You have to shave quite a bit to get it in.
The OEM KLX125 and D-Tra 125 are so badly made that it is standard practice to replace them with these, but even in S size, the outer diameter is one size larger than the OEM and interferes with the rear suspension link, so it was necessary to shave about 5mm off the inside edge.
I wondered how smoothly it would turn after the replacement, but the feeling is almost the same whether I push and pull or run.
The larger outside diameter makes the chain a little taut, so adjustments are necessary.

It's harder to get around than I thought it would be.
I installed the Drive chain roller slider for the first time.
I introduced it because the Bolt on the back of the footpeg interferes in two places (17Inch?).
It's a Bolt On product because it has a Knight's Down tube and Rear Sets. (I heard that this tightness is a manufacturer's standard.

When the Roller is shaved, Red powder is naturally produced.

OEMBush shattered and replaced
[How is it used?
I replaced the Chain on my WR250X that I got used, along with the Sprocket when I replaced it. It had the OEM Bush on it, but it shattered into pieces after just a little touch…
I thought it would be the same again if I bought an OEM product, and since the chain is the part that rubs, I was looking for something with less friction loss, and I found this chain roller.
Was the one you received as per Image?
There are several sizes and colors, but I was able to use it without a problem for WR250X with Roller diameter:32mm which I had checked beforehand. The color is made Black in consideration of being dirty.
It's a Roller, but it doesn't move very fast when you touch it. I thought it was not so easy. I put some lubricant on the rotating part to see how it works.
Was the installation difficult?
It's not difficult if you have the tools, as you just replace the OEM Bush.
How was your experience with it?
It's not a functional part, so it's neither good nor bad. However, unlike the OEM Bush, it does not shatter, so I think it is well worth replacing it with this Chain roller in the long run.

It needed some processing
It's a standard KLX125, but the KLX150BF is also equipped with one that doesn't turn as well, so we delivered it I replaced it during maintenance
I don't know if it's the individual difference, but as it is, the diameter of LINK has a larger diameter than OEM It seemed to interfere with the mountings, so I used Cutters to remove some of the parts
Other than that, it's not particularly good or bad

I installed it because the lower side of Swingarm was cut at MONKEY LOWdown. I do not know the durability, but ... I think that it is safe because the lower side of Arm is not scraped by this. View detail

Sher rattles are somewhat concerned. Okay ~ Rumor is one piece decrease phenomenon?
Try to remove it, Big! It was rotating pretty.
How to exchange.
Engineer Tsuduaku from day to day, may have been rotating as it attached Grease to the moving section. Individual difference?
First, Glasses on Reverse side (Prevents Nut from tampering as it is from the Reverse side) , The table is a long patterned Wrench (Torque up) , * STAND a cushioning material such as Dustcloth (Described later)
Because I could not insert it to the end at the Bolt, as soon as I got to Screw Mountain tighten together.
The impression is the Brush - Bo effect? ??Surely the sounds that Bearing is running are done. It is not bad.
If the color is Red or Blue, so dirt becomes more conspicuous, so change it to black color.
By the way, winding Dustcloth on Side Stand is because you can give power without hesitation. If you are not nervous, feel free.

Chain roller
2010 formula D - tiger 125 OEM Product was replaced because it was difficult to rotate further by 20,000 km at one side.
As a comment after replacement, I thought that it would rotate more freely, but there is some resistance.
When installing, we installed Washer of OEM Product in both SIDE of the product, but because the outer diameter is not matched, Roller side may be interfering with Washer.
I thought about adding and replacing Smaller Washer with outer diameter, but in this state, I used 500 kilometers, but Roller can be removed etc etc etc. Because it is not used as it is.

S Size was purchased.Since an authentic positive one is a fixed Type not rotating, it can be deleted rapidly and a Dust comes out of it.Since it rotates here, the worries are small, but a peculiar Bearing rotational sound occurs.
