Nothing beats OEM
Type to wrap around cheap Grip made by other companies. (12V) I bought the OEM Product because I was concerned that the Heater on the Axel side was gapping when I was using it. The OEM Product is not as warm as the 12V Wrap Around Type, which was warm enough to feel hot. Still, it is warm enough for my needs, and most importantly, the gripping feeling is the same as a normal gripping. Compared to other companies' products, it is troublesome to handle the wiring, but a connector for the Grip heater is provided on the car body side from the beginning, so the wiring is reflected. It is good that the standard connector can be used. View detail
Screen replacement required
I have been using High Widow Screen, replacing it all the time. I am not young and I buy OEM.
It's an extra step, but I'm going to replace it at the same time when I exchange it.
I took a picture of the part numbers of the parts. The quantity is for 6 pieces each.
It will be. Reference.

I feel having a factory Honda rear rack on the Monkey 125 is the best choice for aesthetics
About quality and texture - The rear rack from Honda is made from pieces of flat bar and steel tube with precision bents that are TIG welded together and plated with a chrome surface finish, the quality from the overall fit and finish is perfect. About the feeling of use - I feel having a factory Honda rear rack on the Monkey 125 is the best choice for aesthetics but when it comes to practicality this is not the case due to it's small cargo bed dimensions but really it'd all about the look for me. Products to buy together - A key product to buy together with the rear rack for me was a fender eliminator as I wanted to add as much of the original Monkey Z50 styling back to the Monkey 125 and that started with removing unwanted black plastic parts. Difficulty of installation - The installation of the rear rack is a simple task that took 0.5 of an hour to complete. Some slight mechanical aptitude and the use of basic hand tools is all that is required to secure the rear rack to the frame. Cost performance and comparison with other products - I find the cost of all the products Honda sell to be very reasonable when compared to what some of the other companies sell their products for and their rear rack is no different. About shipping and packaging - With there being a no significant cost difference between sea freight and EMS for the rear rack, I chose sea EMS for an earlier arrival date as I was in no particular rush to install the product. The part was extremely well protected while being covered in bubble wrap and surrounded with air pillows in a sturdy cardboard box. Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing - For my location, when purchasing a special factory Honda product like this, it is best to do so from Webike Japan. There are a few local stores selling parts for the Monkey 125 but the product is not available. View detail

Low profile parts...a blind spot.
The circumstances of the exchange,
It seems like the oil is getting low ? There is a lot of white smoke coming out of the exhaust system. I can understand if it is right after starting the engine in winter, but the white smoke doesn't disappear even after the engine is warmed up.
[Symptoms of Oil drop]
▲ BlueWhite smoke is emitted when Engine RPM is low.
▲When the Engine is stopped for a while and then started, White smoke is produced.
White smoke is produced when the Engine speed is increased after Idling for a while. 。
→ This is exactly what it is.
[Cause of Oil drop.
‥
(1) Valve wear
Damage due to age-related deterioration
Expansion and contraction due to temperature change
Deterioration due to dirty engine oil
→?Hardening of Stem Seal Suspect damage due to age-related deterioration.
Because... Stem seals are rubber, and I thought they would deteriorate (laughs).
Valve stem seal
The Valve stem seal is attached to the valve guide in the engine head and prevents engine oil supplied to the head from flowing into the combustion chamber through the sliding surfaces of the valve stem and guide.
Valve stem seal inside the cylinder head.
[Deterioration over time].
→Valve stem seal will not adhere to Valve Stem over time 。 When the oil level drops, the consumption of oil increases, resulting in poor engine performance due to lack of oil, abnormal noise, and in some cases, overheating and seizure.
White smoke and odd odors also appear, the first symptom listed. →That's what this is (laughs).
This replacement is an OEM Stem Seal.
procedure
First, remove the Dynamo cover to expose the Flywheel. Similarly, remove the side cover of the Cylinder head.
(2) Align the notch on the Crankcase with the top dead center mark (T) of the Flywheel and the 0Mark of the Camshaft Sprocket with the notch on the Cylinder head.
If it is difficult to match the tensioners, remove the bolt that is holding the tensioner tension of the camshaft chain tensioner and bleed off the hydraulic pressure.
Remove the locker arm, remove the camshaft, remove the valve spring using a valve spring compressor, remove the stem seal, and replace it with a new one. 。 After installation, use the Thickness Gauge and Tappet Adjust Wrench to return the Tappet clearance to the proper setting.
(5) Assemble the unit in the reverse order of disassembly. Finally, the amount of oil is checked and replenished before starting.
Effect after replacement
......White smoke has disappeared and the exhaust Gas smell has been eliminated!
It is not a part that comes out from the outside, so it is not an easy part to replace, but please check it when you overhaul the Engine or Cylinder head.

Bore up and Brake well.
I raised the Engine Displacement Volume to 88cc by bore up above the waist, but the Brake Shoe was the Enhanced Version of 50cc, and I felt that it did not have enough braking power, especially in the Rear. I decided to go with the OEM90 brake because I felt that a brake that was more in line with the Engine Displacement Volume would be better.
[Brake Shoe What is
A part that presses against the moving body to stop the motion when braking.
[What happens to the Brake Shoe when it is reduced?
If the brake lining is worn away, the gold part of the brake shoe will come into direct contact with the brake drum, causing damage to the brake drum. 。 Under these conditions, Brake becomes unstable and very dangerous.
How long will Motorcycle's Brake Shoe last?
Fat Material:Rubber products (Tire, Brake Shoe) and others are subject to severe deterioration over time and should be replaced after about 2 years.
Procedure Rear]
(1) Disassembly of Brake
First, disassemble the area around the Brake Adjust Nut, which is hidden behind the Exhaust System.
Since there are many small parts, put them in a parts tray or the like to avoid losing them.
Next, disassemble the TorqueLINK area, straightening and pulling out the TorqueLINK cotter pin (split pin) that prevents the TorqueLINK nut from falling out. You can get the cotter pin at home centers as well as at motorcycle supply stores, so replace it with a new one instead of reusing it. (Size is 1.6×20mm)
Remove the Axle Shaft.
First, straighten the split Pin leg and pull it out.
Depending on the year and model of the SUPER CUB or LITTLE CUB, there may be a case where the Axle Shaft and the Exhaust System interfere with each other. If you see it from the side, remove the Exhaust System or loosen the Bolt and shift it. 19mm Glasses Wrench is used to loosen the Axle Shaft. The Axle Shaft will rotate together, so apply a 14mm Glasses Wrench to the opposite side to prevent the shaft from rotating together. Since the axle shaft is tight, it is easier to apply force by holding the rear tire of the CUB in a position as if you were holding the rear tire of the CUB, although this may seem odd. When you have reached this point, you can finally pull out the axle shaft. If the shaft is too hard to pull out, use pliers to make it easier to pull out.
The collar between the Tire and Swing Arm should also be removed before it rolls away.
After removing the collar, the rear wheel can be removed. It is easy to remove the rear wheel by rocking it back and forth while pulling it slightly toward you.
Removal of ?Brake Shoe
The CUB uses a drum brake called the Leading Railing type. The Brake Shoe can be installed on either the front or the back side, but the wear on the leading side and the trailing side will change. Pull it outward as hard as you can. This is a forceful technique, but there is a hang to it as well:instead of applying force evenly to both sides, concentrate the force on one side at a time.
Drum brakes are more prone to the accumulation of garbage than disc brakes, so it is recommended to clean them with parts cleaner or dustcloth while disassembling.
Installation of ?Brake Shoe
Before assembling the Brake Shoe, apply universal grease to the Cam section. 。 If it adheres to the liner, braking power may be reduced, so please apply a thin coat instead of a large amount. 。 Once the all-purpose grease is applied, install the shoes. (When installing the shoes, it is easier to install one side at a time. 。 After assembling the Brake Shoe, move the Brake Arm to confirm that it operates Smoothly.
good point
◎BrakeTouch is soft and works well.
It is for ◎90 (strictly speaking, 85cc), so there is no sense of overwork.
◎This is a MODEL that is no longer manufactured, but we are thankful that it is available.
Durability due to ◎OEM.
◎ Less squeak than a certain Manufacturer's reinforced Brake Shoe (lol).
A bad point
▲Large strange that there are many work processes before taking out → replacement (laugh).
However, I am glad to have replaced it.
The brake is designed to match the engine displacement volume, and the development design has been tested thoroughly, so there's no doubt about it.
I'm afraid of myself running (laughs).
Also, this can be used for CUB PRESS!

Halogen is still active
I have tried many things, including external with Color and Valve, but the OEM Halogen light is the easiest to use and I returned it.
Nowadays, LEDs are used in new cars, and Halogen light is still old-fashioned, like the Image of old.
But when I looked into it, I realized that it is quite practical.
The first time the project was completed, the project was completed.
Halogen light
A type of white light bulb that generates heat by passing an electric current through a tungsten filament (resistance) and emits light by blackbody radiation due to high temperatures of up to 3,000 degrees Celsius. 。 The difference is that Halogen gas is sealed inside the valve in addition to inert gas.
Features,
Smaller in size than white light bulbs
● Light is stronger than white-hot bulbs, and gets considerably hotter.
It is used in situations that require spot light intensity, and is also used in Stage lighting due to its strong light emission. 。 In addition, the brightness and color temperature rarely change while the power is on and the lights are turned on.
→Easily adopted for Motorcycle and Car headlights.
Advantages of Halogen bulb
Long life. →.
In a white light bulb, Tungsten, which is the filament, evaporates and becomes thinner as it is used, and at the same time, the evaporated Tungsten adheres to the glass surface called Valve and turns black, resulting in a decrease in illumination. 。 In contrast, Halogen bulbs have a longer life than white-hot bulbs because evaporated Tungsten returns to TungstenFilament by HalogenCycle using Halogen gas added in the Valve.
2) High brightness →.
Superior heat resistance and higher temperatures than typical White Heat bulbs, allowing for higher voltage and higher luminance 。
(3) High heat and shock resistance→.
Quartz glass is used in the valve to handle high temperatures. Quartz glass is made from quartz and is characterized by its excellent heat resistance, impact resistance, and transparency. 。 As for heat resistance, thermal expansion is very small, making it resistant to sudden changes in temperature.
[Characteristics
Halogen light is inexpensive and has good transparency.
The brightness of halogen bulbs is inferior to HIDs and LEDs, Soft luminescence that does not dazzle when looked directly at." features.
Halogen light is more transparent and easier to be detected by others when it rains heavily. However, Halogen bulbs do not illuminate the road surface more than necessary, so there is a Merit that allows driving with sufficient visibility even in the rain.
Halogen will always pass the safety standards required for vehicle inspections, etc.
OEMs are required to meet safety standards, etc. [Color] I decided to try Halogen light, which is used by OEMs if you are going to buy it, since it is shipped in a CLEAR condition.
I was also convinced that practical cars with Halogen attached are still working in the market.
good point
Easy to drive at night. ◎Easy to drive at night.
◎No reflection of the road surface.
◎Visibility there even in bad weather.
◎Low cost. ◎Low cost, yet meets safety standards.
◎Bulbs are hard to burn out.
◎Do not bother the car in front of you or oncoming traffic.
A bad point
▲Image is often viewed with the prejudice that it was a long time ago.
Halogen head lamps are inexpensive to purchase and easy to replace.
The disadvantage is that the brightness is weaker than DischargeHead lamps and LEDHead lamps, but there are many Merits to continue using them in terms of safety standards, cost performance, and convenience.

Tandem is going to be safe.
We are a couple in our 60's and take turns driving nc750x, but when we get on the rear seat, the seat surface of the rear of this motorcycle is small and there is no projection on the rear, so we have to put one arm around the rider's waist and the other hand on the side of the seat. It was not very stable even if I gripped the gripping part with my other hand. When the Rider was accelerated in the acceleration lane on the expressway, it almost swung off and I was in a cold sweat. This time, when I installed the Carrier and rode in the car, it was a very expensive purchase, and the Carrier was very stable in the rear and quantity of the buttocks.:Pair (for Left and Right) We are not planning to install a box or side case.
Now I can take my grandchildren for a ride with peace of mind.

Service manual and quantity when maintaining your car:It is a must-have for Set!
[How is it used?
I purchased it as a must-have item along with the Service Manual for maintenance of my CB1100, which I want to ride for a long time after its production ends.
Was the one you received as per Image?
The color of the cover is different, but the contents are the same. There seems to be a slight difference in minor changesetc. depending on the number of editions.
How was your experience with it?
It is helpful that all Parts are listed in detail.
You can also browse the web version for free, but it doesn't even list prices, so PaperBase is a better reference because it also shows prices.
[Points to note]
In addition to the unbranded CB1100, EX, and RS, there are a surprising number of other models with different model numbers, so make sure you buy the right one.
How did it compare to other products?
I can't compare it because it is the one and only List, but I think it is easier to read than the web number.
▼ The price revisions will change the description, but let's look at that with Large eyes, thinking that we have confirmed the history of our car.
