (Car body Right Side) The Sprocket cover is 8mm and the one holding the Sprocket is 10mm. With all this, you can make it short and it's cheap! Cost-effectiveness is the Large threshold! You have to do it!
As for the play of the chain, in my case, it was large and strong if I adjusted it with the one that came originally.
I made the bike short so it has a good acceleration and stable start. It's not a motorcycle for top speed, so I think it's more fun to ride a short bike like this for normal riding! I'm looking forward to the forest roads!

Expected
When I took a turn at an intersection with REBEL250, I often wondered whether I should change to 2nd or 3rd gear, so I changed the GEAR ratio a little bit so that I could drive in 2nd gear.
It's riding good after the replacement.
Also, with the same Speed, the Engine RPMs are kept low, so I'm happy to say that vibration is slightly reduced at high speeds.
One of the problems I had was that the Speedometer generated errors.
The speed would appear about 6-7% slower, so I fixed it by installing an iPRO Speed Healer.

Easy Torque up
I installed a T 13 on my CRF250rally.
I felt the Torque was lacking at low rpm, but when I installed it I was happy with it.
The top speed was down, but it's an Off car, so it's not a problem at all.

Worth the exchange.
It's easier to handle at lower speeds.
The NORMAL pickup quality is appealing, but I think it's worth a try and see.
Acceleration and torque-feeling on launch are not bad.
Durability and cost performance are three as I have only driven about 200km since I replaced it, but from the product's claims, it looks promising.
