Stylish Crash Pad for a stylish Crash Pad.
I'm wearing it with the short Katanakit and it's quite my favorite part.
As far as installation goes, I think there was quite a bit of brute force involved.
However, the price is pretty nasty.

KATANA Co-Spray☆Only for people who want to use a different Motorcycle
I installed it myself upon delivery of the SV650X.
Installation is not so easy as it is with some overseas manufacturers, but no special tools are required.
(My explanation is for the SV650X.)
There is no need to replace the handlebar in the case of SV650X. The parts for the SV without X are also included, but it seems to change a little bit more large as the brake hose is modified.
You will need to disassemble the handlebar area to change the handling of the hose, etc. It may be difficult to do this unless you have replaced the separate handle or you have experience.
It was written that the bracket part of Cowl needs to be cut and tightened together with Tank. But it's not so good because it's floating.
The screen of Cowl is the original one for this Cowl. Compared to the real KATANA screen, it's a little bit different. I have modified the screen for 250KATANA and installed it. You need to change the holes and Bracket & amp; Grommet as well.
Blinker can be relocated as a NORMAL.
Adjust the optical axis at your own risk.
Personally, I wasn't particularly fond of KATANA (bomb), but
I've been wanting a distinctive Motorcycle and I like it!
As a result, I'm starting to like KATANA.

Quality made overseas. but this is how it should be.
I'm using it on my Aprilia RSV4FACTORYAPRC '14.
I'm looking for an external exterior for for Race and
There was one made by Magical racing, but I went with this one to compare on price.
It is made of Black Gel, but the screws are made of KevlarCarbon, which makes it very durable.
Please note that the screw holes are not open, so you will need to open them.
The part where the Upper Cowl and the Under Cowl are connected is made of Quick fastener (hexagon), so there is no need for drilling here.
There are no drainage holes that need to be opened either, the Blind can be off-the-shelf, or you can use the Home Center's water-related Blind.
You can use it by drilling a hole in the size that fits.
It's FRP in terms of material construction, but it's made in its own way because it's a painted base.
There are quite a few differences between Japan and other countries in this area.
However, since it is a painted base, it is better to buy it knowing that it is made in a certain way.
There are cracks in the gel and a thin portion of FRP, but I used it for a while as it is. There is no problem.
After painting it this time, I hope it turned out reasonably well. And so on.
The Seat Cowl comes with Seat, but this Base is also removable with a Quick fastener.
This is a very good build, and it is so good that I want the manufacturer of the FOR JAPAN MODEL to imitate it.
Unfortunately, my RSV4 is a 14 year old with a slightly different Spec.
The seat cowl was not suitable for my model year (the type with Bosch sensor), so I modified it slightly.
RSV4 has been around since 09-, but it is a Type without APRC, and APRC will start coming out in '11.
After 14 years from that point, it became a model change and RF and RR became a MODEL.
There are some minor changes in the APRC from 2011, such as different tank shapes, calipers and wheels, which are different from the first and second half of the APRC, so it is recommended that you look carefully before purchasing.

I'm generally satisfied
There is a little bit of laxity in the installation accuracy, but Silhouette has improved in Large The coloring is just right (^-^) The delivery time and the impact of Corona didn't seem to have much of an effect on me, so it arrived earlier than I expected? View detail

I think it's functional enough
I have an SV650X I installed it to relieve the tightness I feel around my hip joints. parts themselves are just It's hard to tell which one is the other side of the iron plate of The handling of the brake hose is a little difficult It was not difficult to work in the degree I think that the crampedness was considerably reduced when I felt that I straddled it It's easy and effective enough However, if the cost performance is high for a simple iron plate and nearly 10,000 yen of gold, it will be Can't you say? That's pretty tough (^_^;)
I expected some of this, but it needs to be fixed in many ways
Large hole size
Location of the hole
The instruction manual is also very simple, so you need to proceed while exploring
Because the hole was gapped at the time of Cowl installation, I pulled the Bracket and installed the Light The part was repaired with a broken glue
It's not finished yet, but it's looking good (^o^;)

About the product
The best price for all these items!
[Contents] are Number Seal, Front Fender, Under Cowl, Seat Cowl, Seat cushion I think this price is a good cosmetic price Each is also sold as a Single Item, so if they are damaged, you can just buy some more It also helps to have
The shape is a good reproduction of OEM
I personally like the shape of the Number Seal, especially that it replicates the OEM Headlight The accuracy of the RAMAIR entrance is also perfect, as the OEM Duct can be used as is Not A special Decal to match this Cowl is also available for sale, which will be popular in WSB in the future I'm going to put up HeadlightDecal or something
Notes
You need to drill the holes yourself to install it
The included cowls do not have any holes in them Therefore, you need to drill the holes by yourself in order to install them You need to mark the holes with a mark to fit the actual car It's more reliable to put it on
By the way, in the case of STREET TRIPLERS, not only do they drill holes in the Cowl, but also Seat Cowl The seat frame needed to be modified for installation The process was to cut a screw on the seat frame to fix the cowl in place This is not only impossible to do without a special tool, but it is also impossible to repair the screw if it fails, so we have never tried it before If you don't have one, it's probably safe to ask the motorcycle shop for one
The side stand is not available
Under Cowl's Bracket cannot be installed without removing the Side Stand Therefore, you can use the slanting STAND to attach it to the Racing Stand or footpeg It is not possible to support the body of the car without it

The FOR JAPAN MODELMODEL is difficult to install
Unlike foreign models, the FOR JAPAN MODELMODEL is a light The frame that supports the Connector is attached, so it can't I can't
The Connector's Frame is co-tightened with the Main key's Mounting Bolt The tip of the Bolt is shaved off to prevent theft and cannot be removed with a tool
It's just a Frame to hold the Connector in place, so it's not a problem if it's gone, but.. You need to cut with a wire cutteretc. strong object

Well nut melted
The temperature rises from March installation to July, and the well nut that fixes the screen melts, so that the screen is not used This is a quality that would have been impossible in Japan
As a countermeasure, YZF-R25'19's Well nut is diverted and installed New purchasers should recommend this installation method from the beginning

It's very badly made
I liked the look of XSRExclusive Design's Fairing the best, so I was able to I bought it and this was a mistake
To put it bluntly, this is a very good example of the precision of the Japanese people, which is far removed from their disposition It's a French product
Because the size of the bracket does not match the size of the frame and the bolt on bracket, we have to do a little bit of work It needed to be expanded
CowlBody, Quantity at a glance:Pair (for Left and Right) It was not a target
The holes for attaching the CowlBody and Bracket are larger than the bolt diameter A mistake?
A design error? I'm not sure if it's possible to install it without biting the OptionMirror Bracket It's a no-good makeover
The bolts that came with it are prone to rust, and although it did not run on a rainy day, it was not noticed in a few days after installation The Bolt of S2 is said to rust easily
Also, although it was the installation of the Separate handle of S2 this time, the Bar End As it is not possible to install the Mirror, I installed the dedicated Mirror of Option, but it is low Even during rotation, it rattles and shakes, making it impossible to see backwards
I think it is because the Cowl Bracket itself is designed to pick up large vibrations The headlights are also shaking at the same time, which is quite annoying when driving in dark places
There is a problem in adjusting the optical axis of the headlight The width of the headlight is too narrow and extremely downward

ROCKETCowl for the XSR700
Installation and Ordering Information
When you install the Cowl Bracket, you'll see it come out of the frame under the Top Bridge If multiple cable hooks are not removed, the Cowl Bracket cannot be installed
Because the Pitch of Mirror mounting hole is quite narrow at 26mm, the company's You should order FairingMirror at the same time
There are few options for Cowl mirrors from Universal Product
The Cowl fixing bolts under the tank are not included
You have to consider the Blinker relocation location (I made and installed my own Blinker Bracket.)
Only foreign color patterns are available in the lineup, and they are definitely Japan colors Because it is different from Pattern, the Color:I recommend ordering Unpainted (I ordered Red and ended up repainting it.)
There is a gap between the Tank and Cowl, and you can see Wiring without worrying about it
The included Screen is of poor quality (It's blah, blah, blah, blah.)
Hose and wirings remain OEM and fit in without difficulty
How does it feel after installation?
The fixation is solid, and so far, the ROCKETCowl has not rattled (One month of use)
The windproof effect of the Screen is large, which makes high-speed cruising much easier
The Mirror portion of the Cowl Bracket has no reinforcement, and the vibration of the Mirror while running is Large Ki
The welds on the Cowl Bracket are prone to rust
It's a completely different Motorcycle, but once you get used to it, you don't feel like it's hard to ride It became
