Fit feel on par with OEMs
Thank you very much for the Chain tensioner. The installation is completed by Bolt On, but I adjusted the tensioner by overlapping the attached washers so that the chain would be more centered on the roller. In my case, I used all the washers to get the quantity:I was able to set it. I could not feel the running performance, but I think it is useful to reduce the flapping of the Chain. Can also be used with Hollow Axle Shaft.
The name is "Axle Protector", but I installed it as a stress-up part because I thought there was not enough red around the front tire rather than to reduce the damage of the vehicle at the time of a fall. I already had an experience that I had a hard time to put in the Shaft when I removed the front tire by replacing it with KITACO's Hollow Axle Shaft, so this time I used DAYTONA's Maintenance Stand for Front. I was able to insert and remove the shaft easily because the vehicle weight was not applied. I think it is difficult to install by DIY because the fork hole, collar, and wheel are not aligned unless I lift up the maintenance stand or the handlebar, etc. I am satisfied with the red accents around the front tires, which are mostly black parts. Easy to read. Looks awesome. Better than factory in every way
Great product.This makes the hashes so much easier to read. No more breaking out a tape measure everytime you adjust the chain. Was also able to figure out my hash marks on the swing arm do not match left to right. Drastic improvement for function over oem. Bought these to replace the mis-matched axle blocks that the installed on my friend bike. The colored anodized finish make these look trick, while they fit perfect and are easier to read than the standard blocks when adjusting your chain. You can also reverse them to get additional fore-aft adjustment if needed, and at a great price. The stock adjuster blocks tend to pivot when tightening the axle nut. These blocks are made with tighter tolerances so they don't rock when tightening the axle nut. This eliminates any doubt that the chain alignment marks are the same. Great way to ensure adequate chain adjustment,Blue matches Husky
Previous owner installed some cheap aftermarket aluminum axle blocks which were too narrow and malformed when torqued to spec. bought these for my friend and they fit great and work perfect! Cant beat the price either.Stock blocks were worn out and damaged, these Zeta blocks were an excellent replacement.I picked these up because zeta usually has good price to quality ratio and they work perfectly. I can torque my axles to spec and no malforming in the aluminum. This makes the hashes so much easier to read. No more breaking out a tape measure everytime you adjust the chain. Good for dress-up
When we switched to KITACOAxle Shaft this time, we also installed this Protector!
I was torn between this and other Manufacture's products, but the Black color and not too flashy was the deciding factor!
I think it would be safe in case of a fall.

I refurbish it every time.
I am infected with the Suzu fungus and I like YOSHIMURA, so I install it every time I change my Motorcycle.
Adjuster's adjustment cost usually increased, but there was no change in GSX1300R HAYABUSA.
Material:It is aluminum, so it can't be helped, but it is easily scratched if handled roughly when threading the Axle Shaft.

Effective
I was using ZETA's Chain Guard.
It looks rather clunky, so we were looking for something discreet with similar functionality.
Chain tensioner is also sold in other Shops.
It is the most discreet and relatively solid product.
(A solid aluminum bracket is too large, while a flimsy bracket is scary to use on public roads …)
The construction is good, but the paint may be a little weak, or there are many scratches from the transportation process.
Materially, this price seems high.
However, it is very effective.
I knew in my head how the tension of the chain affects the behavior of the motorcycle.
I was surprised to see how much it had changed.
It is not comparable to ZETA's Chain Guard because it is used for a different purpose.
A comfortable Torque is now obtained.
It is expensive, but I recommend it.

I would like to see a little more thickness. With the OEM, you tighten the nut and install the split pin.
If you add one more washer, the cracked pin will work as usual, so a little more thickness would be good.

I am satisfied with the quality and the price on that point.
Since it is directly attached to the Swing Arm via a chain adjuster bolt, it is somewhat troublesome to loosen the tension of the chain.
Instead, it does not fall back when tightening the Axle, but it is my personal opinion that Demerit is more large than Merit in this respect.

Convenient but adds weight

Chain adjustment is easy:Bolt with Click feeling and fixed position makes adjustment easy.
The fine scale makes it easy to obtain parallelism, and there is no gap when tightening the Axle.
A bad point
Nut (sold separately) is required:If a pure STD nut is used, the split pin cannot be used due to shallow seating.
There is a designated Nut, but Material:It costs almost 10,000 for Titanium and it's not Castle Nut, so I can't use the allotment Pin after all.
Normally, I don't think it will loosen, but I am concerned because 10R is specified as 130N, but this product is limited to Torque 100N.
Nut with Gills loosening stop will be installed.
Weight gain:400g for both, a large weight gain since the OEM weight is a few tens of grams. 4kg increase in weight according to the 10-fold law under Spring, but no perceptible change for the average person.
Thin detent:The detent on the Shaft head on the Sprocket side is too thin and precise, making it difficult to fit.
Once I tightened it without fully fitting it, the corner buckled.
I like it because it makes it easier to adjust Chain, which I dislike even though it is written in a way that has more bad points.

Great middle of the road block
Zeta never has let me down. All of their parts look trick and stay looking that way ride after ride. Their shifters are unbreakable and these axle blocks are as clean as the day I bought them!Love the look of these, only downside is the left one is hard to read the markings.You can also reverse them to get additional fore-aft adjustment if needed, and at a great price.You really have to get low in order to see the numbers. If they made one thicker than the other this would not be a problem. This could be isolated to the CRF's but thats my only complaint. Other than that appear to be top quality. View detail

For QualityUp of suspension
The quality of the NORMAL Chain Adjuster is not very high, so I bought it to improve the appearance of the undercarriage.
The color of the Swing Arm matches the color of the Swing Arm, and the impression around the Axle is improved by a large amount.
The Adjuster is also a Large diameter nut, so you can turn it with your finger, which is not bad in terms of workability. There were no particular problems or hindrances in installation, and it was just a simple installation.
The distance between the Axle Nut and the 28mm KTC box is a little narrow, so the thin-walled 12mm box fits the nut without any problem, but the hexagonal box has a slightly shallower fit on the Axle Nut. I do wish they would have designed a little more clearance in this area for the Large size, but overall I am happy with the replacement.
