Used on SR400 final
SR400 FINAL Used in OEM condition, exhaust system, intake and exhaust, ignition system and all other systems are full normal.
First, the Front sprocket is set to SUNSTAR SUNSTAR:221-20 Replaced with 19T→20T.
After driving about 500 km at high speed, I felt that I could still make it high geared, so I looked for a Front 21T and found one made by RCE EngineerRing. When we contacted the manufacturer, we found that the product was discontinued and could not be obtained.
Then, we changed our policy to change the rear sprocket and searched for one that was compatible with the OEM428Chain and found the following. The smallest 51T was selected.
I would have preferred Steel for its durability, but could not find it.
XAM XAM PREMIUM Series Rear Sprocket
Item number:A3207X51T
It was nice to be able to install the OEM428Chain as is, with no Conversion required for the 520Size and no Chain piece stuffing.
Now Front20T/Rear51T with reduction ratio 2.55 ← OEM 2.947 19T/56T
In this condition, the Meter reading was 4100 rpm at 100 km/h cruise, and I could drive with the flow without numbness in my hands, even at a crowded highway. After traveling a total of 650 km on the Kita-Kanto, Joshinetsu, Hokuriku, and Kan-Etsu highways in this condition, I have no problem at all cruising at 100 km/h. Overtaking lane 110-120km/h is also possible. It is possible to climb a hill on the highway at 100km/h with 5th gear. The maximum speed in 5th gear is 125km/h. Also, on ordinary roads, 5th gear is useless at speeds below 60km/h, but this is not a problem at all since the car can be driven in 4th gear. In fact, when driving in Bypass, it is possible to drive at 80 km/h in 5th gear at 3000 rpm, which is comfortable and pleasant. Acceleration is reduced, but it is acceptable.
We recommend this Spec. for SR400Rider, which is mainly for touring.
I would like XAM to produce a Stainless Steel Sprocket, and a 50T Sprocket.

Looks great.
The mileage is now close to 2,000 kilometers, so the three-point Quantity:I replaced it with a set
The Chain was RK, so the Sprocket was XAM front and back.
I think the durability is inferior to OEMSteel, but I like the custom look.

Hard DuraluminSprocket
[How is it used?
I bought a high quality Sprocket as the GEAR ratio setting was set (and consequently replaced and removed further …).
Was the one you received as per Image?
The Duralumin shade is very nice, dull and not too flashy. Lightweight and no BALI, very nice shaping.
Was the installation difficult?
General Sprocket replacement can be used.
How was your experience with it?
I don't see the benefit of weight savings … it looks better.
[Included Parts:were they on?
There is no Bolt or Nut, so it is an OEM diversion.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
It's not cosmetic other than the way it looks….

A standard item. Valuable Size expansion, although the delivery time was long when the product was out of stock.
Because I ride a motorcycle that is a reimported vehicle and is unpopular with JapanFOR JAPAN MODEL, I have been living my life as a rider, struggling to find the right size even for drivetrain parts.
XAM has developed a wide range of Sprocket's number of Sprocket's pins, and is a member of the Sprocket world. Conscience." I believe that the "one" is the one that is the most important.
Please continue to support Lineup for many years to come.
Now, the product, as a RiderLevel, I have no problems with it at all.
From a Rider I know who does Race. Accuracy is not good; ISA is better." I was told, because there is no SIZE!!!! It makes me sad that even SUNSTAR doesn't have the number of Ding that we have to deal with.
I think XAM is picking up on this as there seems to be a similar event in the old car system.
We use Quantity when exchanging Chain:Purchased and replaced by Set.
Front sprocket is not so chippy to be replaced, but, well, I went with the momentum.
If you're going to exchange, you're all in the clear!

Happiness that there is a wide range of sizes available. I think the products hold up well.
I used to have an image of an aluminum sprocket that would run out quickly and I avoided it, but that was because I was using it on an off-road course, and I wondered if it would hold up well on an on-road course.
In my Motorcycle, I don't remember exactly to the distance, but I think I didn't replace it for 20,000 km....
That product was also XAM's Sprocket.
This time, we decided to replace both the front and rear Sprocket with a new Chain, and chose XAM because it was a minor car model that did not allow us to choose a manufacturer.
XAM is a god that provides even these end sizes.
I don't have any problems with the product, and I think it is very durable. if you have been avoiding Aluminum Sprocket, and especially if you don't drive around a lot of distance, I think you can TRY it once. I think there will be Merit because the weight under the spring will be reduced by the rotating material.

Replaced because of rattling.
I had purchased a Sprocket from a low-cost manufacturer and was using it, but I was concerned about rattling from the beginning of the purchase, so I switched to XAM, a reliable company.
The rattling has been beautifully fixed and I am very happy with the results.
The vehicle in which it was installed was a YSR80, and since it was too high-revving engine to be suitable for city driving, we dropped the number of pins by one.
We have abandoned the maximum speed, but the emphasis on acceleration has made city driving much easier.

I am very pleased with the change after the replacement, even though the original was no good.

You can't go wrong with XAM.
XAM has manufactured FrontSprocket for almost all car models, which is helpful for Rider who rides Minor car models.
It is cosmetically excellent because you can change the GEAR ratio to your liking for about 3,000 yen!

High cost performance.
Compared to other companies' Sprocket products, it is of the same quality but at a lower price.
I think the cosmetics are very cost-effective.
Gold alumite also has good coloring, and it is Custom at a glance.
The fact that it can be recognized is also highly appreciated.

Note the chain size
I bought this for my KLX125.
but please note the supported Chain size.
OEMSize is 428, this item is 420.
It is my fault that I bought it without checking it properly, but the Chain was still 428, so the mesh does not fit slightly and damages the Chain.
Specifically, at the end of the winding side, the Chain hits the pile of Sprocket and makes an unpleasant clattering sound when running.
Finally, we had to repurchase a 428-compatible Sprocket.
If it can run, it can run, but we recommend that you check the Chain size you are using before buying it.

[How is it used?
The Chain & Sprocket of the long-distance touring favorite "to-Racer" were worn out, so I looked for and bought the products on sale in Webike's site to refresh them before this year's Season.
Was the one you received as per Image?
Aluminum Sprocket in the old familiar Gold (Bronze?) color, also in the product description section. The custom motorcycleBoom of the 80's and 90's. The gold sprocket has been passed down from generation to generation while maintaining the image of those days. The product is listed as "Image Street," which is familiar to me as I started riding motorcycles in the late 1980s.
How was your experience with it?
Probably a lighter weight product than OEM, though, It's getting more nimble!" I could not find any changes in the etc., but the noise was much less because the Chain and the front and rear Sprocket were replaced with new ones.
Objective. Replace consumables." When And by the way, it looks good." So the objectives are [Color] Clear, and it should definitely contribute to the reduction of drive loss.
[Points to note]
The regular price is 11,550 yen, but as of July 6, 2023, it is 8,815 yen. (tax included) You can always check Webike's site (Direct Marketing) so that you can buy the products you want without missing Webike's Sale.
How did it compare to other products?
This time, we compared this product with YamahaOEM Product.
The OEM Product is cheaper by far, as it costs 5,357 yen (including tax) when checked on the Yamaha website, but the simple appearance of the iron It's been replaced by Other Brand Product. I don't regret it at all because I wanted to look like a good person.

Point and hang of installation
Nothing in particular, except for the parts to be replaced. Put it firmly back where it was originally attached." Please work with the following in mind.
[ITEMS TO BUY TOGETHER
If the Driven Sprocket is worn out, naturally the Driven Sprocket and Chain are also worn out. If only the Driven Sprocket is replaced with an elongated Chain, the risk of wear is still present, and the quantity of the front and rear Sprocket & Chain:We recommend replacement at Set.
[Opinions and requests to Manufacturer
For a middle-aged person like me, CLASSICSeries is nostalgic and gratifying, please keep up the good work.

I think it's reasonably priced.
attachment
After jack-up, it is difficult to remove the shaft bolt, so loosen it and remove the RearDisk pat. Then, put the board on the Swing Arm and Jack-up the Swing Arm.
Hammer the shaft to push it out. It was hard to pull it out, so I used Phillips Screwdriver to push it in. It's hard to pull it out, isn't it? (I sewed Grease up before putting it back in).
In addition, remove the front sprocket and RearDisk pat. I'll clean up the back side of the disk, which I always skip.
Sprocket has a Motorcycle of the Showa era? The Plate is attached to the Bolt, so it can be pried with the Driver + Hammer. (M10, Pitch1.25mm, Wrench14mm)
Plate is sandwiched between pliers and bent back to its original position.
The shaft is inserted by aligning the holes with the tire slightly grounded to the ground. It was surprisingly easy, although it required some hang at that point, but the rest was a whole lot of hard work. I think the color is nice and austere.
The wear and tear on the teeth. You had a lot of grinding. (from the side)
I guess the valley was pretty well scraped too. Well, it was an iron Sprocket that lasted well for 40,000 km!
Additional notes
This one seems to peel off the paint or coating on the teeth after a few kilometers of driving. Coating seems to peel off after a few kilometers. If you are concerned about it, you might want to choose another one.

More options for Sprocket Ding numbers, may be a good deal in the long run.
[How is it used?
I purchased a Driven SprocketAdapter, which I had been interested in for some time, to replace the worn out Driven Sprocket on my SEROW250.
Was the one you received as per Image?
To be honest, I had only seen it in Webike's images, as there was no one around me who used it and it was not available at any Motorcycle stores in the prefecture.
However, I was able to confirm it with several clear images and the installation images in the Review section, so it was just as I had imagined.
Was the installation difficult?
It is not difficult to remove the OEM Driven Sprocket from the hub and tighten the type of Sprocket used by SEROW225W together.
How was your experience with it?
By using this product, as mentioned above, it is possible to use a regular Driven Sprocket that does not have a built-in SEROW225W hub damper, allowing for a fine selection change in the number of pins.
and the so-called Normal The Driven Sprocket of SEROW250 can be purchased much cheaper (although some materials are more expensive) than the SEROW250OEM Type with built-in Damper, so the next time you need to replace your Sprocket, be kind to your wallet.
The loss of the hub damper allows the user to accelerate Gut!" and would it increase the Direct feeling? but it was not enough to bother me.
[Included Parts:were they on?
No Included Parts:, only AdapterBody, that is all that is needed.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
I bought it thinking as above, but as of 2023, there were not as many choices as I had expected... I thought there used to be many Driven Sprockets available.
Other items that would be helpful
Point and hang of installation
No special requirements. Remove the OEMSprocket, align this product with the bolt position on the hub side, and install the Driven Sprocket for SEROW225W in quantity.:Set and tighten the nut together with the specified Torque.
[Availability and clarity of the Instruction Manual
I don't think there was an Instruction Manual...well, if you are buying this product as a necessity, I think you will have no problem even without the Instruction Manual.
[Notes]
The bolt attached to the hub side is surprisingly easy to get nipped, so be sure to manage the torque well.
[ITEMS TO BUY TOGETHER
Driven Sprocket for SEROW225W (any number of Ding) should be purchased at the same time.
If the original Sprocket is to be replaced due to wear, the DriveSprocket and Chain should also be replaced with new ones.
[Opinions and requests to Manufacturer
I guess it can't be helped because I don't think there is much demand for this product, but I would appreciate it if it were a little cheaper.

XAM Sprocket
[How is it used?
YAMAHA XJR400R (07 year) The mileage of the car was 39,000km and the Sprocket had reached its limit, so I replaced it with this product.
I bought the body when it had 19,000 km, so I did not know if the previousOwner had replaced it.
This time, we decided to replace the Chain, Front and Rear Sprocket, and Hub damper, and since the Rear was made by XAM, we chose XAM for the Front side as well.
How was your experience with it?
The product itself is well made. It is made by XAM.
The Offset Design was slightly different from the OEM Product that was originally attached to the vehicle.
If you compare the photos, you can see that they are quite sharp.
I drove about 500 km after installation and had no problems.
I feel that the movement is smoother and the acceleration feeling has improved.
How did it compare to other products?
I can only compare it with the OEM Product that was originally installed, but the new one is still very different.
I will replace it every 15,000 km from now on.
[Points to note]
The nut that holds the Sprocket in place was tightened very tightly and did not come off at all.
I had no choice but to go to a Motorcycle shop and use Air Impact to force it loose.
This is the kind of thing that scares me when I buy a used car ...
